Magnet growled, glaring right back at Proto. The general didn't know about the girl's connection to their enemy. He probably didn't even know she was a robot, so odds were he'd let her go on her way once Magnet left. "My manners might be rusty, but I'm just following by example, general." He gave Roll a significant glance, expecting she'd pick up on how much trouble she'd be in if she crossed this bot. "See you later, sweetheart." With a wink, he strolled leisurely back around the corner, up a the side of the squat building thanks to some metal interior structures and perched on a crumbling corner of roof. Slowly lifting himself, he peered down at the pair. He'd swoop in a save the day if necessary.

Magnet sat back a bit, confused by his own thought process. He'd just met this girl. Sure she was cute, but why was he ready to go to all this trouble to impress her? He stared at the hand that had touched her a long moment, remembering the pull of attraction between them. He felt a similar attraction to all things metal but this had been...different. It had felt so...right. That settled it, he would just have to track her down later and see if there was anything more to this attraction. To do that, he'd have to make sure she got back to her brother safely. He glanced around the roof, spotting a hole in it. If Proto tried anything, he could drop through the hole quickly and stick him to the wall from the inside of the building so long as he still stood near it. If not, he had his gun. With a rescue plan in mind, Magnet looked back over the edge of the roof, eager to see if anything had taken place while he'd been lost in thought.

The female sighed, well she could hope. She watched Magnet blinking at his actions then mentally sighing in relief when he left. She looked back to her brother a few things on her mind...first and foremost.

"Sorry." she muttered loud enough the male could hear her, "I-I tripped." her head lowered along with her ears. She knew her big brother was most likely disappointed in her. She wasn't a fighter like Rock or X at all, she was more of a...well. Housekeeper. She fidgeted before keeping her eyes to the ground as she asked her next question, "What did that wink mean?" it was really an outloud thought but...good luck General.

Really, she was making too many assumptions. She hardly -knew- this brother, and though he was the basis for the other's designs he wasn't entirely like them. The only thing he was wondering was why he was sticking around instead of going back to what he was -supposed- to be doing.

Sigh.

"I don't pretend to understand Magnet...or most of the bots under my command."
The whole lot of them had their special issues and usually Proto was far too busy figuring out his -own- to bother with theirs as well.

Really.

"Now. Come along."
Proto moved to walk again, this time staying -beside- the girl.

Magnet grinned. The girl would be thinking of that parting wink long into the night. Clearly she felt the attraction too. His grin fell, replaced by a confused frown as Proto and Roll appeared to be about to leave together. Hadn't she said she was waiting for her brother? Was that a lie or was something else going on here. The robot master stood, shocked by a sudden realization. That a*****e was already dating her!!!! No wonder he'd seemed so protective! Growling, he vowed to catch up with Proto later and ran off to find his way back to the tower.

Roll smiled up at her elder brother as they walked side by side, "Blues...do you want me to refrain from calling you 'brother' around the other robot masters?" she was curious and honestly scared that Blues was...well...

Hateful of her and their Father. Why she thought he hated her was a simple fact of usually the child bore the sins of the parent. That and she figured so far their meeting was pleasant, but the appearance of another master may have irritated the elder bot.

"It is no secret to the robot masters that I am a Son of Light, it is just something that most of them are smart enough to not speak about."

Proto shrugged it off, continuing down the street until they came to a fairly sturdy looking building. Really, despite what it had gone through, this particular building looked like it'd be a fine place for a new medical office.

"How do you feel about this location? There aren't any plans for it currently so you should be fine using it..."

Roll nodded she hummed well, she hummed a tune similar to Blues' own. But hers was more...chipper. No offense General...your whistle just scares the daylights outta peeps. She looked up at the building turning to hug her elder brother, "Thank you Blues! Its perfect!"

She squeaked before letting go quickly, "Ah....sorry. Dad says I shouldn't hug people so much..."

Well he was named Blues after all. The somber melody fit him so well. Really, it was an extension of his soul. ...Whatever that meant for robots.

The hug caused him to tense up a bit, tail poofing out behind him. What was -with- everyone being so touchy feely?! Didn't they know it was a bad idea to hug a combat bot? Especially one who had a -thing- about being surrounded?

UGH

"...It's fine."
No, it really wasn't.
"Let's just go inside and look it over, hrm?"

Sadly General, you little sister is a smart cookie so she knows when she's screwed up. Roll's tail dropped slightly as she gave the elder bot a small nod. She followed him in to take a look around, "From what I can sense this building held up remarkably well. Though the street name is sorta funny don't you think Blues, Switchboard Drive? Almost a little threatening if a few letters were changed..." she tried to ease her tension....

Dang it...was interacting with all her brothers going to be this tense? She thought so...

"Most things can be threatening if you change a few things. I think with the way you intend to use it this will become a place of peace, rather than conflict."

He wasn't trying to make her tense, but unfortunately the eldest Light sibling just had a way of seeming extremely uptight. Perhaps in another situation he would have been rather carefree.

This life just wasn't that way for him.

"I...am sure Father can help you get what you need to fix this up."

He'd probably invent some robots to do it.

Roll playing with my feels ><

Roll nodded as she walked a little ways away from Proto, she looked up her blue eyes bright. She took a breath before looking back at her eldest brother, "Thank you, Blues. I think I can find my way back to Father from here. You can go back to the Tower now. I'm sure your team there is getting worried."

She would keep that soft smile, even if she felt like she made no progress with her eldest. Maybe she never would. Blues most likely had a lot pent up and her existence was tense as it was. She would help by keeping Citizens from getting too angry. Maybe as time went on she would develop a closer bond with the brother she barely knew.

Well, he knew she existed now so that was some sort of progress. He needed time to think over this newest development in his life. But...well he hadn't shown her any real animosity, so that was a good thing as well.

He just wasn't falling head over heels to help her either.

"Alright, just be careful. I'd hate to just find out I have a sister only for her to be offlined by some radical citizens."
Proto shrugged like it was no big deal and turned to head back to the Tower.
