"If I'd known I'd see those guys every day I would have thought twice about signing up," Axel said to Shun. He looked at Lenore with interest. He recognized the girl who had been bookhanded at the parade. Now didn't seem like the time to apologize, but he still meant to do it later. "You got conscripted? Wow. I'm, uh, sorry."More like glad his bonfire story had been appallingly terribad. At least he had entered the military of his own free will. Axel vaguely recognized the young blond man with the impressive hairstyle, though he was sure they had never spoken, and he gave Mykanos a little wave. Axel waved at the girl with the bright blue hair as well. He waved to Alec with somewhat more enthusiasm. He could hardly say Alec's military ambitions were stupid, not now that he'd joined up himself, and he was delighted to see a friendly face. "Alec, hey!" Not wanting to be rude, he smiled at Mykanos and Nekoda and introduced himself. "I'm Axel. I don't think I know your names."

Kody Ross - FalkeLooking up as her name was called she noticed that she was not to be in the same dorm as Elliot. Shoot, she promised him she would watch out for him. No matter, just a slight set back... this just meant she would need to work just a slight bit harder. Approaching the small gathering where her new-bunkmates was being lead to, she greeted them with a grin. "Hi guys!" They probably heard her name be called, so better now to tell them what name she went by before her full name stuck with them. " Names Nekoda, but I go by Kody." She directed it at Axel, with a nod, who was the first to ask for her name. "Nice to meet you, Axel." She heard Axel direct a name at another of her group, Alec, so she didn't need to ask one name at least. Though - "Hey, Shun!" She called, recognizing at least one of their party. "Decided to enlist, huh?" She was stating the obvious, sure. Kody paused to look at Lenore, who was certainly the youngest of the group here; Kody had no idea they allowed you to join so young. Oddly she felt right at home with the bunch of guys, and even Lenore was fitting too. She appeared to be around the same age as Kodys youngest sister. "Feeling right at home, used to being surrounded by my brothers though." She did have 5 of them.

Mykanos Kajika - Falke
There was the most mild, and quick flicker of surprise when Mykanos spotted Alec making his way over to the left side as well. The young boy was one of the very few he'd had interaction with, and could recognize easily from the festivities that had happened not too long ago. An acknowledging nod was aimed towards the younger gent in honor to him, before a glance was spared to those who were around as well. As a female meandered on over, he started to realize that most everyone knew each other... whether this was a down side or not for him, having no sort of relations with anyone, he wasn't quite sure just yet.
However Axel was given his attention now, as the other man gave clear indication of interest. Having enough social mannerisms to respond appropriately, the stoic hunter replied with a stare and introduction of his own. "Mykanos." the strong, unused baritone matching his solemn demeanor.

Shun Kuroda - FalkeA few more familiar faces joined them over at the Falke side of things. There was Alec, who he recalled was contemplating about enlisting before. In response to Axel, he just let out a light huff before eyeing Lenore. She got conscripted at the bonfire? That sounded somewhat unpleasant, if only because it involved the bald men. Shaking his head, he turned upon hearing Nekoda address him. "Nekoda," he greeted before raising his brow, "I wouldn't be here otherwise. I'm surprised to see you here, though."He wasn't sure what her reasons for joining the military were, but it didn't really matter a great deal. Perhaps here he could repay her, somehow. Maybe. Or perhaps he'd end up in a deeper debt. As for the blonde male that showed up, he recalled seeing him from the festival, though he didn't really deal with him much.

Lloren Klerksen - Luchse
Much like the scene that had unravelled a few minutes ago, that morning, all of the trainees had been gathered to the field. Their eardrums had been likewise pulverized by the chief instructor's speech regarding the new recruits that would be arriving that day. When he asked for volunteer guides, no doubt many trainees would enjoy guiding their new dorm-mates- but not many dared to raise their voice in response to Santos, as his reactions usually went along the line of hazing. A few seconds passed before Lloren's reaction had come.
"I'd love to, Sir!" She had declared cheerfully, hand raised, eager to throw herself at the new arrivals. She had also entertained the thought of Alec and Shakuntala featuring among the new recruits.
Santos had approached her, bearing his saintly smile, and asked: "And what dorm do you belong to, blind little mole?" Lloren peered at the massive man before her as if questioning her reality and saluted, thumping a hand against her chest. "Aheh... um, Luchse, Sir!" To everyone's relief, he turned away.
"That leaves Tragen and Falke, unless your dorms are nothing but a lot of useless people!" He began as he stalked away.
----
Later, Lloren found herself watching the new recruits from the cliff edge by Dorm Luchse. She dangled her legs leisurely, trying to spot familiar heads of hair in the ranks. There were a few.
By the time dorm assignments were being called out, she began to jog her way down the dirt path to the Field. She arrived on scene waving an arm enthusiastically. "Welcome to the Dorm Luchse guided touuuuur!" She announced in a lighthearted tone, now jogging in place. Hurrah hurrah, people to meet, things to show!

Shakuntala Tischendorf - Luchse
Shakuntala tiled her head at the peach-haired boy's statement. "T-Then why did... y-you join?" she blurted out, mistaking the inner thought as an utterance. Her lips clamped shut at her own unwarranted question and she slumped her shoulders a bit. "Y-You d-don't have to a-answer though... E-Everyone has their... reason..." Herself included, but she was willing to part with it if asked.
The copper-skinned girl turned her head to a proclamation from a familiar voice in front of her. Her face brightened a bit upon seeing that it was Lloren. She smiled to the girl and gave her a small wave, but didn't raise a word in greeting. Apparently, they were on a tour? She glanced around unenthusiastically at the school camp ground and blinked. There wasn't much to see...

Elenore Abendritter - FalkeLenore turned to Axel and tilted her head, giving him a blank stare as her hair fell in front of her eyes. "The Baldies conscripted me, not you. Why are you apologizing...?"Seeing Alec join them, the girl managed a small wave, but said nothing. Hearng Kody tell them to call her by another name reminded Lenore that she should probably introduce herself as such, as well. "You can call me Lenore, if you want. You don't have to, but it would probably be easier for everyone." She shrugged to punctuate her words.

Kody Ross - Falke"Pleasure to meet ya, Mykanos!" She grinned, not shy at all, as the other man piped up his voice. She really did feel at home with these few, sorta. It was a mis of being dominantly surrounded by men, and the fact they all started on a level playing field, that was comforting her. Shun though, received an eyebrow quirk quickly followed by a sigh. "Shuunnnn i've told you, Its Kody. Only my momma calls me Nekoda and usually that means i did something bad." Shun had this weird habit of calling her by her full name, something even to this day she was still trying to break the habit of. So far, she wasn't doing so well. Lenor piping up made her turn around curiously. Dont have to? She must have a different name, maybe a difficult one? If she was putting it that way...

" Farvardin Wyman - Tragen" Was yelled out and Farvardin's head snapped up. She looked to the right and walked over to the two others standing over there. She looked at the guy and the girl and grinned. "Heya! I'm Farvardin. Nice to meet you both." She then looked around and watched as others got sorted into their dorm groups. She was a little disappointed to see Alec was in a different dorm but they could always hang out during whatever free time they got and perhaps during training. Besides this gave her a good chance to meet others and make new friends.

Martino Velazquez - Tragen
Martino blinked when he noticed his two dorm buddies were both females -- he'd like to get to know them, though one seemed seldom to speech and the other quite energetic to speak much. He gave a friendly nod to Des just like she had gestured to him before turning his attention to the other who greeted him vocally.
"Pleasure to meet you, senorita. Name's Martino," he replied with a toothy grin to the hunter. Well, at least he starting off well. Maybe the military and it's trainees was going to be fun? Maybe? He really had his hopes it would be.

Desdemona Nevrakis - Tragen
Farvardin -- that was a weird name. Des didn't say this out loud of course, and really, she had no room to talk. Desdemona was probably a weird name to her, too. The huntress certainly seemed more energetic than she or Martino actually were. This would either work for or against her in determining whether or not they'd actually be friends. The baron's daughter wasn't exactly the most upbeat of people, but it was their first day. She had to give her the benefit of the doubt.
"Desdemona Nevrakis. You guys can call me Des."
Her words were straight and to the point - no need for anything more than that. She then turned and glanced at Martino, noting his politeness. He was the only guy so far out of their dorm, so that must have been nice for him. He'd be quite the sight if more female trainees also ended up in their dorm. In an attempt to make conversation, Desdemona then looked to her two new dorm buddies and quirked a brow. "Anything specific I should know about you two before we start the next three years of our lives together? I prefer not to be surprised by quirks or habits."

Farvardin Wyman - Tragen"Hello Martino and Des." Farvardin replied back with her grin still in place. It faltered when Des asked about any quirks or habits that she should know about. "Ah... um... well....." She said while looking away as if she was a naughty child caught red handed, "I um.... get lost...... yeah.... a lot..... so uh.... I hope I um... don't get you guys in trouble for it.... BUT! I'll work really hard to not get lost. I've gotten better. After all I found my way here!" She looked at her dorm-mates with a look of excitement/hope before it slowly faded. She then began to kick some dirt while looking down. "Oh I also wake up before dawn since I'm used to getting up that early to go hunting." Something else she thought they should know but she was usually quiet so it's not like she would be waking them up too.

Martino Velazquez - Tragen
"Ah, Des, hello as well," Martino replied to the freckled female.
He was taken aback a bit at Des's decision to cut through all of the red tape regarding quirks or habits. He dawned on a reply for a bit, tilting his head and scratching the stubble beneath his jowl in thought. Well, there were a few like his thunderous snoring, his inability take care of him without assistance or reminders from another, the fact he got major. B.O. from that lack of personal care, his fear of cats, the whole ordeal with his wife... The male suddenly shook his head and offered the two the same quaint smile.
"Nope, there's nothing about me you have to worry about," he replied. "I'm as normal as normal gets."

Desdemona Nevrakis - Tragen
Desdemona's face remained expressionless as her fellow female companion spoke. However, just because her face was relatively neutral, did not mean she wasn't thinking to herself. She was thinking quite a bit, in fact. Mainly that Farvardin sounded like she had just gotten in trouble, which was amusing, given that she just asked her a simple question. The red-head quirked a brow when the other finished talking and kicked at the grass while averting her gaze. "So we have a directionally impaired girl who talks a lot..."
Her attention then turned to Martino once again, and her voice trailed off into silence as she listened to what he said. Nothing to worry about, huh? Normal as normal gets? Yeah...right. What a bunch of bull. Martino was deluding himself, if anything. There was no such thing as normal; normalcy was all relative. "And a man who's afraid to admit even simple things about himself. Got it. Wonderful." There was no happiness in her voice as she said this, and in fact there was a tinge of annoyance lingering about in her tone. It was then that Desdemona shrugged her shoulders, slipping her hands in her pockets idly to gaze over at the groups of trainees in the two other dorms.
"As you might have noticed, I speak my mind, regardless of how it might make you feel. Feel free to do the same to me; it's only fair Also -- I don't like it when people tell me to do things more than once. It irritates me, so don't make me repeat that more than once." That was all that needed to be said at that point. They shared their quirks with her, and then she explained hers. That was good a starting point as any to get conversation going, wasn't it? They needed to be open and honest at some point, anyway. Why not start at the beginning?

Alec Scott - Falke"Hey! Nice to meet you Kody!" The red head offered his hand to the girl, waiting for her to shake it before offering her a friendly smile. She seemed right in her element, and strangely helped settle his nerves at least in part. He didn't know her very well, but had high hopes they would make fast friends. When Mykanos nodded at him, he did a small return glance between Shun and him both. "Looks like we have a pretty solid group so far." Alec commented thoughtfully. They weren't exactly the most talkative of souls, but that didn't mean he wasn't glad to see either familiar face. "Lenore, if thats fine with you I'll go with that?" He said to the quiet girl, noticing she felt a bit overwhelmed and was quiet. Who could blame her? A lot was going on, and the next 3 years of their lives would be spent at this compound. He'd made a choice to come here, having enlisted with a friend a few days back. Some didn't sound as lucky to have made the choice on their own. Of all the people gathered, he was perhaps most surprised by Axel. While he'd gotten absolutely trashed drunk the night he went out with the guys he still remembered how defensive he was of the topic of enlisting. Instead of calling him out to the group he instead stood next to the taller man and nudged him with an elbow. "Fancy meeting you here Axel." Or Preacher for that matter. What had changed he wondered.
