And Otto finally got to breathe again, panting on the floor in defeat.
So shame. Much loss. Wow. Very fail.
"You cheated." He breathed out wearily, pointing a wobbly finger at the dark haired woman.

Cocking her head to the side, Eva purposely widened her eyes in an effort to give the blond the most innocent look she could muster, fluttering her lashes.
"No I didn't. I just found a way to sway your decision." By means of force.

He puffed his cheeks, finally sitting up again. "That's so unfair. You don't have a weakness."

Eva laughed, reaching out to push the corners of his lips upwards. "I do--smiley puppies! Much better than frowny puppies I think."
To prove her point, she gently pulled the corners of his mouth downwards with her fingers, squinting at him thoughtfully.

The childish antics went on for the entire shift. By the time the next shift came in, the pair had made more childish drawings to make fun of one another, marker was applied to their arms and cheeks, and the state of the room was more similar to a day care than an observation room.
Otto grimaced, got up, brushed off his clothes and said; "It was like this when we got here."
He then quickly exited the room.

ABORT, ABORT. Time to evacuate!
Staring owlishly as those on the next shift arrived, Eva nodded quickly in agreement with Otto's claim, and then rushed out on his heels.
...
She returned a moment later, expression somewhat sheepish as she hurried to the windows, tore down Caelius!shrimp, and promptly proceeded to scrunch the tiny thing into an even tinier paper ball, shoving it into her pocket.
Destroy all evidence.
With that, she rushed back out.
