Even thinking about her savior Minos coming back to her made her smile he was always so warm and so gentle. There were times things just a hint off and she thought she smelled blood or smoke, but she passed those off as her imagination running away with her mind or perhaps her mind reminding her what Minos had saved her from. She understood the other mare all too well and was flattered by her kind words. Blushing she realized just how much time she had taken of the others day. Dipping her head she saliently thanked the mare once more. Before finding the right words she wished to use. “The day grows long and thou has been kept too long thankest thou for thine gentle words. I fear I am a bit drowsy and will rest a while.” In truth she wasn’t quite as tired as she was letting on but she thought the other mare was so gentle she would linger all day and when she had children and family Dae did not want to lose all that precious time she could have with them now. She realized she had slipped back to her older speech patterns and smiled in spite of herself it had been a long time since she had last spoken like that. Before her children were born in fact.

Nodding gently Dae listened as the other was still around for a moment longer. She really wished for the other to stay and perhaps would meet her again, but for now it was important she play the part of a tired mare so the other could flee back to her home and her loved ones. Smiling contentedly Dae began to think of Minos and his gentle protective ways. She missed him so much and looked forward to his next visit. Perhaps her children would come see her and she would have stories form them to tell to their father. He always listened with such intent and seemed proud of his children.
