Shrugging Esperenza replied, "Just some play running though never any real racing. Spent a lot of time swimming and daydream so that didn't leave much time for racing I guess." Making sure she didn't misstep though still listening she nodded her head, "Yeah, I guess she would want to keep you from being a stick in the mud. Though I've known to be one every so often since there are a handful things I won't do. Other then swimming, daydreaming, some running, and a lot of jumping. There is just something about jumping that has me captivated so my legs are strong from that. Also should have remembered that I had to stretch my legs before jumping so I know some leg stretches, not many. Just enough to get me by without getting sore muscles or without hurting myself." Then she continued to think about what Vyrikyr had said about her racing when she was younger. And started to wonder if maybe she's not the racing type so that's why she didn't race when she was younger. Though jumping is something she loves as much as swimming. She also puts those two before daydreaming since she gets more joy out of them.

Vyrikyr nodded, "Those stretches are mighty important. And I guess it all depends on how you grow up, who you grow up around. Maybe if you met my aunt when you were a kid you'd like racing as much as I do." She laughed lightly, enjoying the conversation, "Or maybe you still would prefer your jumping, nothing wrong with that either."

Esperenza smiles, "They sure are and I'm glad I learned them from a friend. I guess so, if I grow up with racers then maybe I would have been more interested in racing back then. Though I had a friend that loves jumping so I learned to jump from them and decided I loved it so much I would jump when ever I had a chance. Like if there was a fallen tree or fence to jump over I would. Or even a small to medium break in the ground that I can jump over." She laughed enjoying the conversation as well as the swim and talking about jumping. "I think I might enjoy racing as much as swimming and jumping. Seeing as I have to race a bit before I jump anything. Though smaller jumps I don't have to since I don't need to get much speed to jump them that is." Nodding her head Esperenza almost lets herself daydream then thinks better of it for now. Later after Vyrikyr leaves and she has to go her own way to find a place to rest she can daydream then.

Vyrikyr nodded, "There you go! Race and jump. Jumping was never a big interest for me because, well..." She looked back over her shoulders. "The wings and all, against ground bound soquili it's realyl an unfair advantage. As much as I like to win, it's got to be on an even playing field. If you win by cheating or having an unfair advantage you haven't really earn anything."

Shaking her head, "Alright, then I'll do just that. With all that exercise I should be in great shape then I can try entering a race." Smiling Esperenza replied, "Well at least your being fair about it, I wonder if I'll ever meet someone that cheats at racing and jumping. I'm not sure what I'd do if I found out they cheated though I know if I confronted them I'd be nice about it since they might have some sort of reason for doing so.?" Then her thoughts quickly went to racing, jumping, and cheating. Normally she tries thinking if someone does something they have a reason to do so, good, bad, or otherwise. Shaking her thoughts away she focuses on her rounds in the water to get her legs ready for the race later on.

Blushing she shrugs, "Guess none." Nodding her head she agrees completely, "Guess the sun and the heat is just getting to me." Dipping her head under the water a bit she then raises her head to smile at Vyrikyr, "It sure is a competition of skill and talent, which I hope to one day have." Esperenza shook her head a lot, "Yes I dislike dishonesty a lot as well. Yeah." Slowing down a bit, "Think it's dark enough to race just yet?" Stretching her legs out she swims closer to the edge and then stretches some more.
That's alright, I hope RL gets better for you.

Vyrikyr shrugged, "I supposed we're not too early to start stretching if that's what you're feeling up for. Worse comes to worse, the pool will be here when we get back, right?" She slowly pulled herself out of the water and shook the liquid from her coat and mane.

Nodding her head, "Yeah, I think it'll be good to stretch a bit because I'm just about ready to race around. And if we get too warm out of the lake we can always come back to swim around some more." Swimming towards the edge she gets where her hooves touch the bottom then she walks up and out of the lake. Turning to the left she starts a bit around the lake then stops to start stretching her legs a bit since she really had to get out of the lake to do something other then go round and round. That and she also can't wait to race around this place seeing as she's not going to spend too much time around here after wards. She'll move on and find cooler places to travel to till she can find a place that will suit her just right.
