Harland was looking pretty cheerful, given how early it was. He had two cups of coffee and a bag of sliced bagels. Two of them were toasted, with egg whites, lettuce and tomato. It seemed like he'd have to just nibble on the raw bagels after. He looked around the gathered Hunters, and thought he spotted the brothers who contrasted so much-- He didn't exactly want to approach Ian while Alistaire was around; as much as Harland wanted to believe that Alistaire could be good, it seemed like a bad idea to approach the gloomy pair this early in the morning. Especially when he was in an otherwise very buoyant mood.
He did, however, unlock his phone to text Lilac, when he didn't see her characteristic princess-like hair anywhere in the crowd. Text to Lilac Good morning, Lilibuns. Where's your lovely face? Your presence is sorely lacking at the meeting! Need a coffee? He locked the screen and slipped the phone away again, sipping one of the coffees as cheerfully as possible.

"I've been up since yesterday." He flashed the Sun hunter a grin before holding out a cup containing a home-brewed tea mixture that he thought might have a better chance at boosting energy and alertness than cafeteria coffee would have. "Drink this. Doesn't have the best taste, but it's cooled down enough you should be able to down it in one go... And it's not instant coffee, so there's a bright side. I've also got granola bars when you're awake enough for breakfast." Beyond having been awake all night, Arland had also had two cups of his tea. It seemed to be working just fine.

Titans?
In truth, she was quite wary in regards the idea of facing gigantic monsters, but Kylee was not one to disobey an order. Technically, it wasn't one; more of a request for help, but being new here didn't mean she should skip out on missions.
She had to learn sooner or later, anyway.

Dakota snorted at Leon. "Bench pressing it, Jesus ******** christ." but he could believe it, If there was actual cows on the Island....Leon would bench press and then eat them.
It was the way of Leon life. "I don't know what you mean, is this a joke because I'm getting married? Because let me tell you, Gotta have stone balls to marry Candace. She's toooooooooo good for me."
He frowned. "I wanna barbecue...." Priorities.

Other familiar faces were beginning to sprout up, as Leon continued to cajole Dakota about his ribs. "G'day Melvin, how goes it?" It had been awhile since he had come out from hiding, after all that happened, Melvin was one of a good set of people he hadn't seen in awhile. But teasing Dakota was helping with the early morning idle boredom. "Look at you, being the marrying kind, and yes it was a joke, you could probably get away with a little tummy now." he continued "Maybe you can put a good word in with the misses, she always glaring when we cross paths." he added, feeling sheepish even mentioning the situation. "Lets try having a barbeque in the future."

"Is improper milo, Because we are not married." As if she read his mind or something.
And then another weight joined and Noemi suddenly felt like she had the weight of the world on her. Jack AND Milo that is. Her heart totally clutched in nervousness, since the green haired one had been the one to waken her and he was not nice about it.
"I see. Early mornings good for missions. Hello...Jack?" Noemi didn't even bother trying to escape. Escape was futile.
"Ate you." She squeaked in horror. This was not promising.

Zascha had spent the better part of a half hour trying to figure out how to open the text message on his phone. By the time he had reached the training field he still hadn't figured out how to close it out.
He supposed he would figure it out later.
As he finally arrived, a group of unfamiliar faces welcomed him. But he merely smiled. Feeling a bit awkward in the fact that his uniform didn't really have any pockets to place his hands so he merely folded his arms over his chest.

So Evan still held a grudge, did he? Peyton issued a derisive snort in response to his comment, lip curling just a touch at the corner before Stormy's drifting away drew her attention down to her. The last she had checked, Stormy and Evan were friends. The dainty Sun knew now what had placed those bags under the Mist's eyes, but she had no idea what caused that look within them. She waited until Stormy had moved to hover closer to Gale, then moved so she was standing at Evans side. he could hold a grudge if he wanted, but it wasn't him wearing the scars. She didn't feel his attitude towards was justified, but here and now was certainly not the place to bring it up. She stood quietly, arms crossed, and watched as more tired hunters swarmed the field. A small few looked as she looked, fresh faced and awake. Used to the early hours. The majority looked as though they had just crawled out of bed. After a few moments she finally spoke up again, lavender eyes rolling up to him from the side. "So where have you been?" She asked, tone mild.

While 7am might have been ungodly early for some for Camille it was a blessing to be up and about. Sunrise was never far away from this hour which meant warmth. Light. A summons to the training field meant that there would probably be at least four of her fellow Hunters about! Maybe she could meet someone new without having to be beaten into the ground by them to do it. She didn't mind sparring, it made her a better fighter, but every day? It was starting to wear on her body a bit.
Standing at the edge of the field for a moment she sighed, deeply, at herself. If sparring was wearing on her, actual fighting was going to be so much better? But the summons had gone out and overeager Cami was here to stay. Turning around and going back to bed was stupid and really, Ki wouldn't let her. The revenant had actually woken her up so that there had been time to sneak into an upstairs bathroom for a quick shower.
Hair damp, braided, and coat looking only a little more rumpled than usual, she was ready to go.

The sound the text message that woke her had been blatantly ignored, at least for another five minutes. On a groan her phone was lifted, the light assaulting her squinting eyes as she read over the screen. Crap, morning already. That was today, on a groan Lilac rolled out of bed and landed with a thud. Remaining crumpled against the ground she read over the message from Harland and then the one from the previous night. Training field, she could probably find that easy enough as for wanting to help well it would be a lie to say that it wasn't the coffee that got her in gear. Firing off a message she stretched against the concrete floor of the basement then slowly got up to dress for the day. Text to Harland Good morning, Harland...yeessss Coffee, my face will arrive shortly! Packing up a few granola bars, and a bottle of water she made her way towards the field. Not bothering to text Harland back once arrived since even in the crowd it was easy to pick him out. On a loud yawn she called out to him, hand going to cover her mouth after, "Haaaaaaarland!.." Blushing a touch she hurried to the gingers side, large pigtails bouncing as she went and a sleepy smile in place. Coming to a rest her eyes locked on the coffee in his hands, nearly begging for it to be handed over. "Mine?.."

It hurt something inside of Evan to see Stormy scared of him, and he turned away from her to spare both of them. Fortunately, it put within his line of sight an actual, genuine, honest-to-God friendly face, something he had seen far too few of since his return. "Constable," he greeted Nora, offering her a nod and half an attempt at a smile. "Not too sure what's going on right now," he admitted, "but there's a good chance you'll get to hit things. Fair warning: there's an even chance it'll end badly." He wasn't worried about scaring her off--he was confident she could handle it--but forewarned was forearmed. If Evan leaned a little closer to Nora as Peyton sidled up to him, it was for her own good. /Prey,/ Gir growled. Settle down. You've had your pound of flesh. Gir's anxious aggression was bleeding into Evan, but he forced himself into stillness. "Everywhere," he replied. "Any outpost that needed the help. Why, did you miss us?" Ol-j-man cant sleep ur av will get me cant sleep ur av will get me cant sleep ur av will get me

Bix was always up early. He'd probably already had a jog and breakfast by the time he arrived, bright eyed and bushy tailed. All of his close friends got a nice little, "Boop!" As he poked them from behind in the ribs and moved along. He liked to have money. Living and working on Deus was the only time he'd ever had enough income to really save and when he did splurge, he always splurged on worthwhile gifts. It was never a bad thing to earn more. He ended up waiting next to Kylee, finding the quiet girl and giving her the same 'BOOP' rib poke and a big grin. "Mornin." all bix's friends get some love

Peyton looked up at the new arrival. She remembered seeing her at Bix's little tour, but she couldn't recall having heard a name for her. Constable was not a name, but it was an interesting title. A policewoman in her former life, perhaps? Had the girl had any notion of what had been running through Evan's head she might have simply challenged him. Yes, he had managed to hurt her, badly, and she had feared him for quite some time, but not any more. Now she would have welcomed a chance to level the playing field. "Miss is such a strong word," she answered, a smirk curling along her lips. "I wouldn't say I missed you, but I did wonder." Personal feels aside, he was a Sun. Speaking of Suns. Peyton let out a startled squeak as a sudden poke was given to her ribs. Thanks Bix.

Lex was there with a paper cup of coffee and a... Taco made of pancakes, strawberries, and whipped cream? He may have garnered som incredulous stares, but he was more focused on the well being of certain Hunters more than who was staring at his makeshift taco.
Plus, those who payed a attention to his eating habits would know just why he was eating pancakes rather than a granola bar.

Kylee was starting to wonder how on earth were they supposed to deal with titans with their enormous size compared to them as humans. Maybe they weren't ordinary humans, yes, but...
They would be fine. Besides they had all these experienced hunters seemed to take this as something they saw everyday. There were probably things weirder than-- "Eep!" She squeaked as someone poked her side, whirling around, and almost whipping him with her ponytail. "Bix! Morning!"
"So... " She said after catching her breath. "Titans huh? Is this a normal everyday occurrence?"
