 A glasgow smile spread across Mikael's face as Jericho took the pokeball from his belt. Now this was true arrogance in human form. Mikael knew that he had an inflated ego, but this was something completely different. Almost an ignorant sort of arrogance that made Mikael question if this new gym leader would be able to make it through the trials that lay before them.
As much as this attitude bothered him, he sort of liked Jericho at the same time. He admired the leader's ambition even though he wasn't sure if he had the action to back up his words. However, something surprised Mikael as Jericho took up the Johto flag so quickly to come back at the twins who insulted their homeland. 'Well I guess I can't say he doesn't care about Johto.' He thought with a smirk.
Once all was said and done however, it was time for them to battle, what would be the first show of strength on Inheritance Island, and at the same time, a fight for leadership in Johto. Claire had earned her spot as the leader of the Johto gyms, as the previous leader of the Blackthorne gym. Now it was Mikael's turn to pick up the mantel.
He motioned to Jericho and waved his hand at the twins. "Let them be Jericho, you can deal with them when the time comes." He said walking to the other end of the dock. "Since you're so eager to prove yourself I'll let you have the honor of sending out your pokemon first. But before we start, scales?" He asked with a laugh. He didn't see the need in talking to the other leaders at this point, he had problems with tunnel vision when it came to battling. Nothing else mattered than the battle before him.
He rose one hand palm facing upard, curling his fingers in a taunting gesture a few times before putting his hand on his pokeballs, unsure of which of his precious dragons he would start with. "Bring it."

❝ watch us sᴏᴀʀ❞
Nika and Alex shared a glance. Liz and Tate...were they really going to retire? The two were practically the same age as the sisters themselves- had their friends kept a secret from them? Of course, the twins had more pressing matters at the moment- like toying with this fine young man.
The moment Jericho said "beautiful" an arrow pierced through the back of poor Li Sun. He could feel it, radiating off of this human....yes! This was! Debauchery! Of the lowest kind! The twins suddenly spoke up.
"Oh yes, we know who you are." "Oh yes, we know who you are."
Their flirting made Li's fingers twitch. He seemed about ready to challenge him to a duel so he could teleport him above a freezing lake without suffering a blow to his own conscience or pride.
The twins payed no mind to Li. After all, worrying him was half the fun. "Hmm, that does sound fun..." Alex began. Her sister joined her in a similarly teasing tone. "..and of course we could..." Alex giggled. "Nika, that's for after." The two girls locked their fingers together and leaned their backs against one another. "So that's-" "-a yes." "Go get 'em, tiger." Both girls winked at the overeager male.
This one was fun to play with, but the other..."Scales"... No fun at all. "Deal with them"? Really? Personally, Nika approved of his dedication to battling, but along with Alex she shared her disdain. They were much more interested in the easy targets.
"We're going to watch this battle-" "-and make way for others," the two said. They'd stood for only a few moments among the others since they had been in the way. Now that the path was clear they continued down the pier, feet thumping softly on the planks below with Li Sun bringing up the rear with their luggage. As he walked though the small crowd Li glanced to the side, watching with curiosity a trainer and red bird Pokemon on the sand below. The Pokemon was small but bunched tight with muscle- a fighter. "Watch out Li," Nika said without looking. Li moved as well without looking, stepping to the side as they passed someone in a wheelchair. He stared down at the obstacle and nodded his apologies, as if he had gotten in the human's way.
Nika and Alex, though interested in the fight that was no doubt about to go down, had more than a clear enough view to ditch this new guy when necessary. Seriously...a guy in a wheelchair? How could they pass that up? "Hmm, what's this?" "You wheeled yourself quite the ways away," "The party's over there," "Didn't you notice?"

 Kentaron Palandine
~~~~~ |_| |_| |_| |_| |_| ~~~~~
Kent made his way out of the port area, or at least, what looked like the port area to him. He finally came to a stop, the loud beating of his heart finally beginning to slow down. He rotated in place a little, looking back at the docks. That group of people were still there, talking he'd imagine, making friends and enemies or whatever. He would've liked to be in the middle of that, listening in on everything that was going on. But there was no way he was getting near the water again, just to find out a little more information about his... classmates. Cheren hadn't been very specific about what was going to be happening here to earn this Mark of Leadership. The guy had simply smiled at him and said that he was smart enough to figure it out on the go. While Kent appreciated the confidence, it hadn't made the statement any less infuriating.
He slowly turned around, ignoring the group for now. There were plenty of other things to look at on the island than the direction that made his stomach queasy. His eyes scanned the area, examining the other buildings in the area. Lyra fidgeted in his lap, her red tail flicking about in her boredom. He was a bit surprised that there had been no one there to greet them. Though, now that he thought about it, it made some sense. It might be some sort of test to see what they did. Or they could just be lazy and figured they'd make their way in soon enough. Well, he might as well head up to the nearest building. It looked fairly large, and could possibly be some sort of administrative building.
”Smear!” “Watch out Li.” Kentaron's mind jerked back from his thoughts to his surroundings as Lyra gave her proximity warning. She always did look out for him, more in the here and now than he was. His head turned around to see who was there, recognizing a Gallade, along with a couple of twins. Girls as it were, pity. The hair was different though, one black, one white. Psychic slash fighting type led to seven potential gyms. However, twins, there was only one gym that stood out in his mind. The two started talking, in turn. Really now? They were using that tired old trick? “Well, I didn't come here for a party, I came here to earn my Mark of Leadership.” Hmm, a little more standoffish then he would have liked, but it got the job done well enough. His finger tapped on the arm of the wheelchair a couple times.
Lyra interrupted that though, climbing up onto the armchair. The dog like pokemon's head turned quickly, looking to each of those out in turn. She was curious as to the others. It seemed that they would be staying here for a while, so she wanted to meet the people there. And the other pokemon. ”Smeargle!” Lyra greeted the Gallade enthusiastically, holding onto the back of Kent's wheelchair for balance, almost of height with the other pokemon given he was standing on the wheelchair. She had the right idea in Kent's mind. “Kentaron, though that's a mouthful so people usually just call me Kent. I'd shake your hands, but I'm not sure which one to shake first.” Kent gave a grin to the other two. ”Let me take a stab at this. Psychic pokemon, twins. Mossdeep seems the obvious choice, unless you're trying to take one of the other gyms in a new direction?” He could always be wrong, but he doubted he would be this time. The evidence lined up nicely enough. He'd have to piece together where the other's were from too, to get an idea of what they'd been taught. They'd have their own styles, but the lessons of the teacher always pushed itself into how the pupil fought. It would make them easier to defeat on his way to being a gym leader.
Don't steal it b***h! The kids here sure were sprightly. Well, calling them kids was an insult, but moving on; Vyn's lips curled as one particular lad she couldn't help but recognize upon taking a look started hitting on her so to speak. The young Cassanova listed several relation they could posses, climaxing (figuratively speaking) at Booty Call. "I'm up for whatever." She shrugged (for he was not a bad looking lad), but his attention had been taken away by another new (and confronting) arrival. Brow furrowed and fixated on his portrait she mused. Yes, she had seen him. Obviously at Olivine port, but that couldn't be the only place, could it? Still in a world of wonder and placing faces, the second bounding boy was eager with something or another. She couldn't quite tell what the something was, for she was still trying to place the face of the strawberry blonde bloke, so mildly nodded, as to not come off too rude.
Hang on. Radical? That was a term she had heard before. Wait, he mentioned fighting, didn't he? So that must mean... Her brow relieved and and fingers curled into fists. "Oh! yea, sure. I am down for a good Brawly and an ol', one-two." She finally responded, snickering a bit with the added left jab and right-hook movement. The radical-ness had been the subject to catch her attention rather than the overlooked (and exceedingly accurate) 'awesome' praise. This kid must be from Dewford then. She thought, giving the head-banded fellow a scan. She had met a young man a while back in her life who had visited Chuck and trained with her predecessor, using surfer lingo wherever he could. That young man had been Brawly, the fighting leader of Hoenn. It was convenient for him, Brawly that is, seeing how Cianwood City was also situated next to a vast and wild sea with many 'Big Waves' for the surfer to surf on. This kid must be his successor, with an equal love of fighting and surfing.
Blinking her bangs from her eyes, long strands having fallen downwards, Vynessa grinned at the boy. "It'll be good making an acquaintanceship with you." She told him, then proceeding to spin 180 degrees, taking several paces backwards to face the ship and the slow and steady stream of disembarking passengers.
Why hello? It seemed Casanova really was a playboy. Two identical (in the face department) twins had found their way to the growing boardwalk party and had almost instantaneously been targeted by strawberry blonde bloke, who she was still certain she had seen before. Upon announcing his name, Vyn snapped her fingers and made a few shooting points in his direction. He was that kid who used to train with a scyther outside Jasmine's Gym, wasn't he? Vyn knew she had seen his face (several times) somewhere, however he was obviously much older now, thus making it more difficult for her to identify him. So he is actually just from Olivine. Well what would you know? They were gym neighbour buddys.
The twins proceeded to speak in unison then skipped off down the boardwalk towards the 'to-be' leader who had wheel chaired their way straight to dry land. The girls seemed interesting enough, however the back of the hand insult was disconcerting. Quantity over quality? They did realize that there was two of them, so in retrospect, they were unintentionally insulting themselves too. Oh well. Conniving girls will be conniving girl.
The topic now stood at a battle between Mikael, now dubbed 'Scales' and Jericho, the apparent man of the hour (or more accurately, man of ten-ish minutes). She was all for watching a battle, and couldn't help but point out that, "Well, guys, I am all for watching a battle, but maybe you should move this skirmish for dominance to solid ground before you destroy the pier, and inhibit anyone else disembarking, you know? Talking to you Scales." She jeered, noting that he had paid little attention to her or Brawly Jr. "Piers are a pain in the arse to mend. Having to replace all those struts." She continued, directing the latter statement to her fighting compatriot and the other girl who had disembarked before she had.
Azlano Orialos "Nothing is impossible as long as you have the will and the courage to get up."  Where: Coming into Port Company: Himself and Sora, Estelle and Jericho are the first people he meets, and then the entirety of Johto followed Thoughts: Okay, maybe Jericho is not a total dork. He at least knows his manners. Another guy I'd be totally stoked to fight.So that is one challenge that awaits Azlano when he gets settled in. He looked at Vyn when she heard about his challenge and her response was pleasing to see and hear. Fellow trainers of Fighting Type Pokemon are among the most ready to test their skills against each other, to prove who was the best among them. When Vyn curled her fingers into fists, he knew she was down to fight him whenever. Azlano would smile back and mimic her jab and right hook movements before turning his attention towards what he heard was a battle ready to erupt.
Although first impressions pegged Jericho as a lecherous, arrogant, jerk, his recent actions proved there was more to him than meets the eye. Maybe Azlano was a bit hasty in his judgement. He still thinks Jericho is too high on his horse and needs to be brought down, but he could be fun to hang around. Still, as much as Azlano would want to watch both him and Mikeal, to gauge how the both of them fought (and see what kind of Pokemon they brought), they should do it in a place that is better suited to Pokemon that can drop meteors on you. And that certainly isn't a pier.
Two other people that caught his eye were the disciples of Tate and Liza. He can tell this by their manner of speaking, which was eerily similar to the Psychic twin Gym Leaders, and their Pokemon: a Gallade and a Gardevoir. Though as they disembarked off the pier and went over to a guy in a wheelchair, who rushed off in a hurry beforehand, Azlano noticed that his normally very happy and playful companion began to change his behavior in an instant.
And that is troubling news. For Azlano saw this kind of behavior when he first trained under Brawly. He remembered that day like it was yesterday. He was training with Brawly and his mentor decided to hold a Pokemon Battle to gauge Azlano's style of battling. Sora stepped up to fight and Brawly sent out his Hariyama. The normally cheerful Hawlucha's behavior changed the moment he caught sight of the much larger Arm Thrust Pokemon. His eyes were glued onto nothing but his enemy. It was this one track mindset that worried Azlano, as his buddy would then do everything he can to either intimidate or bring down his perceived rival.
And that side of Sora was coming out once again as the Hawlucha went silent and stared straight at the Gallade, his wings folded around him like a red cloak, "What's the matter, Sora?"
Sora pointed towards the Gallade, and Azlano nodded in acknowledgement, "I see dude, well no need to get your feathers ruffled little dude, he isn't doing anything to harm you."
Sora's eyes narrowed at the Gallade, but he didn't move from his spot. Whether the Gallade noticed or not, Azlano wouldn't know as his focus went back to "Scales" and Jericho about to throw down.
"Yeah dudes, there's plenty of beach for a battle. No need to destroy the pier just to prove dominance between you two."
Because even a surfer guy from a small town like Dewford knows that Dragon and Steel Type Pokemon can sometimes get rather big in size.
Where: Inheritance Island PierWith: Estelle, Azlano, Mikael, Caspien and Vynessa. TWINS!?What: ALIGHT! Let's ROCK IT!Post Four: Conflict Jericho's eyes widened as he overheard the twins talking and deliberating about whether or not he could take them for dinner; they talked about afterwards, always the favorite part of the date for Jericho, and teased at many more things that could happen. The fact that there was even a possibility got Jericho pumped up to show off and take on Scales; the fact that they called him "Tiger" got him even more flustered as he quickly dropped his duffel bag and took the covering off of his red tipped spear.
He couldn't help but shoot the two beauties a quick, cheeky wink before he replied: "Heh. Sure thing sweethearts!"
It was about that time that Mikael said that Jericho should leave he twins be and the Olivine Leader couldn't help but laugh as he slowly spun his spear around and looked at him. In Jericho's eyes that had always been the problem with the Blackthorne City Gym, they took themselves far too seriously with the whole "Dragon-Masters Guild" or whatever it was they actually were supposed to be and the fact that they trained Dragon Type Pokemon Trainers. No type was superior to another, yes, they may be super effective against another but when you thought about it; was there any type of Pokemon that could not offer coverage for its weaknesses?
Jericho halted his spear in one defiant motion and smirked towards Mikael. If Mikael wanted him to send out his Pokemon first that was fine; he wasn't shy and quickly he took his free hand, threw his Pokeball in the air towards the sun and waited for it to come back down. It didn't take that long, obviously, but as it tumbled down towards Jericho he raised his spear an smashed it against the Pokeball's side and sent it flying towards the soft, lush sand of the beach that surrounded the pier. "GO! TROUSERSNAKE!"
The white plume of energy that released itself from the capsule emerged as a giant snake like silouhette before allowing Steelix to show himself and roar. "STEEEEEEEEL~!" He looked back towards Jericho for a second, kind of annoyed by the fact that Jericho had used his full name but when Jericho shook his head towards the Giant beast; it nodded and looked towards Jericho for direction instead of looking towards him with a sort of animosity. The Steelix's trainer jumped down from the dock, grabbing his duffel bag as he did so and put himself on sand with his newest partner. "What do you think I am stupid!?" Jericho yelled up to the other candidates "Olivine City, remember! Yo! Your turn Scales! Impress me! And why Scales? Dragons have Scales, simple as."
O.O.C Sorry for the wait, finishing Uni is apparently one big party...
❝ watch us sᴏᴀʀ❞
Hmm, this Kentaron fellow was quite blunt. Maybe he's in a bad mood? Alex's eyes met Nika's. He probably doesn't like boats, Nika shrugged and flicked her gaze towards the sea. Kent's joke about not knowing which hand to shake first brought a sly smile to both girls' lips. Nika put a hand on the side of his wheelchair and leaned forward. "Oh Kentaron, good guess." Alex did the same on his other side, "It must have been ever so hard for you to figure out. Though we do like going in new directions," Alex mused, winking at Kent. Suddenly Nika's weight left the wheelchair. Alex looked up to find her sister's eyes glued to the beach where a massive steel snake had appeared. "Let's go in the direction of that battle." Alex rolled her eyes but took her weight off the wheelchair as well. "Kent, you coming?" she asked, moving after Nika who was getting a bit of a better spot to watch from.
Li nodded his head and raised a luggage-filled hand in greeting to the dog-like Smeargle. "Gal." He looked with curiosity to the tail of the Pokemon, that flicked around with color clinging to its tip. He might have pointed out that curiosity had he not began to feel a tightening in his chest. The red, triangle-like protusion of his sensed the emotions of those nearby just as his sister's did. He turned, locking eyes with a small red bird back the way they'd came, the same one he'd noticed earlier. He blinked, slowly, then looked away. He didn't have time for some pint-sized bird's feelings of inferiority, because, well, what else could that feeling be?
Suddenly Nika came back, marching around the back of Kent's wheelchair and attempting to push him towards the battle. "Come on, kid, you can't say you wont learn anything about battling if you watch. I'm Nika, by the way." "Alex," Alex raised her voice without looking back. "And did he just yell 'Trousersnake?'" Nika nodded while Alex was looking back. Alex snorted. "What a character," she mumbled to herself.
WhereStill on the Pier.With By the end just Vyn and Caspian.What So much cute!  So many people were unloading onto the docks it was starting to make Estelle’s head spin. She noted the Blackthorne boy with a nod of acknowledgement; Azlano, the boy from Dewford, introduced himself in a way that made her stifle a laugh behind her hand, but of the remainder she hardly spared a moment’s notice. She’d given a quick side step when the wheel chair came whizzing by, and she’d turned her nose up at the twins when they first appeared. Even the Humilau City gym leader was going ignored on her radar for the moment. Instead, there were two major objects of her focus, the first was Jericho. First off, he was annoying and she didn’t much appreciate it. Between his bad flirting and Casanova-like attitude, then there was that “cold-hard b***h” comment that really had her going. Her face was red from fuming, and she barely managed to keep it in while he spoke to the others before it just about burst out of her. Now she was aware she was supposed to be promoting herself as just that, the ice queen of Mahogany, with cold pokemon and a colder heart, but it still got to her to have someone else refer to her that way.
“Ice Queen does not mean I have to be a b***h! I hope you know you’re a downright terrible flirt.” She yelled to him as he was hurrying down the pier toward the sand where he and Mikael could have their little battle. Luckily, with him so far away she could freely mutter the following words without him hearing, or so she hoped. “Sexist prat.” Once it was out, she didn’t try to hide it. She took a quick note of who was still standing there on the pier to hear it and counted Azlano, Caspian, and Vyn. Vyn was the only one of the three she really took note of, not because she thought any different of her than the other two, but because she looked familiar. They hadn’t met before, not as she recalled, at least not since they’d grown to look the way they did, but Vyn did seem familiar to a young girl Estelle had seen around as a child. They were too far apart in age to have gone to school together so that didn’t seem a likely explanation, but there had to be something.
“OH! You’re from Goldenrod too, aren’t you? I know I’ve seen you before, even if it was just once or twice.” She blurted, looking to the older girl curiously. Her eyes were nearly glowing their pale blue, pure and innocent looking, not a bit cold-hearted looking as they should be. The ice was already busy melting away; she should have known she couldn’t keep it up for long. Then in addition to her curiosity toward Vyn, Estelle was drawn to her greatest weakness of all. Watching as Caspian released his Pokemon, the ice-gym leaders gaze went straight to the Azumarill he’d called out. Her face lit up instantly. She was quick to bend her knees and sink to kneel on the ground at eye level with the little Pokemon. It seemed like a well-cared for Pokemon, and from what she could tell Caspian had been a good trainer to it. Even its name was kind of adorable, Navi, she wondered how he’d come up with that.
“Awwwwww… look at her! If her trainer weren’t right here I’d scoop her right up and run off! Oh, I’ve got the perfect treat too, hold on.” Estelle paused in her admiration of the Azumarill to dig through her duffle bag in search of a small box. The box was sealed tight, and looked to be made up of separate compartments, a bit like a pill box, only it was large enough to hold a few pieces of pokemon food in each of the small sections. Each section was labelled with a single letter, and upon finding the box Estelle went straight for the one with a W written on blue tape. From it, she drew two little treats out, being considerate of the majestic looking Blastoise just a few feet to the side of them. Holding one of the treats out to the Azumarill, she tilted her head with a smile. “Here you go. I make them myself. Usually Fossil protects them, she doesn’t like to share, but seeing as she’s hiding I don’t think she’ll mind.” The pokeball in her sleeve pocket rocked, as if to say the Amaura had heard her, but it made no attempt at breaking free.
Without moving her outstretched hand from the Azumarill, Estelle held the other nugget of food up to Caspian. She was trying to be considerate of his presence, being that these were his pokemon he had every right to be skeptical of what a rival trainer was trying to feed them, so she was offering it to him so that he could see for himself that she meant no ill will. Besides that, she couldn’t actually reach his massive Blastoise while she was kneeling to be level with the Azumarill, so it was also her way of asking Caspian to do it for her. As she recalled, the boy in the wheelchair had also had a Smeargle, and the twins seemed to be accompanied by a Gallade, but she hadn’t been given time to fawn over them before they’d gone off to land while she was still on the pier. It seemed Azlano had done the same, running off to the beaches just before a flash of light showed his Hawlucha, but he was too far off for Estelle to really gawk at it. So far everyone seemed to have really adorable Pokemon, nothing too gross to look at. Though it was a bit unfortunate the only way she’d get a good look at Mikael and Jericho’s Pokemon was during their battle.
Speaking of which, Estelle slowly rose from her knees and turned her head in the direction of the beach to see just how that was progressing. It was annoying they were itching for a battle this early on, but she supposed that being a bunch of grand up-and-comers would get at least a few of them looking to test their skills. As far as she could tell, the battle so far was just Jericho calling his Steelix. What an unfortunate scenario that was too. Poor thing had been named Trousersnake; even if it wasn’t all that cute she still felt sorry for the poor Pokemon, she’d willingly save it from Jericho if she could. Mikael, on the other hand, had yet to call a Pokemon. She was hopeful he’d have a Dratini or its evolved form, Dragonair, those were among her favorite Pokemon of all time and they’d have a good place on his team. Chances were though, if he did have one he didn’t have it anymore, someone like that would evolve a Dragonair to a Dragonite as quickly as possible to do better in a battle, but the idea of that hurt a little just because the pre-evolution form was so much cuter. Needless to say, in all this showing of cute Pokemon she wasn’t doing much to hold up her little Ice Queen veneer. That hadn’t lasted long.
emotion_sweatdrop Caspian Weyers "If in doubt, paddle out" emotion_sweatdrop An Iceberg MeltsJericho and Mikael steamed over to the beach, fuelled by their own plentiful egotism, ready for their first Pokemon battle as rising Gym Leaders. They were shortly followed by Azlano and his Hawlucha. Only Caspian, Vyn and Estelle were still on the pier, the Twins were overseeing the whole scene on the down-ramp of the boat. Caspian had only just released Duke and Navi from their Pokeballs when Estelle dived onto her knees and squealed ever so slightly. Caspian would have asked if she was ok,but Estelle's once frosty demeanour melted at the sight of his Navi. Navi had barely opened her eyes when Estelle dived towards her. Navi stepped back and frowned slightly. Estelle had restrained herself and took out two treats from a small box in her bag. Navi's curiosity was piqued. Estelle smiled and handed one of the treats to Navi and the other to Caspian. "Oh, thank you Estelle." Caspian handed the treat over to Duke after assuming this was Estelle's intention. Navi looked at the treat and gave it a sniff. Her ears gave a little wiggle and she smiled up at Estelle. Navi gobbled down the treat, and smiled even wider after doing so. Navi's face then fell and she looked slightly panicky. Navi looked around her and then began to root around in her little polkadot bag. She looked frantically in her bag for a time and then eventually gave up with a little whimper. She looked up at Estelle, almost devastated that she had nothing to repay Estelle's kindness. Suddenly Navi peaked up and a spark of innovation that spread across her face. Navi hopped up to Estelle and gave her a big hug. "BLAS...TOISE" Duke gave a resounding roar of gratitude. But did not go as far as a hug. Caspian watched how Navi and Estelle were getting on a smiled. "Thanks Estelle, looks like you've made a new friend!" "We're gonna go get front row seats to this fight. Are you guys coming?" With that, Duke crawled onto all fours and allowed Caspian and Navi to climbed onto his shell. They both drove the tank onto the beach and sat waiting crosslegged for the fight, with all but a box of popcorn.
Don't steal it b***h! The collective began to diminish and race off for the sands and lands of the island their not-so-merry band would be calling home in the coming weeks. Vyn scratched her head, snug beneath the elastic of her goggles. Casanova just said Trousersnake. He was either really proud of his own, thus naming his serpentine pokemon after the beastie, or simply lewd enough to name the pokemon such a name as a joke... Or, maybe just both? Yea. Probably both.Taking into consideration how forward he seemed to be with the women, Vyn wasn't going to put it past him. Pulling a 'not bad' expression, Vynessa brought her hands together and interlocked her fingers, cracking knuckles as the lads prepared for their battle.
The words 'Goldenrod too', Caught the blonde's ear, an about turn following afterwards. Ah, so she was talking to me. Thought the woman, looking towards the female compatriot. "Aye, that I am." She simply responded, feeling rather accomplished and pleased that someone managed to take note of her existence. This lass had quite the memory. Vyn hadn't been to Goldenrod for quite some time, and seeing how Stell was the protege of Pryce was it? Must have meant she couldn't have been there for an extensive amount of time in the last year at least.
This new piece of information caused Vyn to concentrate on it rather than the battle about to unfold as she strolled off of the pier and onto the mainland. How far back was she remembering? Let see now? She does have iconically long hair, however that feature is just due to time, so wouldn't equate to a deciding factor. Perhaps it was her dress code? Vyn always had a fondness for turtlenecks, plus, she used to wear a saffron gilet as a teen over the turtle neck sweaters. Alright, Vyn was over thinking things. She was always by the train station and bicycle store, for that was near the location of her fathers workshop, and he often took her to the station with him to sort out the (rather buggy) train line. Finally, her eyes were pretty spectacular. Such a deep blue that in some lighting appeared violet in colour. Come to think of it, Stell's eyes seemed pretty fantastic to say the least. They were so pure, almost diamonds. Diamonds frequently imitated in nature by both complexity and beauty. That hard beauty was Ice. This ice however, seemed to be melting more than anything else.
Making her way over to the twins and the wheel-bound gent, Miss Everton released to beams of light, formulating the sentient beings of her Pokemon. In essence, the pair had only just been bound to the confides of their Pokeballs, however that was the rules of the boat deck and halls. Pokemon in Pokeballs. End of story. Bourbon coo'd and Brandy caw'd then the pair turned their attention to the battle in motion, The Breloom being more keen to watch than his chicken counterpart. She, seemed happy to flit her gaze between other things, the Gallade and the Hawlucha being two such beings.
