 Asch looked around and finally decided that Shadowfire was a safer bet to approach again, "Nice to see you again, Shadowfire." He chuckles, He looked a lot happier than he did the night of the Hearts and Hooves Hullabaloo. Kori took interest in the violet stallion Asch was talking too, having not met many other ponies before him.

 "oh, hey, uh, asch was it?" shadow asked having a hard time remembering. "eh sorry about before dude, I had this... mare...." he trailed off blushing as he turned his head to forest, blushing. returning to asch he smiled, the blushing going away. "anywho, so who's your friend?" he asked holding out a hoof for a brohoof. Draco had hid behind shadows leg at the arrival of asch, while light fire just stood about 5 feet from shadow, smiling, but thinking of the trouble she was in after the events in the ruins a few hours ago. ((ok desided that for my character it takes place several hours after the ruins))

Asch extends his foreleg to bump Shadow's hoof and smiles softly at the little dragon, then nods towards Lightfire, "Oh! This is Kori. I met him in Manehatten yesterday and well we've been getting to know each other. Then this whole thing happened and well... Here we are." He blushes a little for talking so much, he wasn't really use to hearing his own voice. Kori chuckles warmly, "It's okay Asch, you're just excited. It's nice to meet you" He nods politely and then peers at the little dragon, "And who is your scaly friend there?"

"nice to meet you kori, this is Draco, just met him a few hours ago actually." he said looking back at Draco, before returning his gaze to asch and kori. "he's shy.... because he was abused back in the canterlot magical school, if im not mistaken." he said with a concerned look on his face. "im going to have to send a letter to princess celestia after this, darkness ordeal, se if I cant straighten those smug magic users to take better care of others, eh, no offense." shadow said as he looked to light. "and this is my little sister, light." shadow said waving a hoof for light to come over. light gave a nod and trotted over smiling as best she could. "hi!" light said in an excited tone before taking a look of shock on her face. "OH, I forgot to write that letter to Sapphire!" she suddenly blurted out pulling out a paper and envelope and a writing feather, were she sat down and began to write. shadow giggled at lights sudden need to write to her pen pal. ((ok desided that for my character it takes place several hours after the ruins))

Forest's expression changed from one of contempt to something of puzzlement. "Wh - how am I being conceited?" she asked, her tone genuinely curious, if a little hurt. She had just been trying to help, but then again, it hadn't been the first time somepony had told her she'd been somewhat overbearing. 'Out-stallioning' she could maybe understand, but what had she done that had been conceited?
Wait, what? First he was critisizing her and then he was...was he hitting on her? The young mare looked more confused than ever, trying to discern if Inkbrand was merely messing with her or just changing the subject or what. When he wrenched the dog tags out of her grip, she regarded him quizzically, but said nothing more. He seemed to be lost in a world of his own until he spoke up to the princess.
Oh - so he was a chosen one too for sure, then. Well...that was just peachy. Smirking at the stallion's choice of words, Forest turned to Shadow Fire. "I think he likes you," she whispered loudly, not seeming to mind if Ink heard. At least if the guys in this group were all...attracted to other guys...well, she wouldn't have to worry about falling head over hooves for any of them. That would be that and her problems would be solved!
Only...they were all really cute...what a shame. Oh well. As a romantic, Forest had often enjoyed playing matchmaker for her friends, but she'd never really been lucky in love herself. Perhaps that was just how it was meant to be - and maybe what she deserved for crushing on almost every stallion she met.
Tucking her own gem into a messenger bag she'd brought with her, Forest just managed to catch sight of the cheeky tattooed pony's smirk and wink. Once again thrown into confusion, she ignored the warm blush that spread across her face and looked away, pretending not to notice. It was probably meant for Shadow Fire, anyway.
"I-I'm going home," the mare said, her voice breaking a little as a result of her lingering flusterment. Princess Yu's disapproving look hadn't helped matters. "I-I mean, not staying there - just to go get a few things before we leave. I didn't think I'd need my hunting gear when I set out this morning. Please excuse me." Smiling back at Shadow Fire as he struck up a conversation with Asch, she waved a hoof. "I'll have to catch up on the introductions later. See you in a bit, guys!" She paused to bow again to the princesses. "Your Highnesses."
As she turned to go, yet another earth pony came up to take her place. The silver-haired male had a very feminine appearance and he spoke with an androgynous voice as he bowed low before the twin sisters. "Princesses...if you please..." he began. "I am Techno Tunes. My family hail from the East and I believe I am at least somewhat more familiar with the customs and manners of your land than most ponies here. If it would please you and you would find it in your best interests, I would be honored to accompany you and the chosen ones to the Ma Kingdom." He hesitated, seeming uncertain, though his emerald gaze never met those of royalty.
Techno knew his place and he also knew in the East that it was rude to meet a superior's eyes, so instead he stared at their cloven hooves, keeping his head low. "That is, of course, if your majesties wouldn't prefer teaching these chosen said customs yourself. I simply thought it unnecessary for you two to be burdened with such a lowly task, particularly after you've come all this way and shouldered enough of the weight of your own subjects."
The unicorn that Techno had been speaking to earlier - Shadow Ghost - still remained in the back corner, watching. He had decided against approaching the princesses due to the number of ponies already crowding them. Besides, he wasn't sure there was anything he could do. The royal court of Celestia already had her own unicorns working on things and he didn't want to overstep his boundaries by trying to do some noble's job. The rich and royal tended to sicken him for the most part, anyway. Turning against the throng of ponies at the entrance, Shadow Ghost left.

Cinema Ticket's eyes crinkled as he smiled at the princess' bow. Never in his life would have imagined himself to be someone another would bow to! But she most certainly was bowing. He had seen movies from other kingdoms ... perhaps this was a custom of her kingdom? Or perhaps she truly was bowing to him out of respect? He wouldn't accept that. Couldn't accept that. He'd done absolutely nothing to deserve her respect nor even her presence .. but still he was drawn to her. What on earth was going on with him lately?
Something caught the corner of his eye and he glanced down to see the gems upon her neck glowing, one in particular glowed extra bright. As if to catch his attention. He wanted to reach out to it ... touch it .. but how dare he think such things! He had to snap out of this mess he was in! Thankfully Princess Jin's question was enough to bring him from his loose state of mind. "C-Cinema T-Ticket ma'am." Again he bowed his head politely, his voice low but with all the respect she deserved. He was then struck silent as he watched the cats eye float towards him, with all the ease and grace of a feather in the wind. Reaching out, he gently took the gem in his hooves feeling the warmth as it rushed over him.
As he stared down at his gem, the Princesses stepped forward and began to explain more of their story to the six waiting ponies and their companions. It was interesting but still confusing ... surely this stone was confused! He didn't belong here ... there was a mistake right?! As the two finished their speeches he looked down to try and hear his stone's message but it had disappeared! Frantic, the pony's nervous expression returned and his quick jerks intensified. Where had it gone?!
It wasn't until he turned to glance on the ground that he caught sight of himself in a mirror. The strange gem had somehow affixed itself perfectly into his bowtie. As though it had belonged there the entire time.
Cuddlycuttlefish Is affixing the gem to his bowtie alright with you two? I figured it'd probably be the best bet since a necklace might look a bit strange under his tie ;3 But I can change it if you'd like <3 Also, I hope you don't mind. Silver already knows, but i'm a little scarce at the moment. Getting over the end stages on bronchitis and trying to make up a TON of college class work that I missed. Plus trying to micro manage an entire film class XD I'm verrry busy at the moment! Which is why i'm holding off on forcing CT to have any actual interaction with anyone! But if anyone wants to interact with him, feel free to give me a tag <3 He's a nervous little bugger but depending on the pony he might warm up to em!

Kori smiles and looks back to the little dragon, "Well it's very nice to meet you, And you too Light" He manages to get out before the filly runs off. He chuckles warmly, "It must be nice to have a sibling. I'm an only child.... I think...." He mutters the last part softly. Asch looks at him his amber eyes looking slightly worried for the Unicorn. "Kori?"

Shadow smiled. "well it can be a hand full, when you have to raise her yourself." he said letting out a sigh. "she never really knew her parents, they were ponynapped several years ago during a dragon migration... she was about half a year at the time." shadow looked down, it was difficult for him most times, having to track her down. "I mean just today, she snuck into the everfree forest, and made an adult dragon rather... upset..." shadow said, looking up at kori. "but it is interesting most days, if it wasn't for her, I don't think id be here right now, she saved my flank plenty of times, just as much as I saved hers." giving a smile, he then looked up thoughts of forest fresh in his mind. "so, what about you?" he asked with a smile. ((ok desided that for my character it takes place several hours after the ruins))

"I never really knew my birth family. I was found by a Minotaur actually..." He blushes, "That's who has been raising me since I was only a foal..." He smiles as his gaze softens, "But Ecle'loiv has been nothing but good to me and raised me the best he could. I never went hungry and was always warm and dry, and despite his lumbering ways he always cared for my well being." Asch smiles as Kori talked, remembering how happy he use to be with his mom and dad.

"yea, I am a little worried though, going on this adventure and all." he trailed off as he looked at his prosthetic wings. "im a blacksmith in ponyville, you see, and me being gone, might hurt ponyville." he said placing his right hoof on the back of his head. it was unusual for him to be out of town, especially all the customers he gets needing pots fixed and nails forged, not to mention the occasional armor and spears, he could probably name off a dozen or so ponys that were in the royal guard alone. "one pony however I did not expect Inkbrand to be chosen though, I remember when he first moved into ponyville, I never was that busy before, getting all his tools that he wanted me to forge down to the centimeter." he let out a laugh, as in there was joy in his heart. "so enough dwelling on the past, whats done is done, so whats your talent?" he asked giving a smile, glade to be getting to know kori better, after all, the elements bonded there lives together, so it was only fitting to make friends. ((ok desided that for my character it takes place several hours after the ruins))

"Well, at least I know who to go to, if I get hot headed." he said giving a small chuckle. "being a blacksmith is more of a hobby, if anything, I have pyrokinesis, in other words, I can control fire with my mind." he said giving a smile. he never really told many people this, mostly because he was ddint know how others would react. Draco, on the other hoof, was starting to warm up to kori and asch, and thus began to come out of hiding. ((light fire left after finishing the letter))

"Well that is interesting!" He smiles, "I guess you and I are opposites of the spectrum! Might make for some interesting teamwork" The blue unicorn chuckles, "It seams everything about this group is for balance.... I mean look at us... You and I are fire and ice. Inkbrand over there who is bold and kinda loud while Cinema is timid and quiet... We all compliment with somepony else in the group."

Inkbrand managed to keep from sneering, but it was a very near thing, transforming instead into a scowl as he tossed his head away from the princess. Buck. Bucking damn right his energy was appreciated! Sitting on her high chair that wasn't even her throne, crawling to another kingdom to beg for help…and yet she had the gall to lecture and try to censor him, acting like he was the one whining for a chance to travel to this Fa-Ma Kingdom! Like she was the one doing him a favor by letting him tag along, rather than the other way around.
'Yeah, I'll respect the buck outta them,' Inkbrand said, or wanted to say. But somehow, he got the distinct feeling that he would be pushing it, even for these two serene and calm princesses.
"Keh," he settled on saying, letting go of his frustrations and annoyance in that one syllable. What's done was done, and as with his other gut instinct, Inkbrand had the vague sense that he would be dragged along on this inane quest no matter what. Probably because the sapphire had chosen him, or the planets were aligned upon them, or whatever the buck else had to be done to save an ailing kingdom. But in any case, the…what was it, six of them?…were going to be setting off to the Na Kingdom, so the princess could get a bucking good night's sleep.
And who knew? Quests usually ended up with some treasures and rewards at the end of them, didn't they? It probably wouldn't be all bad, Inkbrand mused to himself as he wiggled his right hind leg a bit, casting a few glints of light reflected from the sapphire.
Though it did raise the question, though, of when exactly they were all setting off. Inkbrand ran a hoof through his already messy hair, casting his golden gaze around the room. Aside from the random ponies mingling around the entrance way, the stallion was rather surprised that he knew a fair amount of the ones here. There was Shadow Fire of course, his sis and dragon. Asch, whom he hadn't noticed before, and the blue unicorn he remembered the Pegasus hooking up with - were they an item now? Inkbrand thought with a raised eyebrow. Damn, Asch moved fast, poor guy - and Cinema Ticket, the stuttering movie goer or something. Oh, and the stuck-up b***h named Forest Fro or something, just about the only mare in the bunch. Damnit.
The fact that Forest was the only mare around appeared to not have gone unnoticed by others as well, and Inkbrand had to stare incredulously when he caught Shadow Fire's blush as the Pegasus turned to look at the mare in question, quickly followed by an eye roll. For buck's sake, the purple Pegasus could not have fallen in love that quickly, could he? Although, maybe he had met Forest from before? Ponyville wasn't exactly a large town, it wouldn't be crazy. Still, the Pegasus could not have been more obvious about his desire if he'd shouted it from the top of the towers, and Inkbrand didn't stop the unimpressed rise of one eyebrow as Forest abruptly bid them all farewell, apparently to go fetch some supplies or something.
The grey Earth Pony blew her kiss and waved sardonically as she passed, but didn't bother to stop her. Wasn't like he was never going to see her again, was it? In fact, they'd probably get to know each other very well soon enough.
"I sure know who I'd like to compliment, if you know what I mean," Inkbrand butt into Shadow Fire's conversation with the blue unicorn, with a waggle of his eyebrows at Forest's backside. "Though, I bet I know who she'd like to compliment," he added, with another accompanying waggle of eyebrows towards Shadow Fire himself as he nudged the Pegasus with one elbow. The two seemed have been hitting it off, from what Inkbrand had seen when he hadn't been to busy having a staring match with a potentially angry princess, so it wasn't impossible that they were doing the whole, let's-look-at-each-other-and-blush-all-the-time-but-not-say-anything-because-we-have-girly-feelings-and-s**t-that-we-don't-want-getting-hurt thing.
Buck. Anypony knew how well that worked out all the time.
But well...this had potential. If they were all going to be stuck together for a while, might as well get some fun out of it, huh?

shadow turned slightly blushing when inkbrand had butted in. "I...is it that obvios I have a huge crush on her?" he asked, with a nervous tone in his voice. he had met before, during the hearts and hooves celebration, but he felt she was scared of him. "I, don't know if she would return my feelings though, she, sorta told me she has a fear of fire..." he said looking down as he ran one hoof on his other front leg. snapping out of his sad mood he turned to ink. "but I thought you didn't want to go on some, Heroic, adventure. just think of all the exotic mares though, if you know what I mean." shadow said nudging inks shoulder back, in a last ditch attempt to talk him into going, course if that didn't work, shadow was just going to drag him along. ((light fire left after finishing the letter))
