She had no idea what was going on. Except that she was still attempting to maneuver around Otto and get the tissue paper. Pausing just long enough to tilt her head curiously as Abbi!kitten went rushing past. Half a second to twitch an ear... and then she was trying her best to smush Otto's face even more.
And then there was Finn.
It was probably his fault, wasn't it?
The silver kitten huffed, glancing back towards where they had all originally started.
< Hey, your breath smells like your butt! > With a final paw to the face, the silver Fini!kitten let the victory go to Otto. Because she was being paged. And she took her sweet time stalking back towards a certain kitten.
Blue eyes met mutli-colored ones. < What did you do now? > She asked, sitting right in front of him. Close enough to let her tail bat against his nose. Several times.

Finn watched as Fini ever so painstakingly slowly stalked her way towards him, for all the world giving off the most suspicious and accusing air she possibly could, or maybe that was just his imagination. Hissing when her tail thwacked against his nose several times, he swatted at the annoying appendage with a paw in an attempt to get it out of his face. playing, darling?> He abruptly stopped batting at the tail to instead hook his paw around her front leg in an attempt to pull her closer, and down to his level. If it wasn't quite that easy, he would then sit up and use more force, if necessary, to pull her towards him so that he could lick her behind the ear. < I did nothing except behave in the most charming behaviour that you have come to expect from me. I also might have made some offensive jokes or something. Now cuddle me.>

Her ears lowered a notch or two, a familiar minx like look appearing along her features, worse now that she was a feline. < Not quite, sweetheart. > She purred, smacking his nose once with a paw while she could. And of course she didn't make it easy for him! Making him use a little force (and probably creativity too) to pull her closer until she finally flopped at his side. Or under him. Whichever worked out better. A softer purr starting up as he licked behind her ear.
< As demanding as ever~ > Fini sighed, twisting enough to lick along his cheek and possibly n** at an ear too. < You should apologize too. > She added, knowing he probably wouldn't.
She would get you later, Otto. When you least expected it.

She was going to make it hard on him, apparently, but eventually he managed to wrestle her to the floor with his superior skill, lying down on top of her to keep her in place while he moved down from licking behind her ear to licking the back of her neck. Of course, her purring was just like it was when he was exposed to Ripley and Abbi doing it, and this time he barely even tried to fight it when a low purr rumbled forth from his own small feline chest. He sighed, but didn't stop grooming her until she managed to n** one of his ears, then he narrowed his eyes and twisted his head away, all while doing nothing to let her up off of the floor. And then he snorted. e.> It wasn't like she didn't already know this.
Said ear began to twitch.

Fini wiggled a little underneath Finn!kitten, to be obnoxious before she settled and resigned herself to the current situation. Which was... not that much to complain about. It was also quite evident by the way she arched a little here and there as he groomed her that she definitely was enjoying it. And the soft purring only continued.
< Would you expect anything less of me? > She teased, twisting a little so one blue eye lazily gazed up at his face. < And this is much more... tame then some of the things that have happened. > Fini pointed out.
Then snorted - or snickered - right back at him. Yes, she knew he wouldn't. But she would still say it. < Like offending a lady isn't wrong? > Or just being mean. Alas, she expected it of him in general and couldn't fault him completely. He was a d**k.
The silver kitten patted at his face before reaching up to lick behind his left ear. And groom the parts of him she could reach in her current position. < I don't know... you're rather adorable as a kitten. >

He was, of course, ignoring Finn to the fullest extent that he could.
Ripley's stride paused to a stop near Abbi, enough to get a good look at her, and the way she had fallen. Of course her tail tripped her, they weren't used to tails, or walking properly on four paws. Being an uncoordinated kitten was hard enough
< I'm not going away, Abbi. > He assured her, taking a step closer to nudge his nose against her shoulder in an attempt to get her back up again. < Why did you take off? >

He had stopped grooming her so that he could begin licking the whites of his paws again. No gloves or boots, with all manner of nasty things getting all over his poor, ridiculously soft and glorious fur. Of course, if he stopped to think about the fact that he was actually licking the dirt off of himself, he might have vomited up a hair ball or several, but as it was he quite adamantly chose not think about what he was doing at all. That really just seemed like it might be the best way to get through this. His tone soured considerably. He had been looking forward to this night for a long time. He was healed, Fini was healed, and he was ready to...well, move on to more strenuous activities involving his woman and hopefully an incredibly sexy little outfit that he was sure she was going to surprise him with. Wow that sounded even cornier then it had in his head, and he immediatly regretted saying it. This was an acceptable compliment now that he was a kitten instead of an incredibly gorgeous man.

She was, for the moment, quite content to lay there - not that she had a choice at the moment - and purr softly under Finn. Her little silver tail was the only thing that remained animated, occasionally brushing against her man... kitten... whatever he currently was.
< I guess it kind of does~ > Fini murmured, attempting not to snicker at how his tone had soured. Though she had to admit she was a bit upset about it too. Just not as much as he seemed. Maybe because she wasn't having as hard a time being a kitten? It was... kind of interesting. And fun. When certain someones were playing nice.
Okay this time she had to laugh and nuzzle against him. < Consider this a freebie then. > She added, once she was able to stop laughing in feline fashion. < And good! Because I think you're failing beautifully at them. > A pause. < Mmm... only if I look at you from this angle~ >
Kind of cute? Fini really laughed this time, nibbling on his toes. < Only kind of? >
She also wondered if that before mentioned cuddle pile could still be a thing...

A little bit longer the kitten lay there all tangled up on herself, the very tip of her tail occasionally giving a mildly frustrated flick. She heavily considered just milking this moment for all it was worth, but well... Even as a kitten she knew there was only so much she could push before Ripley gave up on her. When he nudged her she sighed and flopped over onto her side, the first step in getting herself back to sitting upright. With a good swish of her tail, she licked one paw and rubbed it on one ear before she sighed again. Big blue kitten eyes turned up to Ripley and blinked forlornly. "Bu-because Finn made fun of youuuuu by making fun of meeeeeeeee." If it were possibly to purse her mouth in a pout she would, but cat mouths weren't really conducive for that sort of thing. "He's always so mean to me... I don't think he likes me." And she had been nothing but nice to him! She'd cried over him!! How could he be so cruel? Sadly the kitten shifted so she could bump her shoulder with what she considered to be Ripley's, quick to give him a quick rub with her cheek to show she wasn't mad at him.

"< He wasn't making fun of you at all. >" Ripley's head tilted a little bit, still observing the forlorn looking tabby as she explained what had upset her. "< Everything he said was completely directed at me, the only part that mentioned you only stopped him from making more gay jokes. >" He explained, feeling the need to be wordy with her again. Saying so much felt strange, feline or not.
"< If he didn't like you he wouldn't even talk to you. >" Ripley sighed, leaning his head down to nuzzle the little tabby. "< Don't take what he says personally. Besides. He's nicer to you than he is to Fini sometimes, and she's actually sleeping with him. >" The kitten's arm wrapped around Abbi in a half hug.

everyone but me...> Her tail flicked once and she sighed heavily, flopping over onto her side. Stiiilllllll. Couldn't he leave Ripley aloneeeeee? The kitten accepted the nuzzle and lifted her own little skull momentarily to butt back, however gently. She wasn't legitimately asking, she figured there were loads of ways to be happy with someone who was mean. Different strokes, and all. But it was something to say as they waited out being kittens so that was that. The additional cuddles, however, were totally a plus and the kitten began to purr softly once more.

Ripley's head tilted at her logic.
"< ...So you think he doesn't like you because he's mean, but you still want him to make passes at you like he does everyone else? >" He summarized, trying to understand where she was coming from. "< You realize that'll only make him seem more mean to you, right? >" Because, as it was, Finn was fairly abrasive and incredibly direct. That man had no word filter, and he wasn't sure Abbi could handle Finn at his full capacity. She had acknowledged that she didn't really want him to, but it didn't make him any less confused. Teenage girls were a strange specie.
"< It's not a one sided relationship. >" Fini dished it right back to him; he'd gotten many texts and threats from the girl since they met, all angrily telling him to watch out for him while she thoroughly ignored him. Ripley shrugged his tiny shoulders, and glanced down the hallway where he had last seen the pair. "< I think they work well together. >" He added honestly.
