"It was a dream sweetheart. Nothing more." Luka alternated between stroking Alex's hair and carding his hand through it in hopes of calming him down. "Your sister would never say those things. She loves you..." He hugged Alex's shoulders, nuzzling his face into his hair. "No one thinks of you as any of those things. We all love you so much Alex.." The green haired boy pressed their foreheads together for a minute before shifting to press a kiss to the side of Alex's head. "I love you so much." Luka said quietly against Alex's hair. He was so quiet he wasn't actually sure he said it.

Luka's hands twitched, and his grip on Alex slackened when Alex asked him what he had said. Sighing, Luka closed his eyes and gave Alex's hair one last nuzzle before he sat back and resigned himself to his fate. Aside from his incredibly horrible bad timing, Luka wasn't actually sure how Alex would take this. "I... love you.." He said slowly, almost like he was testing the words out. "I.. I have for a while now." He mumbled flopping completely back and staring at the ceiling for a moment. "I just.. didn't know how to bring up."

Luka sighed and sitting up, it was he who dropped his head onto the other's shoulder. That worked a whole lot nicer when the shorter man was in his lap he noted. "Alex... I'm not lying." His hands moved to rest listlessly in the distraught man's lap. "Not to you.. Not about this."

"I don't care Alex..." He then shifted, carefully stretching out Alex's bad leg before things got worse. "Don't flail about or else you'll hurt yourself..." Luka mumbled quietly. "I don't care if you don't do love or feelings." His hands moved to wrap around Alex's waist and hug him before twitching, realizing that might not be the best idea. He smiled though, when Alex said he wished he could return Luka's feelings. "That's all I need.. as long as you're happy doing whatever. That's all I care about."

"Shhh. Calm down..." Luka said once again stroking Alex's hair. "I'll call Des if you really want." He smiled slightly, sliding his hands into Alex's and giving them a gentle squeeze. "Still. I'll still let you move in. d**k heads an all. Just cause you don't feel the same doesn't mean I've taken that offer back. You are welcome to move into the spare room. No strings attached. Promise."

"Alex, look at me." Luka whispered as he cupped the man's. "It is there, for you, even if you don't want it alright?" Luka was probably pushing his luck here, but he pressed a kiss to Alex's forehead before sliding out from underneath him. "I'm sorry Alex.. I didn't mean to spring that on you the way I did."

Luka just quietly sighed and taking the blanket, he wrapped it around Alex, pulling it up and over his head like a hood. "Don't apologize for that alright? I'm not sorry for loving you." He patted the teen's head, this time on top of the blanket."I'll call Des alright? You just lay there and relax for now." Luka scooped the games up and set them in Alex's lap before standing. "So you're not bored to tears over at Des' place alright? And don't fight me on this one. I want you to take them."
