Ruby
Ruby couldn't hear Lucas's loving voice or anything for that matter. Suddenly, he cold porcelain skin glowed and what ever remained of the jewel transported to a scared place. This would be the jewel's final act, and their is just a chance that the child's life will be spared. However, though reincarnation that is a huge possibility that Ruby will no longer be the same person she once was. Anyway, the only person to witness her final moments and disappearance was Lucas leaving the others in the dark. They would find out soon enough, but Ruby wouldn't be around to watch which is hat she secretly wished for. Meanwhile, Claudia shielded Nyru with her battered body once an atomic force released itself. She had no idea that the explosion was caused by Ruby because her faced was buried in the male's chest. Occasionally, she would look up and frantically search for her sister but never spotted her in the fray. There were times when she yelled at Laxion to get up and help her with Nyru, but his stress levels were uncontrollable. The blonde tried to stir Alexis, but the wizard was far to unconscious to even twitch so she was left on her own. Gathered her dress in a wad of fabric, she pressed it against the wound while providing CPR to prevent him from choking on his own blood.
She glanced at the fight again, this time she noticed Adi propelled through the air and saved by one of the angels. It's a relief to know that she's safe and now comes the true test. Lyandiel, Mesrapheal, and Sentiel spend out to a certain area near Luficial and they attempted to seal him within the Black Jewel. The same procedure was taken with En' raidal, but she was less of a threat than this beast. Through their combine powers, Luficial was sucked into the jewel which expelled the darkness within the monastery. Everyone stared relax when specks of light broke though the stained glass windows, but the worse was yet to come. Out of nowhere, fire shattered the windows and filled the endless room. The angels grouped above, forcing Adi to come with them, and conjured a light shield around the heroes. The shield didn't last for long until the fire was extinguished and the light returned once more. Finally, peace and victory was restored and now Claudia could focus fully on her partner.
The gypsy limped over and was ready to assist when Dorian touched a nerve that made her go haywire. "Damn him." she cursed to herself as she held out a hand to Adi in concern. She was afraid that she could have lost her as well and when Adi strolled back over her hugged her tight. "I'm sorry." she wanted to apologize for anything she had ever said or done to her. "Please...save him." she begged the celestial woman as she looked back down at Nyru. Her dress and skin were saturated with his blood but she didn't give a damn.

LAXIOȠ Team Elixer ◥ ♞ ◤ When your soul finds the soul it was waiting for When someone walks into your heart through an open door
◢ ♞ ◣ (( Impatience)) Lucas was still in his corner of woe after witnessing Ruby's inevitable death, the events of which he had just experienced was beyond anything he could have ever prepared for. He knew, back when he formed Team Elixer two years ago, that one day they would walk into something sinister. But now Ruby's blood was on his hands... all of their blood was on his hands. And as a leader he feels like a failure, if it were not for him... they could still be alright. He dismissed thinking that without them this world would be doomed, for at the moment his heart was wounded. Laxion was awake though, and in too much shock to care for Dorian's exit, he could only stare at Claudia hanging over Nyru, he felt sick to his stomach and hated himself for what he did to Nyru. Leaning back against the ground he was breathing heavily, shaking so much he couldn't bare to stand. Claudia yelled at him and stressed that he had to be helped but Laxion wasn't event sure if he deserved to help Nyru now... he would never forgive him... he would hate him... the only person that he ever cared for so much in his life would hate him. "N-N-Nyru?.." he managed to let out after Claudia had pressed her dress over Nyru's open wound. Nyru was still unconscious, occasionally twitching. But then Nyru awoke, and from his slumber he let out a roar of agony as he clutched his side where Laxion's spearhead shot right through his armour. "ARHH!!!", he yelled in pain, Claudia doing her ebst to calm him. He then murmered words quickly, in his shock, pain and fear Nyru only said one word "L-Laxion!". The elemental still stared, he was so scared, so much that he could almost feel his heart at the tip of his throat. "Whe-re" he cringed, and breathed heavily, "where is he?! Ah!". But Nyru's tone, it wasn't angry, it may have been the pain but Laxion was no longer afraid of Nyru, but afraid that he might die. Like animal instinct, Laxion shot from his scared little hole and was hanging over Nyru, fear over his face, tears falling from his eyes as he said "I'm here! Nyru please... Please..." he buried his face in Nyru's chest, he didn't know what to do whilst Claudia asked for Adi's help. "Laxion..." Nyru said, cringing once more under the pain on his side, Laxion lifted hishead and pleaded with him, "I'm so sorry. im so so sorry i didn't mean to please forgive me I... I..." he almost couldn't say it, the guilt was too strong, and from his distressed whimpers came "I love you". And then, the pain was masked by Nyru's shock for just some very dear moments. He never heard Laxion say that before, he never told Laxion that either, and he couldn't bare to see Laxion so upset... and so he returned the words. Laxion stared at him, but then the shadowmancer yelled in pain again, and this time Laxionw as urging Adi on "Adi - please i beg of you! If you can't do it then we take him tot he elves, please!" he was speaking to fast for anyone to reply to him, "he can't die please I wouldn't be able to live with myself no please no" he broke down once more as the golden rays of light spread over his weak and nimble body. Lucas watched from afar, and had finally mustered up the willpower to stand, but he was limping. He ventured to Alexis, he was sleeping, she did not look injured, only tired and emotionally drained... like a painting of a dead woman, made eternal in a still image. He leaned beside her and managed to whisper some words of power, and after a few seconds of staring, she awoke with a deep and sudden breath of life. She was never dead, but only drained. He eyes stared behind him, she could see light, light all over, and asked quickly "Is it over?!". He nodded and with narrow eyes said "Yes... i believe it is..."... he couldn't tell her of Ruby's fate yet. But for some moments it seemed he could forget and turn to denial, as Alexis launched from the ground and wrapped her arms around Lucas' neck, pulling him to the ground with her weight as she hugged him tightly, thankful that it was over. That was when the Angels delicately landed on the ground behind them all, and Zuriel felt their presence suddenly become overwhelming, so much so that he felt them staring at him rather than the mortal body he was held within. Zuriel knew that Adi would not deal with this until Nyru was healed, at least somewhat, and so Zuriel let Adi use what power he could to fill the shadowmancer with Vigour. It would let his wounds heal quicker and stop the bleeding, yet the pain would only be ease slowly. Yet his bravery would see him past this. After doing so, the three angels stood silently next to each other. Mesraphael and his dark robes, beckoning judgement in place of Injustira, Scentiel, with her soft glows and harmonic gaze was somehow silently deadly, and Lysandiel. He was perhaps the kindest of the angels, and was always at odds with his brother, Zuriel. The High Angel of Vigour was a soul against Redemption, for redemption was weak and troublesome. "It has been a long time" Scentiel began, her words smooth and delicate, so fine that a leaf could cut it "since the Sanctum has been complete." "But never has an Angel become imprisoned in the soul of a mortal... Zuriel." Mesraphael finished. Lysandiel stepped forwards and before he could speak, Scentiel asked him a question with confusion in her humming tone, she said "you knew this? Didn't you?". Lysandiel stopped in his tracks, and yet still Zuriel had no voice in this. Redemption sighed and nodded his hood, "Yes. Yet even I do not think that it was his choice." And finally, Zuriel spoke up, but this time he had the power to project himself as he did before without consuming Adi. Golden flecks of light peeled away from her skin until it gathered, and a golden glow formed the shell that was a ghost of Zuriel. "Choice" Zuriel said, his tone triumphant at nature yet filled with shame in it's echo "was never a choice in this." Scentiel pondered "Then explain - we thought your soul destroyed" "Explaining myself is shameful..." "But you must" Mesraphael ordered, "For your Reasons are more important than any excuses" "I ventured to your Labyrinth, Brother. I was lost with illness, a darkness crept into my soul and the demonic poison was turning me into a pitiful aspect. I sought out Reason within your corridors, yet I became lost... even I, the leader of the Sanctum was not wise enough to traverse it's halls without it's master. And thus... i fell." Vigour shamefully admitted, and the other Angels' wings twitched at this, except for Lysandiel's. Visions of himself falling crept into his mind, at first it was darkness, but finally he was engulfed in natural light, less golden and more a mixture when he entered a familiar realm, the very same realm that he was cursed within. Magic Earth. "My body died when i did. But my soul was too weak to regather itself in our golden sanctuary... too... impure..." "And so you locked yourself away?" Lysandiel then asked, surprise and interest in his tone, lifting his hood up in awe. "Involuntarily." Vigour scoffed, "I was forced into hiding whilst my soul healed and I was presumed dead by my own council!" "If you'd have died in our realm then you would have been destroyed eternally!" Scentiel rebuked. "And reborn... a replacement perhaps..." Zuriel sighed with great shame. Sometimes he wished that he had have been reborn. "Yet you somehow got into the hands of this... mortal?" Mesraphael asked. "I became an artefact, of which a mortal group took possession of, and in time it was handed to Rur'Adika." and by now, Lysaniel was intrigued as to see how Zuriel reacted about this, for he always had a strong opinion against humanity. "for many years it was putrid, and when I was released i longed for nothing more than to see the Towers of Vigour again." "But?.." Scenitel begged. "I have been shown a new light perhaps... that some mortals can - redeem - themselves." Lysandiel stepped back in shock, "You have been shown the truth, brother." he responded. "However... you are faced with a choice." Scentiel then said, and Mesraphael added "a choice that even you know has only one answer for many reasons." Zuriel remained silent and looked to Adi. He wanted to make this choice, the answer was obvious... but he knew the sacrifice he had to make in order to get what he wanted. But he could not bare the guilt on his now softened soul. ◥ ♞ ◤ When your hand finds the hand it was meant to hold ... Claudia's stretching hand...her sudden and strong embrace and apology, was so shocking that Adi hadn't the time to recover in order to return it. But her begging eyes, the tears of desperate sorrow, not that she would ever say no, there would be no ignoring her tears. But Adi did ignore the Angels at her back; eyes burrowing into her back seeming to melt the armor from her back.
"I'll do what I can..." she murmured as Nyru finally woke with a loud angry cry of pain. Laxion was good to distract the shadowmancer with ease with words of love; it made her smirk and think that it was about time something was said. So closing her eyes and both hands above Nyru's wound the gypsy concentrated deeply, all else ignored to the point that a crease of effort shown on her young brow beneath the hood. Golden light flowing from her hands the wound, blood flow slowed and skin knitted gradually together. The once potentially fatal wound was now something far more tolerable and far less life threatening. A bead of sweat rolling down her temple and her breath coming in slight pants, Adi finally deemed her work done. "I've done what I can with what energy Zuriel and I had left...its not completely healed so take care not to reopen it, but you'll live to see another day," she said with a warm smile to her friends before raising to her feet.
Though she was utterly exhausted and wanted nothing better then to fall into a bed or anything that was remotely comfortable, now wasn't the time. No, it was time to face the angels both her and Zuriel knew it. Adi saw him manifest and found it was far less exhausting this time around....though it wasn't without its effects. It was Q and A among the angels, she stood buy a keen listening only really becoming a part of it when it finally come to the part where her family came in possession of the artifact.
Nodding in confirmation the dark haired gypsy added a bit. "I had no idea that my family heirloom was something so important; we've had it for generations. It was a point of survival that brought us together." And Adi brought forward the small glass sphere slightly bigger then the average marble. "Its nothing but a trinket now; void of Zuriel's power since it resides within me now."
Zuriel's words about humans being redeemable, or at least some, made Adi blush and be greatful of the hood that hid such a thing. But it was soon ignored and faded at the mention of choices for Zuriel. Confused she looked to his projection as Zuriel looked to her with an expression concerning and just as confusing.
"What choice...I don't understand what's going on?"

Ruby
Out of nowhere, Nyru mustered up the strength to open his sunken in eyes due to all the blood loss. His screams alerted the girl and she was immediately trying to calm him. "Nyru, listen to me. Don't strain yourself, you'll only bleed more." she repeated a couple of times as she pinned his shoulders to the ground. He looked around frantically before finally requesting Laxion in a hoarse voice. Claudia gestured her head near his lover and sighed in relief when Laxion crawled over. He hung himself over the whaling shadowmancer and begged for forgiveness, since it was hard to cope with what he had done. Claudia understood his reasons, but the circumstances were so immanence and she found it difficult to forgive the elemental herself. Again, Nyru had a heart of gold and always saw the light in others and in her even though she believed there was no light. While Laxion lovingly distracted him, Claudia stood up and grabbed the spear ready to yank it from his gut. After the weapon is removed, Adi will have to work fast to seal the abrasion which she agreed to doing. Laxion couldn't imagine life without the male either so all this pressure was placed on the gypsy. Right when Laxion admitted his feelings, she pulled the spear out allowing globs of blood to escape until Adi used the powers of Zuriel to bind his flesh.
He would have to fight through the pain for now, but he would live to see another battle. Claudia dropped spear that made a clink noise when it hit the ground and kneed over inhaling deeply. "Thank you." she whispered to the woman that suddenly had her own set of problems to deal with. At the corner of her eye, Lucas had limped over and awoke Alexis from her slumber. Once she found out the whole ordeal had ended, she hugged her instructor in rejoice but he could not express the same emotions. Then something occurred to her in that moment of celebration, she hobbled over to the two and asked, "Where's Ruby?" In her heart, she felt like she knew the answer but hearing it out loud will break her. Several times she looked around aimlessly for the albino but never spotted her. Usually, the first people she would appeal to is Lucas and Alexis yet surprisingly she was nowhere to be found. Claudia was in denial of her death and figured that during the battle they sought a way to preserve her life.
Behind the group, the angels flocked and Adi was commanded to summon Zuriel so they could understand his reasons for being trapped within a mortal. A golden essence gathered around the gypsy and the projection of the tall armored angel was materialized. Their chain mail hoods moved slightly to focus on one another as he explained his plight. Most of the explanation derived from a memory long ago that started in a labyrinth. A darkness that he couldn't rid himself of consumed him and he had no choice but to seal himself away. He resided in Adi's purifying heirloom that had been passed down through her family for generations. When it landed into Adi's care, the angel was more than capable of revealing himself and is ashamed for doing so.
Now, Zuriel wants nothing more than to return to the way things were before this madness disrupted his life. The gypsy was confused as to which choice he had to make, but Claudia supposed it was for him to leave her forever. They had been one for long that it was probably hard for the woman to accept life without his presence. Claudia had no room to interfere even though she wanted to. All she can do is be there to comfort Adi afterwards and put her own emotions on the side.

LAXIOȠ Team Elixer ◥ ♞ ◤ When your soul finds the soul it was waiting for When someone walks into your heart through an open door
◢ ♞ ◣ (( Loneliness)) With Zuriel's gaze standing over her like a statue, Adi finally began to catch onto where this conversation between them was leading, but she did not entirely know what it meant for her. The other angels silently looked at her, and even though they all had empty faces, unlike Zuriel they showed no remorse or regret. But Vigour seemed saddened, and the vibrations of his soul were faint and uneven, without pattern or harmony. It was right then that a shrill shriek came from Alexis, Claudia aroused suspicion as to where Ruby was, and Alexis couldn't bare to believe what their partner had told them just yesterday. It hit her like a brick smashing through a mirror - every fragile piece shattered across the ground. From Nyru's shoulder Laxion lifted his head and gazed over at the wizard with heavy eyes, and once more his breathing was shaken as he remembered what Ruby told them. Alexis called out "RUBY?!?!?!" and she shot up, but Lucas stood up just as quickly and for the first time in many years returned a tight hug. He held Alexis tightly even though she did not want it and he said "She's gone... she sacrificed herself Alexis there's nothing we can do!". Alexis had streaming tears down her cheeks as she looked to Claudia over Lucas' shoulder, she yelled "Do something!!!" she squirmed like a child having a tantrum, insisting "we can save her! Open a time hole! PLEASE! I can do it!" but she broke down and gave in to crying. She was lying to herself and was in denial. Laxion began to whimper once more when realisation hit, and again he found himself buried in Nyru's shoulder, who was laying against the elemental's lap. Nyru did his best to comfort him, just as Lucas did what he could for Alexis. But Claudia was alone, she was the one without a sister that she never really had. Her hopes and dreams of a new-found truth was lost. And still the angels did nothing to help, this was beyond their power and was below their problem. Mesraphael quietly hummed, saying "the Towers of Vigour mourn for their master..." "And the Heavens is no place for a mortal." Lysandiel dared to say, lowering his hood as he divulged such obvious information. But then Zuriel added " But one may not exist without the other" as a direct quote. And Scentiel then said "Which is not entirely true" with great regret in her tone now, the sincerity of her aspect deep in her soul. She knew how hard this was going to be, but she also knew what she thought was right. Zuriel finally revealed the problem, "If I die outside of the Heavens, i will but only reform in time at my throne..." And thus, the realisation would hit. That indeed... Zuriel's duty is to return to the Heavens, and Adi would not be accepted, and even if she followed the golden sanctuary would take its toll on her, eventually resonating her emotions beyond measure until she succumbs to madness and grief... an unfortunate end to a mortal in an immortal plane of existence. There, it is hard to tell if she would die and he would take over her body, or if they would die together and the realms would forever cease to have an Aspect of Vigour. But if she stayed... and died... he would also die. But he would reform in the Heavens in time. Or, Zuriel could impossibly remain in the mortal realm, leaving the Towers of Vigour to cover in dust, letting the golden army of the Heavens go unused and untrained further. But could he find it in his heart to do such a thing? No... even she'd feel it in his soul what he truly desired, as much as he hated to admit it. There had to be another way... That both could be saved. Finally for Claudia... after minutes of loneliness Nyru called her, "Claudia..." He could not bare he stay alone any more "Please" he asked, as Laxion lifted himself once more to give Claudia a chance to approach if she wanted. Nyru stared up at her without moving himself from Laxion's lap too far, and he asked " Please do not dwell - mourn her... we'll... we'll do something... The Oracle..." he shook his head as he pondered, "The Circle.. Declasia... someone..." there had to be someone out there who could help... he was just in denial that Ruby was truly gone, he was in denial that Claudia was left alone and he could not bare that. ((Oh my GOD. THIS IS WHY I ROLEPLAY AND THIS IS ALSO WHY I HATE ROLEPLAY THIS IS QUITE POSSIBLY THE MOST INTENSE RP I'VE EVER BEEN IN LIKE GUYS LET US HUG FROM THE THREE CORNERS THAT WE LIVE.)) ◥ ♞ ◤ When your hand finds the hand it was meant to hold ... They stared at each other, something new to Adi and probably Zuriel as they never were able to really look at each other. Rather the sensation of looking and acknowledgment had been there. Now though the gypsy wished she wasn't looking at him. Zuriel expression serious but concerned and regretful as ideas and 'choices' came to Adi's mind. The other angels looking at her so intently that it made the newly minted warrior uncomfortable. Everything was coming together as confusion was swept away leaving behind a range of other emotions.
Adi parted her lips to speak but was quickly cut off by Alexis as she sprang to wakefulness with a scream. Causing the gypsy to jump a bit no less, but quickly settling into a somber mood as the magicer cried for Ruby; begging for them all to do something...anything.
It reminded Adi too freshly of Croix...the anger again at his death sprang up again but she buried it deep. The others would look after her and among themselves...it left the brunette with the angels that were her problem. As they continued to speak about her as if she wasn't there, things just came into focus further. The angels wanted to separate them...and apparently it was turning out to be a difficult task of figuring it out.
Zuriel was leaving...there wasn't any doubt; his soul resonating with that realization was filled with regret. Adi felt a gut twisted emotion of dread, doubt and fearfulness, she wouldn't have made it this far without him. She'd be dead all the way back in the fight with that damn vampire in the City of Crows.
"You promised..." she breathed out to him her head bowing and a the deep shadow of her hood hiding her face. It was her clenching fists that gave away her emotions.
From one fight to the next...and now this was going to be even more dangerous. She could very well die if Zuriel's somberness and regret was any indication, and still...Adi felt the desired he had to return to the Heavens. There was a willingness to put her at risk and it was utterly heart wrenching...the gypsy she had a friend...a companion in Zuriel. And much to her shagrin Adi had even held a bit of a torch to the angel...they had become so close. Was she willing to die for him...and he willing to put it at risk even if they found the most least risky method. It was the last answer that made her want to curl in on herself.
She barely got her feet under her for this battle and now the angels...everyone expected her to accept a likely death in order to seperate herself from Zuriel. Adi had been drowning ever since Croix's death; not eating...not sleeping and when she slept she had nothing but nightmares. Withdrawn and aloof she struggled along to due her duty to them all and no one noticed. Such high expectations she had to hold herself too even with Zuriel's help it was exhausting; she couldn't catch her breath with it all. It had never been her duty anyway, she wasn't a solider and was loosing herself in the slaughter and shadows.
Her guiding light was Zuriel and he lied and left her there among the dark and pain.
"...you lied..." her words angry, pained and filled with a sense of betrayal. Adi's feet shuffling back as she took steps away from the angels and Zuriel in particular.
OOC: very intense indeed

Ruby
Claudia could clear see how massive Adi's problems were and her companion was about to be taken from her. Yet, her own reality came sooner than she expected as Alexis released all her sorrows in one outburst. Laxion solemnly glanced at the distressed woman and had already prepared himself for the worst. Ruby had warned them in advance, but none of them truly expected her to disappear from their lives forever. Alexis stood up determined to find the child, however, Lucas imprisoned in a hug confirming her death. Hearing those fatal words caused Claudia to collapse to her knees and hold herself tightly. Crystal tears fell from her blood shot eyes and it took every fiber of her being not to vomit. The wizard glared over her instructor's shoulder and demanded Claudia to fix this unfortunately affair, but she was powerless. The blonde insisted that she could conjured up a portal for time travel and everyone knew the circumstances of that will be far greater. Displayed through Alexis's age, time travel was out of the question unless they wanted another fallen member. Laxion quickly came to terms with Ruby's untimely death and sought confront from Nyru whom lay paralyzed on his lap. Lucas held onto Alexis leaving Claudia to shoulder her own sadness and guilt.
Meanwhile, Adi felt such betrayal from Zuriel which was just as daunting as losing her horse. Meraphael explained how the Heavenly Towers of Vigour yearned for their leader and Lysandiel sheepishly added that a mortal can't enter their domain. Although, Zuriel couldn't resist bringing up that Adi and him couldn't live without one another like Ruby and the White Jewel. But, Scentiel reluctantly admitted that it could be done and if he died on earth he would be resurrected in the Heavens in time. Claudia eavesdropped on the angels conversation with Adi and would have interfered if Ruby's death never happened.
After a few minutes that felt like an eternity of loneliness, Nyru beckoned her to come and slowly she dragged herself to his side. Laxion was kindly asked to give the two some space so he could confront her too. She took his hand gently as he struggled to speak and suggest stronger authorities to help them. She even knew that the power to bring her sister back to life was beyond their boundaries, but she agreed with him anyway. "Yes...one of them should be able to help..." she choked on her words as she sobbed harder while trying to tend to him at the same time. He was still alive and she wanted to make sure she wouldn't lose him.

LȖCAS ◆ PUREѴELION ☯ ((repeat this - Farewell)) Nyru was glad that Claudia could find it within herself to join him - he couldn't bare to see her stand so alone and it was just by unfortunate circumstances that no one was immediately available to comfort her. All around them tears were shed in the many losses off this battle, yet Adi was still facing her own war. Like a shiver that ran through his spine and put the vibration of his soul on stand on edge like hairs on the back of your neck, Zuriel felt Adi's realisation and dread surged through him. If he could pull an expression it would be one of sorrow as he raised an arm as if to reach out to her. Her hood covered her own, and now that he could not see her he began to understand why the angels were so untrusted by some - for they're motives were never revealed.
She was thinking about everything they had been through - Scentiel felt it in the vibrations of her soul, there were only brief moments of sincerity before the opposite emotions latched onto her heart, and then Scentiel realised, right after Adi called Zuriel a liar. Mesraphael tilted his head, in his mind he thought It would not be the first time quite calmly as if it were nothing of too much concern amongst his brethren. She shuffled back to gain space between them, and just as Zuriel began to move Scentiel commented "... You have grown fond of him? Haven't you?" It made Zuriel glare at her with scorn, but the aspect of Sincerity persisted, she added "You... lo-" "That's enough!" Zuriel spat out, but Lysandiel replied "emotions for the mortals are more powerful than you think, Zuriel. I would kn-" "You know nothing Lysandiel! You think redemption is always available but you refuse to accept that sometimes it's just not possible!" but then Mesraphael and his supreme wisdom joined, he ordered "It was not possible for an Angel to be cursed... Yet now..." that was the last he was going to take, and although he was but a projection he could syphon as much energy as he needed from the souls of the other aspects near him to dash to Mesraphael in an explosion of light that reformed in front of the Aspect of Reason. He grabbed him by the scruff of the neck and lifted him off the ground as he bellowed "HAVE YOU SINCE FORGOTTEN WHO LEAD THE SANCTUM AFTER ALL THESE YEARS?!" Zuriel began to summon his spear at his side, light condensing tighter and tighter, an implosion of cataclysmic energy that eventually hardened to a divine spear, his spear. "Brother!!!" Lysandiel shouted back, Mesraphael calmly responded "We require that leader back if not the fall of the sanctum is foreseen... The girl must d-" Zuriel held the spear tightly and closely to Mesraphael's would-be neck as he replied "Rur-Adika will never die as long as Vigour remains! Until our souls are separated she is not dying!" and finally he said something that expressed how he did actually care for her life. "And we both know that such a thing has been impossible for centuries!" Zuriel shouted. But Scentiel, whom had been quiet for some time now, mysteriously raised her voice, she stared at Lucas and said "But not... forever". "What?!" Zuriel begged, lowering Mesraphael as Lysandiel pivoted to turn and look at Lucas too. Scentiel hovered ever closer to Team Elixer and the others, stopping just feet from them, her hood staring deeply into his soul whilst her own soul resonated amongst them, at least giving some sort of comfort, a feeling of love, of well-being... of Sincerity. "You - What is your name?" she asked with an eeriness to her voice. Lysandiel stepped ever closer, and his eyes were drawn to the weapon at Lucas' waist. "My name is Lucas... My lady" "Lucas what?" she asked. Lucas didn't know how this was important, but he said "Purevelion". Scentiel gasped, if she could breath she would have drawn the largest breath, followed by the greatest sigh of relief in her tone when she said "after all these years..." and then Lysandiel stepped in, he asked "where exactly did you acquire that name?" "It's been the family name since... as far back as the tree has been written" "And your blade?! Who named it?!" "It - it was called that for just as long. W-why? I don't understand?" And Zuriel triumphantly spoke up from where he stood, "It means you are a descendant of Purevelion..." he looked to Adi right then, his tone sound relieved, and his soul was burning with a new-found hope. "... The Angel of Liberty" Zuriel finished. Lysandiel gestured for Lucas to reveal his blade, and in the glorious sun's rays the blade itself was invisible, all except for it's hilt. "How did I never realise.." Lysandiel cursed, just as the blade revealed itself to them all. Lucas was stunned, he said "It's never revealed itself in the light before?" and Scentiel knew the answers. She explained "Until now the Purevelion Blade has slumbered, and only now in the presence of angels has it reawakened it's true purpose..." Zuriel interrupted once more as he said in disbelief "Purevelion was the only angel to have ever existed that could give freedom to the souls he touched with that blade. He could steal them - free them - or return them." he turned to Adi, hoping that finally she would forgive him. He said "We may exist without destroying the other" filled with hope. Yet Lucas was still asking how, and Scentiel was more than filled with relief to feel obliged to explain, "Purevelion lead the rogue angels from the Heavens, he was one of the group that sought out a greater purity than that which he already possessed by drinking from the Well of Immortality." and then Lucas realised it all. Purevelion would have became mortal... Purevelion must have been one of the first Divine to walk this earth and in the end... the Purevelion Blade is the only living existence... it was the angel's legacy...
"You must slay her" Mesraphael ordered, getting shot the most sinister hood-glare by Zuriel in an instant. Lucas was suddenly filled with a sick feeling in his stomach I could never do such a thing.. he thought to himself. But was Adi ever going to forgive Zuriel? Would she even allow him and herself to live happily. OR would that be too easy for him. ((im so sorry this is long and doesn't give much room for interaction D:

The sun has set, I close my eyes I pretend everything's alright...Drowning in anger I can't pretend everything's alright...Please don't let me fall forever... There's a hate inside of me like some kind of master! I try to save you but I can't find the answer I'm holding onto you, I'll never let go I need you with me as I enter the shadows
━━☽Ɍυɼ'Дɖɩқą Дɖɖąɧąɼɼą☾━━
An arm raised as if to reach out to her, her first reaction was to back away a few more hurried steps. "Don't. Touch. Me." came her quick snap of a command. Though in all reality his true presence resided within her, and touched her very soul...something at the moment that truly upset her.
Scential spoke then, drawing Adi's attention, her hooded head tilted towards her. Only to turn her head away as a blush crept into her cheeks, thankfully hidden by the hood's brim and shadow. The young woman though physically flinched as Scential spoke again, even as Zuriel kept her from speaking further enough had been said already. Thankful Zuriel's outbursts kept further attention falling on Adi, which she was able to breathe a small sigh of relief for. That relief was short lived once more, just like the sense of victory she had felt at slaying Lucifial had been sucked out of her with this hostile conversation.
Adi had to die...that's what the angel's kept saying, Zuriel's moderate like of her keeping her alive, but it didn't help ease the pain of his sharp and deep betrayal. The yelling the intense conversation involving Lucas now and his blade. So much was happening still and Adi couldn't catch her breath, before she was even able to fully comprehend the results of the conversation, everyone seemed to be staring at her expectantly.
The words 'must slay her' ringing far to loudly in her ears. Frightened, angry and the heavy feeling of loneliness and isolation striking at the usually spirited gypsy like a demonic force. Adi wanted to scream...she wanted to just break down and cry. Everyone seemed to expect something from her, demand something from her with out even asking her...all of this out of her control; this whole thing since the first time she had entered the City of Crows and lifted that orb, Adi had no control in what happened next.
"...enough..." she breathed out, reaching up to clutch her head as a headache the size of island came on; it all far too much for her to handle anymore. "...I've had enough of this!" Rur'Adika was taking control back, she was taking her life back; she was no solider, not made or trained for the life of battle and life and death...everyone seemed to failed to notice that she was slowly falling apart. All but Dorian seemed to notice...and he wasn't even a true ally.
So quick as she could, the brunette was unfurling her wings and taking to the skies, retreating out of the hole in the doomed window. Adi's full intention was to fly away, take some direction and go with it till her wings couldn't carry her any more. But a scent on the air drew her; reminding her of home and a life she had missed, reminding Adi of her old self and a small sad smile graced her lips. Following the scent of hay and horses, the gypsy found the stables that the Unbound had kept within their sanctuary. All the horses sturdy and of good breeding, but all rather frazzled from the mayhem that had gone outside. Only the stallion in the back, in his large stall seemed to pace back in forth, not with fear or anxiety but with impatience and spirit; the urge to run and be free filling his heart like her own.
The Gypsy Vanner proud and tall, in his speckled ashen grey coat that stood before her seemed to know that too. He settled down as her dark eyes connected with his glass eyes, and as a peace offering, Adi gave him an apple from the basket next to the tack and saddles. The velvet lips of the mighty creature were trusting and sure bring a smile to Adi's face. A connection had been made...one only fully understood between gypsy and their horse.
"We ride.." she breathed, and Adi was manipulating magic and her hands in such a way that saddled and bridled the spirited stallion with such ease. The time cut dramatically down, for she was leaving the stables behind in a flash of hooves and feathers.
She made her way to the Temple of Dreams, her things...Croix's things had been left there for safe keeping; she wasn't going to leave them there. Neither would Adi let Zuriel sway her, anything he wanted or may have attempted to say were completely ignored. The young woman going as far as to push down on that part of her as she could, replay fully and only on the dark powers the Crow Prince had given her; ones she was only just beginning to understand and use properly. Such as using that dark magic to cloak her and double her and her new stallion's speed to the temple.
Away...she just wanted to be away; get her thoughts in order...get her life back in order; to breath freely again. Come to terms with the sin and blood her hands were soaked in, and accept the shame she had brought to her people and her family. Adi wanted peace again...wanted to be the girl she had been before it all, but even she knew that was too much to ask.
OOC: sry for the longness, but some serious crap needed to go down for Adi, as you can see.
☽━━☆━━☾ "...I'll stop the whole world... ...from turning into a monster..." Caught in the darkness I go blind But can you help me find my way out? Nobody hears me, as I suffer the silence I'm holding onto you...I'm holding onto you There's a hate inside of me like some kind of master! I try to save you but I can't find the answer I'm holding onto you, I'll never let go I need with you with me as I enter the shadows

Claudia Vesslia Aside from Nyru's physical pain, Adi secretly expressed her own feelings hidden under her hood. Zuriel was once considered her life time partner, but now his concerning touch disgusted her. Scentiel, the woman angel, was rather inventive and noted that she had fallen in love with Zuriel even if he denies it. Stricken with anger, Zuriel was ashamed of the fact that her emotions had affected him for better or worse. His rage bellowed at Lysandiel before Mesraphael interrupted to prove him wrong and make him appear foolish. Well, Zuriel wouldn't advise his brother's so-called "wisdom", more like meaningless ethics, and lunged towards the dark angel in an explosion of light. Wind created from the sudden burst of light swept through the room cause Claudia to cling to the two men. When she opened her eyes, she checked on each teammate until she stopped at the two celestial beings quarreling. Zuriel had summoned his spear and held it closely to Mesraphael's throat. Their tension made her very nauseous and light headed because she couldn't handle their harmonic clashing powers. Through all of this, the Angel of Reason calmly stated that Vigour needed to return to his rifle place and in order to do that Adi must die. Those fatal words caused the blonde to stand up in panic. She couldn't bare to lose another person close to her.
Zuriel defended the female and vowed to protect her while indicating that he had some value for her life. Either way, her being slay normally wouldn't work, but the once silent Scentiel informed them of another path. Zuriel loosened his grip and the kind angel hovered to Lucas while providing a sense of peace to the rest. Her faceless hood stared at the instructor and politely asked for his name and although his first name was irrelevant to her his last wasn't. With a shocked tone, Lysandiel processed to ask about his origins which lead to the history of his blade. Zuriel seemed relieved and Lucas's true identity was revealed, the Angel of Liberty. Holding his invisible blade up to the rays of the sun, the blade appeared in a shimmering white ambiance. Lysandiel and Scentiel filled in the gasps about the blade's history to the others; and it was said to have belonged to an angel that possess the power to save or destroy souls. Now Zuriel had reason to celebrate because it was possible for the two to coexist with one another, but it wasn't that easy.
There was a bit more to this tale. Purevelion was the first divine creature to roam the earth and chose to be mortal leaving his sword behind. Only Lucas could wield the sword he inherent, and only he can slay Adi in order for them to find happiness. Claudia knew Lucas would not...no could never bring himself to perform such a harmful act. All the sadness and rage pent up inside the gypsy came out and spreading her wings she ascended to the skies. "Adi!" Claudia shouted jumping after her only to skid of the sooty cement floor. She slowly got to her knees and slammed her fist down in tears. "You drove her away!" she yelled at the angels, but mostly hating herself because she was unable to stop her.

LȖCAS ◆ PUREѴELION ☯ It had all proven too much... in the end, Rur'Adika could not take in any longer. For the moment, everyone has been blinded by tears, but all the while, since the very beginning, they had been blinded by everything around them - and failed to notice Adi's slow decline into sadness and imprisonment. She announced this, and with a mighty leap she set off to the sky and burst through the glass dome that the flames had earlier destroyed. They all looked up - bewildered. Nyru, Alexis, and the others stared up suddenly following Adi's dramatic exit and not one of them knew what to do next. Claudia, in her rage and realisation came forwards and cursed at the angels. None of them exchanged any kind of sadness except for Zuriel, whom after lowing his hood faded away and was dragged away with Adi's soul. Mesraphael said "we must find her", but Alexis picked up her staff and the distinct sound of metal on stone echoed across the hall. Bitterly, she said " You will do no such thing..." "We cannot leave without our broth-" Lysandiel attempted, but Alexis lifted her face and swung her staff to her side, the blade at it's tip shifting and curving, transforming the weapon into it's original scythe form. The sound was sharp and cutting even for the angels, Alexis then stated "We cannot leave without one of our own and this time I don't want one of us dying for one of you." her tone worse off and sourly content with challenging the angels if they dared. "She may be saved" Mesraphael commented, repeating that Lucas held the ability to do it, but Alexis glared at him, she said "You want to kill her and bring her back. Do you have any idea what such a process is like? We've all been ignoring it for a very long time but when at any time has anyone ever asked for Adi's real opinion? You will not hunt her down" "You mean to defy us? Immortal beings..." Mesraphael questioned, and Alexis bitterly muttered "I won't pass down any moment to kill you if you're unfair." Mesraphael tilted his hood to one side very slightly, and from the darkness he said "your fate would be-" "my fate was decided a long time ago. I've nothing to fear." she interrupted, holding her scythe ever tighter by her side. Lysandiel stepped between them and announced "This is not what she would have wanted! We will end up destroying each other" "We should have realised that before Adi left us and your precious angel with her" Alexis responded. Nyru lifted himself off Laxion's lap, and was able to lean against Laxion's shoulder now, he asked "W-what happens if - Zuriel does not return?" and Zuriel looked over. With utter disappointment he admitted "we are not completely sure. But the Sanctum runs without final decisions being made, and the Towers of Vigour continue to become grey and lifeless. Soon it may be possible that our armies wither. If he is not there it cannot be run. And he cannot be replaced as long as he lives. Vigour, must return." "I can't do it" Lucas then revealed, holding the Purevelion blade before him, staring at it's clean edge, gleaming back at him. He said "I cannot kill innocence... it is against my vows..." Lucas was but a ghost of his former self, feeling the pressure on himself now too. In her angst, Alexis launched herself from the ground with arcane power that wisped behind her like blue dust. She landed on the exit Adi had used and stood at the edge whilst Laxion grew scared encase she'd run off without a plan. But instead she looked around and her expression dropped. "Alexis?!" Laxion asked, yet she did not answer. "Alex-" Laxion asked once more, but she finally shouted back down with "Ashes. There is no snow outside only ashes and charred remains. Something incinerated everything that was consumed by the darkness nearby. Smoke still rises in the distance from some areas" "What could have done such a thing?!" Laxion asked, looking to Lucas who managed to calm himself enough to try and give an answer. "I do not know, unless the Fire Elementals caused it" ((so sorry not much room for you to interact with claudia, now's you time! Maybe she could be the one to suggest searching finally.. :L)) Back at the Temple of Dreams, Adi did he best to stay out of sight however one man was there to find her collecting her things. From the corner of the room the Oracle said "I barely recognised you, Rur'Adika." walking out from teh shadows, he was alrgely unscathed except for some bruises and a few cuts across his arms. He looked around at the windows and said "I must thank you for what you have done - changes are already apparent... though... where are the others?" he asked then, noticing she was alone. He also had moer questions, questions concerning the flames yet he did not ponder those yet - he would also ask how she travelled so fast, but he could make a good judgement about that.

Claudia Vesslia Claudia watched as Zuriel vanished at the corner of her eyes due to the fact that he was still connected with the gypsy. She wanted to know if he felt all the sorrow Adi was feeling, and hoped that it would etch into his soul since he caused this. The angels wouldn't sympathize and Mesraphael insisted that they find her. He'd probably force her arrange her own death only to fulfill their objective and discard of her body carelessly. Suddenly, the ringing of metal scraping the ground caught her attention and she turned to see Alexis challenging the angels. Lysandiel pried that they needed Zuriel back, but the wizard swung her staff around in protect. She could hear the distinct whistling as the staff transformed and the edge of the scythe cut precisely through the air. The Angel of Reason reminded them that she could be spared, but Alexis advised against it because it's the gypsy's decision, not theirs. Alexis wouldn't summit even those Mesraphael threatened her, yet she believed that she could defeat a celestial being. Lysandiel had had enough and brought their argument to an end with a couple of words.
With the blonde's last objection, Nyru positioned himself onto Laxion's shoulder and asked what will become of the Heavens if Vigour stays distant. Regrettable, not everything was set in stone but there was a chance that the Towers of Vigour will slowly decay and the armies disappear all together. No other angel can replace him, he is essence to their survival. In a way, Claudia understood that their situation was urgent because it meant the collapse of a whole empire, and Adi's world seems so insignificant compared to these events. Right then, Lucas out right refused to kill her because it was against his vows and the guilt of an innocent sacrifice was to much to bare, especially after what happened to Ruby.
Alexis conjured her arcane magic, and catapulted herself into the air so she could get a bird's eye view of the outside. At first it looked like she was going to make a run for it, Laxion certainly thought so, but eventually she gave them a description of the landscape. The entire land had been set ablaze and now only ashes drifted in the wind. It was unsure of whom could have caused it, but Claudia needed to take a look outside for herself. Leaning down to Nyru, she whispered, "I'll be back." concentrating hard on the gates they entered from, she teleported in a blur of movement. Opening her emerald eyes, she was faced with the charred grounds and grey skies. The breath was taken out of her as her stared out into the soot covered void.

LȖCAS ◆ PUREѴELION ☯ The realisation that the world around them had been charred to a crisp by flames of an unknown entity gave them but another reason to be weary - though for now they could be thankful that hopefully they won't be seeing any more demons for years to come. Yet there was still the problem of Adi, and the Angels that wanted her for Zurial that remained within her, like a bird in a cage. Alexis jumped back down to them and landed with a light thud, magical dust spiralled in the air around her like she was a graceful fairy. Looking at the angels she got back to the subject, "I know you have problems of your own... but please respect us." "You have five days... noble wizard" agreed Scentiel, showing that she does show fairness and kindness in her Sincerity. Mesraphael remained silent for the time being, but Lysandiel said "Very well - though by that time I have to warn you that it will be Injustira who returns with us. And he is not as easily swayed..." "But does he not see justice in Adi's reasons?" Lucas begged, staring at them like a child would upon finding out their parents had told them lies. Injustira was the guardian angel of the entire syndicate... it was formed from the very remnants and evolved from the Order of Injustira - he could not allow Injustira to be anything but what they believe him to be. Lysandiel held back to begin with, but said "Injustira.... stands for nothing but justice - however - our justice may vary from yours, and not all of us see the potential in mortals" "Not like you..." Lucas put in, Lysandiel looked at the other angels and nodded "... yes. And after the war that your kind created because of the instrument of justice he gave your Order, he lost most of the hope he had." and Mesraphael calmly added his own wisdom, saying "Your kind was unwise to destroy the Omnijewel, and created many unstable versions of itself" but Lysandiel glared at him through his hood, yet Reason but only stared back without remorse. Mesraphael saw no fear he only saw reason to say or no to say. He saw untold knowledge and knew what was right or wrong to bring success and triumph in the end. Some dare say he may even glimpse into the future and read the fate of anyone he desires. "So he has given up." Lucas said, putting his blade back within its sheaf. "No" Scentiel smoothly added, her dulcet tones like a sweet symphony, "He just needs a reason to believe again." and Mesraphael nodded. Lucas responded similarly with a nod. Claudia returned, and Nyru was now on his feet with an arm over Laxion's shoulder. "We should get out of her" he said to her, and Laxion agreed, but he then looked to Lucas and Alexis and said "but not without Adi. She's one of us, no matter what." and Alexis smiled back at them, but only just... she still could not get over the loss of Ruby. "I hope she hasn't gone too far..." she said, looking up at the golden sky above them. With that, bursts of light consumed Mesraphael and Scentiel as the two of them shot to the skies and erupted through the clouds and back to the Heavens, an entire realm away. Lysandiel remained, and bid them farewell, for now. "I must thank you all for your help - including Adi most of all. Because of you... mortals, the Heavens remain untouched by the taint of demon presence. I am forever in your debt... I only wish i could do more to have saved - " but he stopped himself from saying it any further. "We'll see you when the time is right" "and how will we know when that is?" Laxion begged, and Lysandiel responded "Once redemption has been handed to us by the Gypsy, and once redemption has been accepted by her too." before becoming white hot and bursting towards the sky in a great white light. The angels' business was over for now, yes they would not give up on Zurial, they needed him unlike anything else that could exist.

Claudia Vesslia Outside, Claudia ventured onto the soot grounds and thoroughly examined the debris as she passed by. Eventually, she leaned down to touch some of the more valuable items buried under the soot but they crumbled instantly in her hands. For some reason, she imaged Ruby in her arms crumbling away and suppressed her tears because she didn't want to further worry anyone. As she straighten, the grey overcast disburse and golden light shined down on her pale complexion. She closed her eyes and soaked up the warmth, while trying to prevent herself from breathing in to much of the polluted air. Beside her, she imaged Ruby going the same and then twirling around in happiness. She couldn't help but smile and decided it was time to return since Nyru needed her support. Transporting once more, the blonde reappeared by her slumped over partner. Laxion had half of his body elevated and she filled the vacant spot on the other side. He draped his free arm around her shoulder as she firmly secured his waste.
Laxion suggested they move out and search for Adi because she was still part of the group. Alexis forced a smile and Claudia nodded sternly because there was so much more she had to thank her for. She wanted to understand the gypsy and form an unbreakable friendship like she should have done the first time. Alexis muttered something about Adi's distance as the two angels, Mesraphael and Scentiel turned into beams of light. The ascended to the Heavens leaving Lysandiel to state the farewells. Lysandiel was grateful that the Heavens were spared, but at what cost? Adi had pratically saved all of Magic Earth and in the end Ruby sacrificed herself for peace and prosperity. As he mentioned the two, he stopped himself at herself sister and ensured his return when the time is right.
Laxion questioned him and he said that redemption must be served on both sides or the world will never fully recover. Beaming up like his brothers, the group was left to decide where to go. Looking to Lucas and then to the rest of them, Claudia said, "Let's go back the way we came. We'll end up at the Temple of Dreams, and then we can find directions from there. Maybe the Oracle knows what happened to the land."

LȖCAS ◆ PUREѴELION ☯ They all gathered together and were thankful to still be alive. Lucas was just nervous about what would happen when the Angels would return, for the first time ever - he didn't really want to see them. Claudia had the right idea though, following the same route they'll know the way back without guidance, and they may even run into someone that can help them recover, especially Nyru... he was so badly hurt and every minute was stressing Laxion out. He knew Nyru would be alright but the pain tiself was long from gone, he was even having trouble walking. Alexis looked above her and out through the various windows "Yeah... Merlin only knows what happened..." With that they began their journey back, it would take some time before they reached the Temple of Dreams and find out that Adi had already returned there. ((Unless you have any ideas, shall we stop posting with these guys until we're ready for them to arrive at the ToD, since the Oracle and Adi are having a 1-to-1 RP at the moment?))
