I'm Arlette Mori. I've been a member of Gaia since 2004. I've been a GCDer since its conception, just under a different name. I'm a stay at home mommy with two very young children. Most of my conversations are infact with my two year old. Please talk to me. LOL

Hello, hello, I usually go by Xav or Zwin. Xavior is fine but most people have a spellcheck that likes to fix it.
I signed up for Gaia on April 1st 2004 to see what the fuss was about anime and stayed for the RP community.
I've done just about everything and anything on this site, at least for a short while, and I'll discuss on length anything and everything Gaia.
What should I say, I wonder? I'm 27 currently and I live in Utah as an unemployed bum in my parent's spacious basement. I supervise children for several hours a day, none of them my own, and try to keep the place from looking like a disaster zone. I write, I game, I lurk, and I make random observations.
Recently, Christmas was a pleasant surprise of gifts, and this past week my uncle from Oregon came to visit. We all got together and I hung around while family recalled real life stories late into the night.

Hi! My name is Princess Piffle, I go by Piffle or Piff! I've been around since some time in '06 3nodding
I have two favorite things on Gaia: playing dressup with my avi and chatting with folks in the forums.
One good thing that happened to me recently is a sudden influx of friendships in my online communities! I dunno why this is happening, but I'm really enjoying it!
I'll be 23 on January 30th. I currently have two part-time jobs; I work as a receptionist at a church on sundays, and I work as a teacher's aid at a childcare facility. I work with children who are ages 3 months to about 5 years old, and I love all of em!~

Well, I'm Lithium Filth. And I absolutely pawsitively love to type in cat puns :3 Of course, if that bothers you to read let me know and I'll be sure to refrain furm using them whilst you're in the chat~
My favorite thing is purrobably the dress up avi/forums. Avi beclaws I like to keep my avi up to date with my oc in my mind, and forums of course because theres always so many people to talk to and meet.
Um. I'm an avid crafter and used to be really active on the textile and crafts forum, but lately I've been so busy :<
THE MOST RECENT GOOD THING to happen to me, was that I finally got my hands on some professional mold making material and I can finally make my own sculpts to make into resin jewelry! In fact I hope to make my furst mold over the next few days, if schedule permits.
I'll admit I've never been pawrticularly active in guilds, but they always seem to die fast/not have active forums to chat in. Heres hoping this one is the best~

Hello, I am one of Gaia's original '03 members. I joined gaia after learning about it from a long time friend of mine.
I am 25 years old. I am currently studying to become a nurse. Originally I had gone to school for fashion design.
I am a very kind and outgoing person with a gentle spirit. I can adapt to almost any situation.
I'm excited to get to know new people from this guild and together maybe create a new and more positive Gaia.

Serai here! I'm 36, and discovered Gaia through the tektek site, actually. I was looking for avatar-creators and played with that one off and on for several years before finally deciding I might as well check out where it came from. I initially spent most of my time in zOMG, but after discovering the Writers Forum, I switched over to hanging around that, the GCD and a few other places.
My favorite aspect was definitely the community spirit and staff/user interaction before things went downhill. Still love to play around with my avi, anyway.
Something good that happened? We found a buyer for our house, so we can finally move! ....even though that means a lot of random things to be done now that limit my time here.

I will have been on Gaia 10 years in 9 days.
In real life...well firstly, I am a guy. This always seems to surprise folks. I am also married with kidlets. And am 36 years young.
And a good thing that happened to me recently...I was gifted the Angelic Backwing formula from a great friend and was lucky enough to be able to create the first stage of the wings. Now on to the second!

Hey people.
I joined Gaia in 2005 right before my high school graduation. I am now 27. My name is Sarah.
I'm special needs. I am learning Italian. I have two beautiful cats and a full blooded 8 month Jack Russel Terrier puppy. He is crazy!!
I have two older sisters and one younger. I grew up with an abusive father. I have my very first boyfriend now and he is going to teach me Magic: The Gathering(at least, I assume so because he gave me a Deckbuilder's Kit for my birthday).
My oldest sister is married and has a baby who is now...I believe 16 months or so?? Her name is Annie and she is sooooo cute.
Why I love Gaia is..because...in high school I was in my version of hell--not because of school, but because of my father. Gaia was a way for me to make friends without having them meet my family. It still is.
I live with my mother now and I assume, will continue living with her because I am unable to live on my own.
a couple likes and dislikes
-I love cats and owls. I think owls are my absolute favorite.
-I love pink and I hate yellow
-I support gays.
-PLEASE, please do not say that I am smart for a special needs person. I take that as an insult. I am very proud of what makes me special--even if it is bad.
-I want to be fluent in 5 or 6 languages one day
-I want to make society understand what it's like being special and a victim of abuse. Though I'm not sure how.
-I love word search puzzles but not crosswords!
-I like to collect.
-Smaug the dragon, The Hobbit, The Lord of the Rings, Middle-Earth. All will have my instant attention.

I use the majority of my free time watching anime, reading manga, and playing video games. I really enjoy art, and someday I wish to have a career in Fine Arts and Illustration. I have an unhealthy obsession with Disney and Studio Ghibli films. /huffs
One good thing that happened to me recently...hm. Well, I just ate some super duper yummy noodles. does that count /shot

 Hello everyone!~♥ I'm Velvela and I've been on Gaia since 2007, but my old account got hacked :c My favorite thing about Gaia has always been dressing up my avatar but I also enjoy meeting new people, participating in guilds and looking at art freebies! ♥ One good thing that I've recently enjoyed is talking to my close friends :D I'm really looking forward to this year and starting my second semester of community college! On gaia my fave thing would probally be a guild I took over in 2005, which I brought to sell for profit, but well saw it was a alive guild, decided to help it get more off the ground. And since then have met a few members IRL from it around the world.
I started as a fisher dec 04 ~06, though only got one trophy I was never quite extreme enough.
Was a exchanger 05-08...but got out of it due to all the, well...I dont like cutting throats as much as making friends.
Have always loved the community though. And am a mad fan of talking to admin, devs, artists and other staff.
