His gloves began to light up in flames as he deflected and shoot out roots coming towards him. Trust me, I won't burn you.

"W-what?! O//O"
She was rather surprised of how quickly the magic field covered her weapon form and the flames gathered around her before even replying.
Being her first time as a weapon she wasn't that bright as to how to react. Then again tried to maintain herself focus as much as possible. Closing her eyes to advert herself from looking down. The ballistic blade was starting to glow as the heat was forming. Gathering enough temperature to cut through glass with ease as the blade was turning red. I continued, she will remain holding the temperature 'till being able to cut trough steel, however there's always the risk of overheating. More over since it was her first time trying it out.

- Max - Meister If life is as short as you say it is... ---------------------------------- As multiple thorns were closing in, Max prepared himself.Don't worry, this isn't the first time I've done this. Alright lets do this, Self Resonance: Crimson Spear Way X Hell Breaker! He said as his body began glowing red, he then dashed towards giant flowers on top of the building. As Max got in striking range, holding Melani in front of him, Max began to zig-zaging through the air, slashing all the thorns and flowers, releasing the heat stored inside of her.

as Max was slashing the thorns a gas would explode from them as if they were hoding the gas inside them, it was poison,if any of them were hit by a thorn they would begin to feel sick and ill-like, the stab was dangerous but also the gas the more he slashed them the more the gas would begin to fill the air , the thorns would continue to fire at them (Weird thing is... i kinda expected them to be hit lol so the poison was gonna be put regardless if u infact hit them or not)

She barely could sustain her voice. The heat was consuming the blade as no matter how much would she spend with every slash, Max continued charging her. The explosions however, felt like a soft yet harmful breeze, since it would cool her down just a bit before the blade began glowing again. Ironically, this was saving her life since the heat purified the metal from the poison. So, as long as she remained in her weapon form she would be safe form it's effects. However the second she abandon's her form the poison would be merciless against her if she's not in a safe area due to the clouds of poison that were being generated.

Max said as he noticed poisonous gas began growing lager and lager by every slash, then when Melani returned to her normal state, the gas began effecting her and would soon effect Akamichi. I'll get us out of here. He said as he quickly form a barrier around them, protecting them from the roots, thorns, and the gas.

This will be over quickly... He said as he released a massive heat wave, burning away the gas cloud and flying thorns coming towards them.

Melani, being in her weapon form had enough time to observe most of the plants moves, however they were moved entirely by chaos so no patterns were found. The roots and spines were very aggressive with each approach and did not knew how long would Max last with his barrier on.
"Can't we just move on? Maybe we can find some shelter in the buildings. At least something to block the plant's path?... or maybe even lose them in the chase."
She suggested observing how the plants didn't seem to like the idea of quit their harass on the group.

You're wiser than you look...Taking Melani's advice, magical seals began to surrounded the three as they quickly teleported to a close by building. I think we should stay on foot from now on, don't want to go through that again.

Once within apparent safety. Melani went back to her human form to examine the damages. Still unaware of the poisonous gas. She performed a quick scout of the area. Using her knives as decoys but also as small vision tokens that would reveal a small area for a few minutes while taking her time to examine her comrades.
"So, is everyone alright? No one got hurt?"
She asked right away taking her med kit since she ignored how severe was the encounter.

we can wait for him no problem, but, if he doesn't show up or if I don't show up within a certain amount of days, we could just... think as they got separated by a plan sneak attack and they would regroup when they become active again o. o

the group went closer to the ground, when they were no longer in the air the attacks seem to completely stop in their tracks all the roots which were moving stopped dead, the flowers remained open on the roofs but nothing came out, only the wind moved them. it almost seemed quiet as if the place was deserted. to the north of them a street filled with water was found covering the street, due tot eh street having a valley like look to it it was more of a mini lake. the water was murky, to the west a bunch of cars piled up as if in a crash, and to the east was a destroyed building blocking the path

+Akamichi Love+ Akamichi dusted himself off nonchalantly as though his life was not just in danger. "Hmmm. That was pretty impressive...for a warlock." Akamichi said as he smirked and glanced over at Max. "So what spell was that exactly, that enabled you to use Melani?" Akamichi was intrigued by all things magic. "On second thought don't tell me. i'd rather find out myself." Akamichi said. "What exactly is our next course of action?" Akamichi asked the group. Sorry for the delay guys.

"My first course of action would be to take a shower ¬¬"
Melani replied, apparently she had a headache due to her body temperature being hight because of Max's magical influence.
After the persecution there were lots of doubts in her head and the headache wasn't being very helpful.
"I need water"
The red head thought as she observed the surroundings. Everything would seem to be quiet, then again she knew she couldn't take it for granted, not after the whole thorn persecution in the sky earlier.
Observing the "mini lake" she couldn't help but feel the urge to jump in. The unstable temperature was killing her. Watching the other two talking about what to do next. She thought it would be a good idea to investigate that area. Just as a precaution.
And so she headed towards the flooded street.
"Well taking the fact this forest is devouring this city, is actually a beautiful scenery."
Thought for herself loudly while reaching the lake's shore.

(guys need to be posting...i know one person who wants to continue..snce weve been chatting but imma just conti nue with that person instead of restart..so its gonna continue and i guess u can jump in later if ur ever able to) as Melani went to the flooded street, she would notice that the closer she got the more she would notice the grass that came out of the water had clear water around the emerged. the entire city was quiet as they were on the streets, silent yet the eminence of danger was everywhere.
