innocent little Rosie Place Vandal wherever another villain is needed to even things out. He has no powers other than his immortality, but he is a master of hand to hand combat and weaponry. He also has seemingly unlimited wealth and ties that could give him any resources needed (within reason), and years worth of knowledge. Hey, Rosie, PM me when you get online. I think I have an idea for Vandal and Arell.

So can't help but laugh as I was rereading over the Alan's Metropolis allies. (Superboy, Wonderboy, Flash, and Alistair) That he is roughly 15 years older than them all.
Gonna feel like he taking the young justice out on a field trip to save Metropolis. lol just kidding should be very entertaining for all. mrgreen

how soon do you need this answered? I havent had the time to look into the things yet. And I have family visiting so I wont be getting on gaia often
edit: considering my current interactions
I believe Gotham City is the most logical course of action

He also has seemingly unlimited wealth and ties that could give him any resources needed (within reason), and years worth of knowledge. Vandal has ties to both Metropolis and Gotham. I'm thinking it would make sense for him to be in either but let me look at the latest roster and decided from there. Alright, either one works for me. I'll be able to work with either area that needs Vandal, and his resources should allow him to take on whoever he's put up against.
