Valarie continued to examine the bushes. She picked off another sitrus berry and dropped it into her bag.

Valarie's eyes scanned the palm trees just in case Fois decided to laze off. Fortunately, he seemed to still be busy. The watcher returned to looking at the bushes and spotted a figy berry. She stuck her tongue out-- she hated these. The main reason she would take them was for pranks. She picked the berry and put it into her bag-- maybe someone in the group likes them.

Valarie stuck her head in one of the bushes for a better look-- Fois doesn't seemed to be returning anytime soon.

She thought horribly wrong. Just as she pulled her head out of the bushes Fois flew by and dropped an oran berry on her head and disappeared again. The watcher rubbed her head and placed the berry into her bag.

Valarie stuck her arm into a bush and felt around for a berry. She kept her eyes out for Fois since she didn't want to get hit with a berry again.

As soon as she felt a mago berry she pulled her arm out and shoved it into her bag. Safe.

The next bush Anise spotted was another Cheri bush. This one had another ripe berry, so she picked that was well. May as well stock up on supplies while she could.

Already two of the girls were off and running, their pokemon aiding their search. Cai dug through some bushes near him but the berries grew deep in the vegetation, difficult for even his long arms to reach.

What he did discover though with his struggles was a very startled bunneary. It dropped the entire armful of berries it had hoarded and bounded a few paces away before turning and staring at Cai with wide eyes. It's nose twitched vigorously, the only moving thing on the frozen pokemon.

Rawst berries, while they wouldn't fill anyone's stomachs, they were good supplies anyways. Cai pocketed them and stood from his crouch. His mouth twitched as he saw the bunneary still staring at his back and after a moments thought, he tossed a couple of the berries back to the pokemon. It wasn't right to steal the little creature's whole lunch after all.

The bunneary's ears twitched before it made a happy noise and retrieved it's treats. "Here's a deal." Cai mused half joking. "You do all the work, we split the profits fifty fifty." He doubted the wild pokemon would even listen to him let alone understand what he wanted. Not to his surprise, it bounded off into another bush. Cai mentally shrugged to himself and followed. He still had berries to gather for the rest.

Pleased with his success, Oki sniffed around for more berries. He found another bush with the same kind as the last one, and lead Anise over to it. She petted him again before plucking another Aguav berry.
