Following his jawbreaker, Jimmy doesn't stop to wonder how Draze is still on his feet... He pops back up, jumps up onto the apron, and attempts to connect a punt kick with Draze's head!

Jimmy hits the steel floor with a thud, but it's a satisfied thud, as he's not only had the chance to kick Draze right in the kooky head, but with that one moment, he's had the chance to SEE his foot collide with the larger man's skull, like a soccer ball. Falling off of the apron was a small price to pay for that kind of gratification.

From his position on the floor, he hears the footsteps of the ref as each step echoes off of the steel. Pushing himself up, he crawls backwards away from Draze, allowing the ref to pass by him.

With the help of the announcer's table, he pulls himself to his feet, a little unsteady... There's a growing pain in his right knee that he really doesn't want to think about... and limps over to ringside, rolling in under the ropes. He crawls over to the center, and just lies there, hoping to steal some rest while he lets whatever just happened to Draze work itself out.

Having rested enough, Jimmy sits up, and looks over to the general area where he'd left his opponent. He can see Draze's head poking up above the apron... So, he's obviously up, but what kind of condition is he in? Concussion, or just a bump, or what?

Jimmy gets up to his feet, watching patiently as the ref's restarted count rolls on to seven. He only has a few more seconds to reenter the ring, and when he does, Jimmy will be waiting for him.

Seeing Draze roll back into the ring, Jimmy makes his approach, as if to start attacking again. Instead, he attempts to swiftly grab his opponent's closest wrist, duck under his arm, and end up behind him. If it works, he'll go for his new finisher, a Burning Hammer!

Before Jimmy can lift Draze up off of the ground, an elbow shot bounces off of his face, stopping him cold. After a second one, Jimmy takes a step back, eyes wide, vision blurring. He shakes his head, trying to avoid going into a daze as much as possible, and ducks down, out of elbow range.

He quickly attempts to deliver another few punches to Draze's kidney, and if it works, he'll go for his finisher again!

((I'm confused. When you say 'Jimmy comes in,' are you referring to him attempting the kidney punches, or afterwards, when he tries for his finisher again?))

Since Draze is turning around while Jimmy is delivering the punches, he manages to fire off at least two of them before his opponent's fist bounces off of his face. He drops down to one knee, and stumbles sideways into the ropes. He attempts to pull himself back to his feet, despite the dazed look and ringing in his ears, but as Draze is in the air for the dropkick, Jimmy collapses to the mat, inadvertently dodging the kick.

Having not even noticed the dropkick that he'd narrowly avoided, Jimmy finally makes his way back up to his feet, with significant help from the ropes, only to see that Draze has gotten back to his feet, as well. The pain in his head from that last strike is still blaring, and the resulting case of double vision is only just beginning to fade. He's taken about as much damage as his opponent, so why does it seem like he's the only one diminishing with any consistency?

In order to gain some momentum, he'll have to do some damage. He's made several strikes on Draze's left kidney, and it's time to start cashing in. Moving away from the ropes, he quickly tries to go for a roundhouse kick to that very kidney.
