Sagebomb Citrus Novii That's much better than what I was imagining. Whenever i think basement I think world of warcraft bat cave + mini fridge. THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN US THEN. Ive definitly lived in much worse. (Like for the past 6 months XD), although where I lived on camp I did have a lot more space to use XD. (Even if not in the living quarters) And thats fair enough, we all definitly have our own tastes. I kind of imagined a bunk situation at the camp?

Citrus Novii I kind of imagined a bunk situation at the camp? At the camp I worked at for the past 6 months the first two months was 4 guys in 2 sets of bunk beds, in a space smaller than I am in now. (Basically there was the beds, space between them, and some room for shelves and that was about it. The next two months I got my own room due to my rank and position, which was a queen/double? bed, I had a bit more room to move around, and even had a couch. As well as a bathroom in the corner which had a toilet (which leaked) and a shower (which wouldnt work if it had a shower head on). For a couple weeks I then had to stay in the "staff room" of kids cabins, where I was in a similar small 4 adult room, inside a cabin which had kids in the next room over. And then the rest of the time I was back to my own room (different to the first own room, but only a couple rooms down), this time still a queen/double, a fair bit less room, but enough, and a slightly larger bathroom (Actually its own room, as opposed to built into the corner with ply), although this shower was prettty gross, peeling paint, and had platic floor mats inside the shower to cover the concrete floor...but although it looked bad it is well known as on of the best showers in camp for pressure, time to warm up, etc. At other camps I have had both better, and worse.

I've been practicing my plating skills and it was either water glasses or crystal and I wasn't feeling fancy enough for the crystal.

That sounds...quaint. xD I thought this was a rich Jewish kid camp, couldn't spring for decent plumbing? But at least it was a place to sleep, true. Yeeeeah, I've never really LIVED anywhere else for as long as I've lived in this house, but when I stayed with my mother one holiday it was this little three room hole in the wall in the ghetto-ville of Austin on New Years eve right? So, mother, Novii, and mother's boyfriend have ALL finally gotten to sleep, mom and I in the bed, boyfriend on the floor, time is going by nicely, sleeping like we are. Because I'm an old person in a young person's body and staying up until midnight is a BIG DEAL FOR ME. I'm like, dead asleep. Boyfriend is snoring, so is mother. Then. Out of nowhere. We hear gun shots, and I quote, "***** IS 2011! IT IS TWENTY ELEVEN! *bangbangbang* YEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH." This goes on for like thirty minutes before the cops show up lol. I denied further invitations to stay with them. xD ...I think my point was I get that. But I might have derailed somewhere there. :3

I have entered the stage of Keto where you want to cut your limbs off because you are low in magnesium. OH MY GOSH. Bit dehydrated too. I WANT TO FALL OVER.
In fact I think I might here in a few minutes. Into my bed. BASICALLY, I'm going through withdrawls from carbs and sugar and beautifulness.
; n; Couple more days to go and this horrible ness will be over and I will have hit ketosis. I could get lucky and hit it tomorrow. It's been like a week now.

Yes its a rich jewish camp... HENSE why it is too cheap to fix anything properally. Profit is everything, and putting money into maintainance contravenes profit. Ive never lived anywhere as long as Ive lived my home back home either. XD I spent most of the first 18 years of my life there. Yeah I dont really know where you were going with that. But cool ^_^

Although some studys say its just mood (Anger/hostility/confusion etc) that are heightened during very low carb diets (As opposed to memory) Of course for people with brain issues ketone based diets show positive results. Either way I just dont want you to hurt yourself. Have you noticed any changes in your cognitive function, or emotional states? (Or has anyone else noticed or implied it?)

I remember reading about that stuff when I did it the first time actually actually. In the first two weeks or so I could easily say that I get grumpy, and sleepy, a bit fuzzy headed stuff like that. But when I was about a month into it I actually felt A LOT BETTER. It was weird, like a switch went off in my head. You know I've got the whole anxiety thing blahblahblah, and a lot of the sub issues with that became easier to deal with (I guess that's the best way to put it lol), it was actually the longest I abstained from SI since I was what, like 13? The boyfriend actually commented on that, stopped seeing weird bruises and cuts and stuff on cam and asked me about it, and (he does Keto too, though he's less carb restricted than me since he works out) and I mentioned how much more alive I felt on the diet. My Uncle who I work with never said anything like that, but I got a lot of my motivation back, going into work early and getting s**t done. Stuff like that~ On the FORGETFULNESS though, I'm a little derpy at the best of times, so if it did affect cognitive functions I never noticed it to be bad enough to where I was affected to the point where I couldn't do my job or anything like that. c:

Picked up some water with electrolytes and ate an avocado. Gross. I hate avocados without onions and tomatoes, and garlic and stuff. BUT IT WAS NECESSARY.
