Amrita only shrugged. It didn't matter what she thought, really. In the end what was done was done, and the reasoning for it was now useless, especially since it was harmless. "It feels like some sort of metal, to me anyway." All without putting her tongue to it, too.
"Really? I've grown fond of it, myself." She mused, her free hand curling to brush along one of the chains. "Then again, I have to live with it." With a sigh she shifted, pressing against him accidentally as she propped herself up on her elbows, looking up at him with a small pout. He didn't like it...perhaps their little bit of fun was over? "I had hoped it wouldn't be a deal breaker..."

"It's not all that pleasing to be around." He admitted. "The only sorta restrains I like are vines or leather." He tapped a finger at the lock. "That doesn't really leave much." He leaned to one side, regarding her.
"What deal would we be having again? I hang around a lot of demons. I'd like to know in details."

"Ah, but this is barely a restraint." The chains embedded in her skin from her collar bone down, draping elegantly without looping over any of her limbs; it didn't even go around her throat.
"Not that kind of deal." She gave a small chuckle, shifting her weight onto one elbow so she could brush her hair back with her free hand. "I meant...you know. You, me, alone in my room...not a demon's deal at all." Just two people, having fun...or so it would seem.

His lips pressed thin, and he gave it a moment of consideration, before smiling. He wondered just how far Amrita would even go. She had been so conflicted about Christof and Aymet, and now she seemed so sure of herself with him.
Tail flicking, he wasn't above having fun, though he wondered if she was now considering having more than one guy. "You usually seem never that sure of yourself. I like this side of you." She seemed open, relaxed, and willing. Usually she was sad and confused, and while they had been close, they never had been this close.
Leaning down, he pressed another kiss on her lips, ignoring obligations to others. Right now, he just wanted to have some fun.

"Well thank you~" Amrita smiled at his compliment, with not even a hint of her usually sheepishness to be found in the gesture. "I like it, too." Not that she really knew of this sad and confused side very well. Even back in the Kingdoms she fought to keep as proud and sure of herself as she could, no matter what disadvantage her Tarot Name gave her. She kept herself propped up on one elbow and slid her free hand around the back of his neck, being sure to brush her fingers lightly against his skin as she did.
"I like your different, too." She was of course referring to their earlier conversation, where she had expressed him acting different and off. Calder leaned down to her and she smiled against his lips, enjoying his kiss for a moment before she tilted her head very slightly and followed up with one of her own. Here she slid her other arm around his neck as well, leaning back more fully onto the bed, all the while pulling him down with her.

Pressing down, he rubbed his cheek against her own and gave a chuckle. "Not people like my different." They had said he was strange and seemed rather upset, though he was working with it. It had felt strange, did feel strange, but it also felt....good, and also frustrating. He was a torent of emotions from one moment and the next, and while he acted on impulse, other times he grew upset with himself by all the things he had to think about. His body always felt strange to him, pulling on him, and there was this constant restlessness that wouldn't leave him alone. He didn't know what to do about it, and was making the best of it as best he could.
As Amrita touched the back of his neck, she would notice his hair was cool to the touch, silky smooth like cold water, and unlike undeads and ghosts, he had the warmth of a monster. Even though he could live comfortably in both warm swamps and cold rivers, he still gave off heat like another other living creature.
He nipped at her ear, playfully, and wondered how undeads were made. He hadn't been around for anything that had dealt with Amrita and how she was upgraded. It was an event he was excluded from, and while he knew it was probably because it was a private matter between those who were undead, and that he probably would have gotten underfoot, he still wished he had been there to feed his own curiosity and to take part in a major event of his friend's life.
Reaching up, he worked to unzip the vest completely, tugging on it to reveal more of the black little dress she was wearing. "You're usually not this dressed up." He looked up at her. "It's nice."

"It was scary at first, and different, but I'm used to it now...and I like it." She chuckled against the nuzzle and wondered at the body heat against her despite the silky cool of his hair. It was an interesting feeling, but not one she was new to. His body heat against her was something she had felt before when they had cuddled, and she found that she still liked it.
He nipped her ear and she let out an amused breath, bowing her head to n** just as playfully at his neck. Since he was so close he'd find that she didn't smell like most undeads; while there was a small hint of preservatives, it wasn't as potent as an Undead - especially a patchwork - should have. It was because her natural abilities staved off natural decay, which removed any dependence on chemicals for upkeep. The rest of her scent was death and flowers, perfectly combined.
Calder finished unzipping the vest and she let him, though her hands slid down from around his neck, trailing down his torso to seek out the hem of his shirt. She wanted to put his flesh under her fingers. "I just felt like it today." She explained with a smile, ignoring the fact that she had been dressing up as often as she could get away with since the tear. "I'm glad I did~" Her lips brushed his shoulder. "I'll have to do it more." She found what she had been looking for and was quick to use it, nudging her fingers under the fabric of his shirt. Her cold fingers pressed against his warm flesh, sliding further until her hand pressed flush against his side. "You're very warm~"

"I'm not trying to scare people away. I'm just..." He sighed. "...I don't know." He shook his head. "I don't want to think about it."
He leaned back down, kissing her cheek and was thrilled that Amrita had returned his n**. It was a intimate action shared by his kind, that even though Amrita was not a kelpie, it still thrilled him. He missed those sort of interactions that he could only get from other equines, and with so few around, he was almost starved for even a little bit of affection that only his kind would know.
He kissed down her neck, and looked down as he breathed in quick, feeling her hands touch his stomach. He then breathed out again, and looked up to her. "I get colder in deep water. You should try it sometime. Go deep in the water and sleep surrounded by dead plants. It's warm there, and you can feel the water move above you." It was like a blanket he never wanted to leave, and when he was smaller, he would sleep as far as he could go until his parents nipped him to get out.
"Can you take off your vest?" He didn't want to tug on her arms. As she did, he glanced back down at his shirt. "You can rip off my buttons if you want or if you don't, unbutton them."

"Changing is always scary, but we push through." Amrita said, sure of her words. Her head tilted as his kisses trailed down her neck, uttering a soft breath as his lips brushed over some of her stitches. His offer was tempting, and by the time he had given it her hands were sprawled against his chest, having trailed along the lines of his new muscles to get there.
"You'll have to take me one day~" It did sound nice, and it was plausible since she didn't need to breathe at all. "I do like crushing weight..." Her preferred sleeping place was actually six feet under, but it was not only hard to do on your own, but it was dirty business too. Sadly. When he bought up her vest she nodded, sliding her hands out from under his shirt to wiggle out of her own, dropping it to the floor moment's later. "The dress is all you, though." She grinned up at him, clearly not going to help him remove that.
...He would let her tear the buttons? She looked honestly surprised, searching his face for a moment before trailing her gaze down his shirt. A slow grin spread on her lips at the idea, and without further hesitation she curled her fingers between the buttons and pulled hard enough to rip them right off, hearing the light clink of a few hitting the ground and nearby wall.
"That was fun. You can return the favour, if you want." It was just a dress, and it might look good all patched up, too. She grinned up at him still, thrilled to have had the opportunity, and lifted her hands to hold the sides of his neck, pulling him down again for an eager kiss.

The shirt laid open, showing off a hairless chest. His frame was slender, sleek, but still had enough definition in muscle to show he swam often.
Smiling at the offer, he took the fabric of her dress, debated ruining probably the few she owned, but threw that idea aside as he let the sound of ripping fabric fill the room.
~~~~~~~~~ He sat on her bed, warm, and uncomfortable. He picked his kilt off the ground and set it on his lap, looking to the side. It was fine, really, but it didn't mean he wasn't slightly disappointed. Still, it was better to be told now before it had gone too far and things that could not be repaired took place.
"I'm glad....that we could have just a little fun together. It means a lot." That she could at least feel he was worth being intimate with a little, and he wasn't just a friend to only come to with advice. It made him feel better.
"It was, but...I'm still sorry." She murmured, sliding a hand through her wild hair in an unconscious attempt to tame it. The ghoul peeked at him from the corner of her eye, and then dropped her gaze to the torn remains of her dress, playing as if she felt guilty for it. As things had gotten heated she'd asked him to stop, claiming she changed her mind. In truth though, she had little to no intention of actually following through unless she had to; she had simply wanted to see if he truly did respect her enough to stop something do intimate, and it pleased her to no end that he did. Even if he was visibly excited.
"And...thank you, for understanding. That means a lot to me." She leaned over just enough to nudge his shoulder with her head. "You can still stay the night, if you want?"
He hadn't been lying when she brought up their friendship before. Amrita was part of his herd, and meant a great deal to him. He would tear anyone who upset her, and in turn, never wanted to make her feel pain. He wanted to protect her as much as anyone else in his close group of friends, and he also wanted to provide for her. If that was intimacy, he would freely give it, because he trusted her and loved her, but if she said no, despite physical cravings, then he would stop. Just because he was an animal didn't mean he was an animal. Even young stallions had some restraint.
But instead of sending him home, being upset with him, and feeling awkward about it, she still felt safe enough with him to offer her bed - even if it was for just cuddling. Right now, he felt a bit lonely that he didn't think he could return to his room now without thinking about what had happened.
"I'd like that." He said, those continued to rub his legs together. "...but, before that." He flushed, glancing over at her with a small smile. "You wouldn't know where the bathrooms are, would you?" He knew undeads didn't need bathrooms really, but he did. Now. BADLY!
"Oh, um, yeah, they're a couple doors down, on the right." She gestured to the hallway. The dorm had bathrooms installed, one on each floor, for the undead that didn't need a bathroom or for the guests that would. They typically went unused though, all things considered.
Getting up, he put on his kilt, and hobbled his way to the door. "I'll....be right back." They both knew why, and he wasn't about to explain it either. Form the way Amrita had acted, he doubted she needed that sort of information.
Still limping due to his injury from before, he left to use the bathrooms. The one good thing was that out of all the places in the undead dorms, it was probably the one where he would get the most privacy as no one had walked in to use the facilities the entire time he was there.
After washing up, he returned later, somewhat more bashfully than when he first arrived, and shut the door to her dorm behind him. "Are...we still okay?" He asked.
Once Calder had left she had hopped out of bed, tidied and dressed in one of her fashionably torn night gowns. Her torn dress was collected and tossed aside with little care; if she didn't mend it herself, it would likely be re-purposed somehow in typical patchwork fashion. When he finally returned she had just picked up the last of the buttons from his shirt, and setting them and the fabric on her desk.
She stayed near her desk for now, and only because she was folding the torn shirt as if it were perfectly fine. "I'll fix this for you, it should be good as new~" It wasn't really an offer so much as a promise, and when she did turn to finally answer his bashful question, she was smiling.
"You stopped when I asked, I'm grateful. So...I'm okay, if you are."
