She looked him over with her eye, returning to her original post of chin in hand on elbow to table.
"Handsome, it's one of the worse things of this place. I have seen better kitchens in the dorms of the hunters than I have down here." She sighed loudly, "But If I destroy it, It's going to have to be rebuilt, and I certainly couldn't do that either. Way too lazy for that..."
She sighed again. Moving her arm down to rest her head on the table, staring up at him.
"You have another question handsome, unless you are tired of this game. In which case I have a million of things to offer in return with the first one being a nap."

"And if you destroy it, then we'll have to eat grass or something," said Ian, with a small sigh. He glanced over at Nevada and smiled a little, reaching out to idly slide his fingers lazily through her hair briefly before letting go again.
"One more for today," he said. "And then we can continue it whenever you want."
He thought for a moment, leaning back in his chair before he spoke again.
"If you could say something to someone, anyone, that you can't ever say to them now, what would it be?"

"I almost want to think grass might be a healthier alternative." She so badly wanted to wink at him, but settled for puffing her cheeks a bit. She felt the gently tug on her hair, and smiled. If there was one thing she loved in the world, it was that her hair was long and easily played with.
"One more for today, and I will come seek you out to continue it." She made a small sound, "But I am guessing we are pretty open people, so this game might go on forever."
She studied him before letting her gaze drift at his question.
"One thing to one person..." She let her eye close.
"I'd tell Garrett he was a huge douche and that if I had known that he would turn out to be the worst boyfriend in the world, I would've never dated him in the first place." She sighed, "Instead of running away after he told me he was more interested in twins as his girlfriends than just one of us."
She snorted. "It seem's small in comparison to this whole thing, but I thought I loved him. And he was my first for everything. And I never got to properly reply how terrible he actually was."
She had nothing to say though, for the father that turned on her, trying to make her Alaska. her thoughts on that man was nothing more than simple hate and distrust. She was just as much as his daughter as Alaska was, so why hadn't he seen it.
She shook her head and got up. "I think it's a perfect time for a nap now." She waggled her eyebrow. "Sure you don't want to join in on a cuddly nap Handsome. I don't take up the whole mist lounge couch."

Ian smiled, a slow, catlike sort of expression that may have indicated that he was pleased with this observation - or maybe it was just him, learning a little more about the people on this island.
One dark brow rose. "Well, that's an interesting plot twist," he said. "You're better off without him, obviously. Any man who wants more than what he can get is probably not the best guy."
There was the faintest hint of familiarity to his voice, as though he were speaking from experience, but Ian tapped his fingers against the table in a casual, careless gesture. "If it helps at all, I think all of us feel that way about our first loves," he said. "I certainly did."
And look where it got them - where it got both of us. Ian cleared his throat, glancing up at Nevada from under his lashes.
"A tempting offer," he said easily, pushing himself to his feet and walking around to the other side of the table where she sat. "But I'm afraid I'll have to decline for now; I have other matters to attend to."
He bent over and kissed her cheek before straightening, a smirk on his face.
"Til next time then, Nevada."

"Yes, Any man that thinks he can handle twins, especially Alaska and myself is crazy." She shrugged, "But he's dead to me, and I am technically dead to him. Problem solved."
She nodded, "yeah first loves are tough. But Va tutto bene, รจ finita con ogni modo ora." She eased out in Italian, kissing her fingers and mimicking something blowing away from it.
"The offer is always open Handsome." She tilted her cheek, pretending not that it was certainly a small thrill and summed it to be a female preening to male attention. "I'll see you around Ian." She watched him leave, musing of sorts before leaving herself.
There was a mist lounge with her name on it, and she wouldn't miss a nap to process the puzzle that was Ian.
