Oh...oh Jack, it was Professor Emerys! Of course! Looking flustered, the baku lifted a hand to her head, wondering how she could possibly have forgotten. It wasn't as if she had been gone that long, after all. As he passed by, she hastily took a step back and gave him a polite bow in greeting. "Welcome back, professor."
Then she looked at Shun, lifting her brows. Clearly they were all a little tired right now.

Night, unlike the other students hadn't been sleeping. Well he had but not in a way you'd expect. he'd been making himself home somewhere on Aymet's large empty shell of a body. So when Aymet woke, and Night didn't, The small cat went with the dragon where ever he want.
It was like Black kingdom stuff all over again.
"Welcome back Professor." Night yawned, not quite giving his location on Aymet's person yet.
Benefits of being a third year ghost with a small natural form.
Camouflage.

"Hiiii Aymet!"
It should have been obvious by now that it was Thackery who was calling him, but if Aymet was uncertain, the Cerberus went bounding up to stand right in front of him. He glanced towards the stranger - a professor, right? - and waved to greet him.
"I like your new friend, Aymet! Is he part of your Kingdom?"

Andrew returned. The welcome back sign was odd, almost out of place. And yet just right. He kept his tail close as he navigated the crowd, careful not to burn anyone. (Well if he saw Molan or Miasma he might not be so careful.) The person standing at the gate confused him a moment like there was something he should remember.... it came to him. Professor Emerys. He nodded to the professor and then started looking for a certain familiar face in the crowd.

Jacking hell it felt weird to be back. After everything that had happened, the dragon stared at the welcome back sign as if it was some sort of alien life form, or some bizarre form of language she didn't understand . But, even so, she felt pretty good about the whole thing. Turning towards the group of students (and the professor that had turned up, she waved ecstatically at a few of them. "XIU! SHUN!" She cried out, running towards them, then kept her voice low as she whispered. "Did you see...the knight in shining blue Armour." If her eyes could sparkle, they were doing it.

Xaejil was back. Back at Amity. Back at the gates. Getting here was a blur of blue and black and she couldn't help feeling entirely dissatisfied with the entire thing. She remembered fighting. Proving herself. And now it was just school again. Was this real life? Had that been? She found the only familiar face in the crowd and approached. Her gloved hand rested lightly on the other ghoul's arm. "Olivia.."

The black chain around her neck was heavy, it was tighter then the dog tags that rattled freely around it. Bone fingers move to tug at the black chain and the lock in the middle pressed flesh to her throat. It was a collar, a lock, and chain all in one. Tiny charms and discs entwined with it, some depicting a canine figure, a dragon, weapons and strange symbols of moons, suns, trees, and clouds of mist.
Purple eyes looked to a staff, to a figure and her bone arm ignited a panicked reaction they had stopped you they had killed you! But then she paused one foot moving forward, her hand pulling back into a fist. It was a professor. Not a threat, a teacher.
She stood there fist half cocked and very confused.

Oh. Yes. That's right! Professor Emerys. Amrita knew he looked familiar.
"Welcome back, Professor." She murmured, gazing at the boil she recognized as Alex, their Public Relations team mate and member of the Green Kingdom, standing nearby and chatting so easily with the King of Revenge. Well, perhaps not so much King in this play land, but close enough. Luckily, Thackery's appearance distracted her, and she offered the Violet King a small bow of her head, not wanting to go too far into extravagance to ruin the illusion.
His question was a perfect opportunity for her to see which Aymet was in this world with her, and so she waited with a baited breath for his answer.

Oooh, okay. Well, Hel and academics really didn’t go hand in hand, so she didn’t pay much mind to the return of the professor after he walked through the gate. She gave Xiu a pat, and Shun a salute, before she moved on, because there was someone else in the crowd Hel felt the need to pester see before she left to go digest everything that happened. “AMRITA!” The reaper made a beeline for the undead, and all but threw herself at her. Then, actually remembering that the ghoul didn’t like being entrapped, after the hug she just rested her hands on her shoulders. “So good to see you!” She grinned, and one hand moved to point at her chest. “I did not forget what you did for me, and I must admit, I am rather sad that it is not there!” She laughed. “I was actually growing fond of running my fingers over the stitches and your piece of skin.”

Amrita startled as someone practically screamed her name, looking over her shoulder on instinct just in time to see the Reaper make a very obvious beeline for her. She tensed as the Reaper nearly threw herself at her for a very brief hug, her hands already flexing into fists. Despite playing it careful, she was only moments away from punching Hel to get her to back off.
Thankfully, she didn't need to. Hel's hands slapped down on her shoulders and gave her enough space to ease over her imagined threat. "It was nothing." Amrita insisted, her fists going slack as she brushed a hand off of one shoulder, still not quite enjoying the touch. She remembered what she was being told, at least vaguely; Hel had been hurt, and she had used her own skin to patch up the wound. The problem came when she didn't know which fragment of herself it was. Regardless of who was at fault here, the idea of someone being in possession of even a little piece of her skin was just...creepy.
"Well, if you ever rip a key out of your chest again, I'd be happy to offer my flesh." There was a clear hint of amusement to her voice, her thoughts quickly taking a turn for the cruel. "Or maybe the next time someone's hand breaks through your sternum." Hel had some of her attention, but she was distracted. Every now and then her gaze would shift, as she was still making sure Shehk and Sparrow were here in case they wanted that tour, and more importantly she was waiting for Aymet to answer Thackery's question.
"You seem to be okay, though. Which is good." She at least managed to get the sentiment out, despite her distrations.

With how little she paid attention half the time, it really wouldn't have been a surprise for Olivia not to recognize the wayward returning Professor. She still greeted him with an upbeat smile and small wave as he passed through the gates and into the school grounds proper.
Her attentions had turned back to the student bodies once more after he had left, watching and staring as they talked about Kingdoms and their return home from their journey. She heard her phone chirp a little jingle alerting her to a text message but unfortunately at the same time a hand drifted to her arm and a soft voice called her name.
"Oh, hello Xaejil," Olivia greeted (making sure to say her name carefully and correctly) with a smile. For a beat she didn't say anything further, simply looked the other ghoul over curiously. And then, simply asked, "did you go on a journey as well?"

Amrita brushed her other hand off, and Hel batted at her hand teasingly before she rested her fists on her hips. The reaper snorted. “Haaa…ah, as fun as that was, I truly do not hope to be pulling anymore keys from there anytime soon.” She snorted again. “Jack, no, no more hands through sternums.” Hel reached up to rub her hand over the spot, as if just thinking about that gaping hole she had in her chest made it sore. “Though I appreciate your offer, friend.” She grinned at that, and then nodded. “Ya…you as well! I am relieved to see that you are alright, since I lost track of you after we reached the seventh floor of that tower.” Actually, thinking about the tower reminded her… Hel perked up considerably. “Hey! Sometime after we settle back in, you owe me a game of cards!” Her grin widened.

Shun turned as he heard his name being called. Oh. It was Poke. He furrowed his brow at her. "Knight in shining armor? What the ******** are you talking about?" he asked flatly. He shook his head, then looked around at the others. Things seemed... relatively normal.

So they were back now and from what Mitsu could tell in one piece. She had to check her face to confirm it was there but yes...all in one piece. Thankfully. Somehow she had gotten seperated from the others though and made her way through the crowd to find Shun and Xiu.
"Shun? Xiu?"
She just managed to arrive at the gate as they professor left to go inside. Had he been waiting here for them?

Turning around yet again, Shun soon caught sight of Mitsu. His expression softened and he made his way on over to embrace her gently. It was nice to see her with a head again.
