Rep once again stared at Jordan, his mind absolutely blown by the idea of a world in which Jordan didn't gamble. He remembered things himself. Dreams maybe, in a casino, familiar somehow.
He was about to say there was nothing wrong with gambling when the guardian got a smack that made him wince.
He decided against it.

"Oh, a festival? I guess I don't remember that. That's all right then." That made more sense. Must have been a school event or something, like a carnival booth. Harrison was clever about knowing how to get people to pay attention. It had probably been his idea. "You must have built that," Jordan nodded. Trying to remember through the holes in his memory was distracting, and he didn't manage to hit the guardian at all. Rep didn't think it was possible to build a casino for a school project, he had a feeling school projects were things like...tiny animals. And for some reason potato batteries. The casino from his memory, sprawled on an expensive couch - did he have his tail? - it was fancy. It was..surely it was beyond Harrison's capabilities.
It made his head hurt and distracted him just a bit from hitting half as hard as he was capable.

Rep thought about it for a bit.
"I guess there was this time I exploded a person. That was pretty jacking awesome." he said.
And then he mentally backtracked and gave Jordan a decidedly baffled look. "Rings?" He eyed his scaled and taloned paws, trying to figure out how he'd even get a ring on his fingers. The mark still stood out against the back of his hand clearly.
"I don't have any rings. Heh. Not on my fingers anyway."

Harrison aimed a strike at the guardian one-handed, then slipped off a glove, wiggling his fingers.
"No rings," he said.
The same marked was burned into his hand too.
"Maybe you oughta elaborate some. Everything you can remember about it, and don't skip out."

He fired a few over the top blue blasts from the prop guns into the monstrous guardian, just to look like he was trying. But not too hard. Over-acting didn't sell. He assumed this was some kind of acting exercise. He held up his wicked prosthetic claw-fingers and grinned stupidly. "No rings here either. Sorry boys." Jordan's expression went from dreamy-eyed to crestfallen immediately. "You - you don't," he stammered, and pushed the trailing edge of his sleeve up to show them the ring on his finger. "I remember, it was on Christmas, and we were all together, and we put them on ... " He shot a confused look at Aymet. He was part of their fighting team, but he didn't have a friendship ring; only Harrison and Rep had those, because they were very special to him. But he didn't want to hurt Aymet's feelings by saying so.
