Jacinthus Post 9
Jacinthus looked at the second boy he was holding, over at the second one, then over to Takoda, opening his mouth to say something... when he realized that he wasn't looking too well himself. He looked almost as exhausted as Keilana was. He pushed up to his feet, taking a step after him, when the boy in his arms squirmed, reminding him that he was sort of tied up at the moment, "Ahhh..." Damn, he couldn't quite chase after him yet, could he? Once he was able to hand the little one off he thought to himself before he turned to look over at the other two adults in the room. The shield barer was holding the second boy and Kei seemed a little out of it... so he couldn't really hand the baby off yet.
"Eh? Oh yeah." He murmured, moving to grab up a couple another of the blankets that he'd fetched, a task he was almost certain was busy work, before handing it over to Chalcedony. He watched as the man cleaned off the second boy before then wrapping him with another blanket. It was then that he looked around, taking in the scene, and he said, "We should see about moving Little Kei and the babies inside... and I will need to clean up." He told Chalcedony. His sister was weak and tired, the babies were helpless, and the scent of blood was likely the draw in predators. They had to deal with that as well and quickly.

Keilana: Post 9
The new mother looked as if all she wanted to do was sleep, she had large bags under her eyes and her hair was less than immaculate, if anything it looked as if she was the one who needed to be fed. Still she pushed herself up, looking over at the second baby that...up until a few hours ago she didn't know existed. It did explain a lot of things though...
"I will try..." she murmured as she had no idea what exactly to do to feed the baby. Well..she knew...but...she would discover that it wasn't as easy as one would think to get a baby to take a n****e.
As she reached for the one in Chalcedony's arms she wondered...just how life was going to change for them all. It certainly was a strange scenario she had gotten herself into.

Takoda Post 8
Lingered away a little longer than needed, still trying to come to grips with a wave of emotions that he didn't want to face. He was...for one conflicted. The babies were a blessing and ...he should be happy that they were born healthy, that didn't stop him from wondering many things. The monk wanted to demand Chalcedony what was going on....but was it his place? After all he had turned the shield user away for Jacinthus. So he had no right to be angry or upset.
Did he?
Sighing he gathered his thoughts and bottled his emotions. Over hearing that a blanket was needed he went to fetch one to try and limit the contact between his mate and Chal. Handing the man the blanket he then went to instruct Keilana on what she how she was suppose to feed the baby. Using old knowledge he recalled his mother using.

Chalcedony watched as Keilana took the little one from his arms, this allowed him to take the other boy from Jacinthus, glad to take him back from the archer. Sure, he wasn't in a warring mood at the moment but he was happy to be able to have his son where they belonged, that being with Keilana and himself. He looked down at the two fussing boys before he looked to Keilana, giving the one in his arms his finger to suck on, hoping to distract him for a time while Keilana took care of the other boy.
"Once you are more awake we will need to figure out names for the pair of them." He murmured to the somewhat dazed looking Keilana, wondering if she would be alright. Perhaps they would be better off having the archer find some milk to sustain the little ones until Keilana had her energy up?

Jacinthus pushed to his feet as the little baby was taken from him, his arms feeling a little empty. He starred at the two parents and the two little ones for a moment before he said, "I am going to check on Takoda then we will see about moving Keilana and the boy's up into the house." He told them, "Call if you need anything." He didn't want to leave his sister and the babies with just the shield barer to guard them, not quite trusting him... but then he had to remind himself that they were his sons. The man would surely fight anything to the death to protect the boys. He could trust him at least with that he thought to himself as he moved off in the direction that Takoda had gone.
The moment he spotted him he gave a smile, "You did really well, Takoda, I am most impressed." He'd never seen him working in such a capacity, not in a really critical moment at least, and he was really impressed. How different he was when he was playing the part of the Healer compared to something like when he ran into a bug. It was a huge difference and one that was adorable at the same time, "How are you feeling? Are you feeling as tired as I do?" He hadn't even done and he felt exhausted meaning that Takoda must be as tired as he was if not more so. Best that he try to get him back to the house as well, so that he too could rest up and recover while Jacinthus cleaned up.

Takoda Post 9
Takoda was rubbing his arm absently while he tore his gaze away from the new parents. He felt...jealous. Jacithus and himself wouldn't be able to have children like that of their own...sure he supposed they could adopt. Would that be possible? Would Jacinthus want to do something like that?
His thoughts were jarred as suddenly someone was speaking to him, and not jsut anyone but his lover and mate. HIs face flushed slightly at the compliment, his skin was lightning with every passing minute so the blush was quite easy to see at this point.
"I wanted to be a healer to be able to help people...I am glad that I was able to help your sister in her time of need." The humble man replied before he used the back of his hand to rub his tired eyes. He should of eaten some of the leaves that helped to keep him awake. But even now he wasn't sure that he had any left in in his little stash.
"Hmmm...I suppose we are all exhausted...no one expected Keilana to go into labout...though I should of seen the signs.." Takoda murmured shaking his head.

Nodding her head numbly she went to clumsily feed her first baby. It was a strange feeling and yet it felt completely natural. Sighing as the baby fed she looked to the one in Chalcedony's arms and slowly blinked. Looking back then to the one in her arms and wondered...just...what names they should pick.
"Why don't we mull it over now? I won't be able to sleep while I am feeding them." She chuckled softly as she watched Chalcedony offer his finger to the second baby trying to appease him until it was its turn.
"I say we should both pick a name for the boys."

"Mmmm, healer or not Takoda I doubt you have the ability to see into the future, you couldn't have known that it would happen early." He murmured to the Shifter, watching in amazement as his mate changed for his darker day time coloration to the more silvery color that he turned when the sun set. He couldn't help but to stare, finding the silvery color to be quite attractive, likely because of what tended to happen when Takoda was in this particular color phase. It was a thought he shoved aside before saying, "Come on, you look exhausted. How about you go and crawled into the hammock, I will join you when I can." Best that Takoda got some rest, he looked as though he needed it.
Jacinthus stepped closer to his mate, sliding an arm around him, "No arguing for now, alright? I think that everyone needs a good long rest." Or at least as long as the little ones would allow for he supposed. He'd never really been around a lot of younglings but he knew enough about them to know that they didn't sleep for long before they would be demanding something from their parents. Best that everyone get what sleep they could before that happened, Takoda and Keilana especially since they looked as though they were completely spent at the moment.
Giving a little tug the archer tried to lead his mate back toward where the others were and toward the house, once he was able to get Takoda to head up into their tree home he would then see about getting Keilana, her sons, and the idiot shield barer up there as well. After they were all up there then and only then would he see about cleaning up the area around there home before he followed his mate to seek out sleep for himself.

"Mull it over now? Alright, I don't see why not so long as you feel up to it." It was strange to think that they hadn't thought about names during their previous meetings but he supposed that they had other things on their minds. There was so much to think about when it came to preparing for the arrival of their children that it was the one thing they hadn't sat down to do. It really was strange he thought to himself but that was alright, no reason why they couldn't figure out the names.
Glancing between the boys he seemed to mull it over in a thoughtful way, wondering what names they might want to use, before he said, "Well... we could always use the name Aysun for one of them, so long as you don't mind a girlish name." He murmured, "It is my grandmother's name, something I am sure would please my family to no end... though only if you approve." He didn't want to saddle with child with a name that their mother didn't approve of after all even if it would be a good name for one of them, probably the one that Keilana was holding since he had the more Shifter like eyes.
"Do you have any ideas?" He asked in a curious manner.

Takoda Post: 10
Licking his lips he nodded his head a bit slowly, yes he supposed he could go sleep, his nerves were a bit raw and he hadn't eaten anything since everything had started. Sleep though seemed top priority despite himself not wanting to do it right this moment.
Following Jacinthus's lead he allowed himself to be walked to the their tree home. Though the first thing he did before going to sleep was to wash his face and hands. Some part of him couldn't help but do this mundane task before allowing himself to stumble over and then lay in their hammock. Before he knew it the monk was asleep.

Keilana Post 11
Furrowing her eyebrows she rolled the name around in her head. It was a girly name...but it seemed to hold a lot of importance to Chalcedony so she couldn't find it in her heart to tell him no. After all she had proposed that they both choose one name for each child. Nodding her head she then went to switch off the babies as the one in her hand had fallen asleep after feeding. TIme for Aysun to feed then.
"Alright Aysun your turn." She murmrued bringing him down for his chance at food. Looking at the one she handed off to Chalcedony she mulled for awhile.
"How about Chandra?" The young woman offered, it was a fairly ambiguous name when it came to gender...though she had no special ties with it. In fact she wasn't even entirely sure where she had heard it before.

Chalcedony gave a smile as he looked down at the little one in his arms, "Chandra it is." He said, smiling at the boy, "Alright little Chandra, you and your brother Aysun need to grow up strong, alright? Don't worry though, we will always be here for you." He said, gazing down at the pair of them before giving Keilana a happy sort of smile. This had all been quite crazy, not at all planned out that was for sure, but now that he saw his sons he couldn't say he cared. He was happy,, so very happy, in this moment.
Turning away from them he spotted Takoda and the archer as the two of them walked by, with the latter of the two ushering Takoda up the ladder into the tree house. He looked down at the boys, over to Keilana, then gave a smile, "We should get you and the boys up there too." Jacinthus had suggested it, getting them up there before anything dangerous showed up, and he felt that they should do so once Aysun was done eating and then once they were up there she could feed Chandra.
"Once Aysun is done we will see about getting everyone up into the tree house." He said to Keilana before he pushed up to his feet, cradling Chandra in his arms, "Come on, archer, we will need your help getting everyone up there."

Jacinthus watched Takoda climb up to their tree top home, wanting nothing more then to follow after him, to curl up with him, to hold him close and sleep... but there was so much else that he had to be doing at the moment. He gave a soft sigh when Takoda left his line of sight before turning toward the rest of the family and the shield barer as Chalcedony called for him. He glanced up then walked over to where they were at the moment before drifting over to them.
"Best that we get them up soon, it's getting dark and I know what comes out at night in Tale." Stupid, violent Witu, something he didn't want anywhere near his family he thought to himself, making a bit of a face, "Come on, Little Kei. We will get you up first, then we can bring the little ones up after you." Since Takoda was going to sleep that meant that if one of the little ones was brought up first they would be alone and without supervision while they got everyone else up there, not something that he wanted to think about, "Sound good by you?" Best to know that it was a plan she approved of, not wanting to get mauled by her.

Keilana
Allowing Asyun to nurse she looked almost as drowsy as the baby she was holding. Almost nodding off before she realized she was being spoken to. Her? Get into the house? She felt like she could barely move...never mind crawl her way over to the ladder and then have to climb up it.
Sighing she nodded her head. She really wasn't in any condition to be moving, but she didn't want to stay on the hard ground either. Gently she handed Chandra over to Chalcedony as she tried ...and failed in trying to get up. Sighing she gave her brother a look that she normally didn't give him..one that was her looking weak and helpless....she needed his help to get up.

Jacinthus looked down at his sister for a moment before he gave a bit of a smile, "Come on, let's get you to bed. You really need to rest up." He said, kneeling down so he could loop an arm around her, helping her up to her feet slowly. He didn't want to rush her, not when she appeared so exhausted, but she had to get to higher ground he thought to himself, "We will take the walk to the ladder and the climb slow, alright? You go up first, I will climb up after you to make sure that you don't fall."
Turning to look at Chalcedony he gave him a long look before saying, "You keep your guard up, there are dangerous beasts around and they might very well be waiting for an opening." He would have to trust this idiot for the moment, as much as he really didn't want to. He didn't have nearly enough arms to do everything himself, as such he had to focus himself. Keilana first, then the twins, then the clean up, then sleep. He said this to himself over and over like a mantra as he tried to help his sister to climb up the ladder in a slow and steady manner.
