Tiek heard the cry of Ryjer and, without thinking moved over to Zauus and tried to help. "Let go of him you ugly *****!" He swung wildly and this time it connected, harming the monster.

Ryjer was quick to deliver a kick as he scrambled away from the offending Mr. Tom. With a snarl, he swung an extra punch in too, for good measure. Shaking his hand, he wobbled backward, "I... "We should just run-" Ryjer started, as suddenly he caught claws to the face, sending his gleaming eye-lenses clattering to the ground. He flickered for a moment in a heap on the concrete, before breathing in deeply as he felt life rush back into him. "I... ow..." He scrambled for the lenses, putting them back into place. Zauus decided to leave the two with the rear end hands alone. She was down to her final punch as she landed it on the arm of the creature. She got hit with one of the arms and started to dissipate. "Oh. I guess that's the end for me." She said with a light laugh. "Good luck and sorry I didn't help much." She said with a small nod of her head. It was almost comical seeing the groper get mauled. Maiden almost began laughing out loud because of it. -scratch that, the chuckles was already bubbling up from his throat unconsciously and rocking on his feet until the toppled backwards. the pliable form of peeping tom was not exactly the best way to break a fall. it did however scare him absolutely down to his core. Tiek watched in horror as Ryjer fell down. He ran to his friend, but before he could reach the body, it became animated once more. Ryjer would live!
Relief was short lived. Two of his comrades disappeared. A strangled 'N-NO!" screamed from him as he watched them go. No, this couldn't be happening!
Enraged, he ran at the monster and, for once, his claws struck meat. The beast was visibly damaged and nearly dead. "W-we can do this!"

With renewed vigor, Ryjer leaped on the dirty Tom, yelling wildly as he landed heavily on the thing, punching until it stopped moving. And then stopped being, altogether. And even then he felt unfulfilled as his knuckles hit pavement. "I think..." he panted, sitting back as he pushed his lenses up his nose once again, "...It's dead." He glanced around, frowning as he noticed a few missing members of their party, his stomach twisting. Where did they go? Did things always vanish when they... did that mean... Zauus came back. She stared at her hands and then looked around. Everyone else was safe! "Oh Thank goodness you all are okay! Thank you for " She smiled widely. "I seriously thought I was a goner back there." She wlaked over the creature and inspected it. Now that it was dead, it really didn't look all that intimidating. She bent down and picked up a piece of loot. (( get!))
