He walked to the Great King's place. He has finished the task, but...
"Why am I here again?"
Funny, because his disorientation somehow brought him to a place that shouldn't exist anymore: the Ruins.
DROWNED ALLEY:
A pocket of neon shines in the Ruins, every tube gleaming a bright, sharp red. What used to be a series of graceful plazas connected by small tiled streets has become something else, something decidedly less grand. It seems water mains have shattered in this area, drowning the whole place three feet deep... or more, if you don't step carefully. The flicker of the neon against the water is strangely beautiful; some of the neon tubes even shine underneath the surface, giving the whole area an eerie, shifting glow. The hush of eternal rain against the water's surface drowns out most other sounds.
The streets and plazas are abandoned, except for the rain, the water, and the light... but a different sort of glow seems to emanate from one of the buildings. Something softer, warmer. Even here, it seems, there are blessings to be found...
"More Blessings? And I thought without a Heart, those things would mean nothing..."
How he missed the 'other him's' voice.
Stage One: Exploration
You must explore the building's exterior to somehow find a way in. Rain falls on you constantly, and the water is three feet deep everywhere, deeper in other spots depending on the terrain. The cracked tile of the streets is slippery; it's easy to fall down.

"Darned it..." Groaned him, dragging his way in this water-logged street. He can feel the warmth characterized a Blessing, but in this heavy rain, that small hint only lasted for one moment-not even a second---
A small, blue glow from underwater caught his attention. The Blessings are contained within this small building, it seems, a light shining from its basement. The front door will not budge. Surely there is some way to get in there...
Is there a key around here? In tv shows putting the key beneath the rug--- There is no rug. -or flower vases--- There aren't any either.
SNAP.
"SO WHERE'S THAT DARN KEY!?" Rei's patience has run off, and he kicked the door hard. Unfortunately, the slippery footing cannot suspend his weight, and he fell backwards---
Into an open grate.

He drowns.

Diving underneath the dome was much harder than it looked. She was going to have to learn to hold her breath for longer if this was ever going to go her way.

She couldn't keep dancing around her goal! Ying bit her lip and kicked violently, pushing herself deeper and deeper. Her ears popped and it was getting painful, but still she dove.
It wasn't until she was pushing her nose against the dome that she realized she'd already hit the thing.

However you made it into the building, you find yourself swimming. Below you, neon gleams - it seems like the building has a basement. Well, 'basement' seems kind of insufficient. The space below you is vast and very deep; you try to look down through the water but you can't see the bottom. The neon attached to the walls below seems to just stretch down into infinity - but partway down you see the warm glow of the Blessing you seek.
The Blessing is contained within what looks like a stained glass dome. It's pretty far down, though... can you make it down there without killing yourself?
He drowns. Slower and slower, to the deep abyss...
Wait. Something is wrong.
"Oh yeah."
He was a tsukumonogami. By extension, a Ghost. He don't even need to breathe. Thus he cannot drown.
Realizing something that important has made Rei hit his own head out of embarrassment.
There's a light shining from below. Is that where the blessing is kept?
He has an idea. He summoned the gigantic sword, Sorrow's Tear to be used as weight. It pulled him down faster than he imagined-

Fast. Too fast! If he let this continue, his sword would break the glass dome below! Before it happened, Rei quickly unsummoned the weapon-
At least the damage was averted, he thought as he swam nearer---
A sudden current sucked him into the dome using looping pipes and whatnot!
"Ouuuch...my head..." Groaned him as he found himself on dry metal... Wait. Metal?
Oh yeah. He has been sucked into the dome because of some strange current that's possibly a mechanism to lessen the water pressure around this glass dome. On a smaller glass dome in the center of the place was a white-colored orb, pulsating with familiar warmth. A Blessing.
There's some rusted copper gears all around the smaller dome. Maybe turning them could unlock the vault?
...that, or he can smash it with his humongous blade.
But for now, let's stick with analog method.
