With Lila teasing her like this, it was a wonder Serenity wasn't always blushing and squeaking. The shorter girl pushed a hand through her hair before looking up at the other with a little embarrassed, flushing smile. "Well good, because.." Well because she'd never had a boy or girl friend before? Because she didn't know what she was doing? Because she was already talking about moving in together even though they weren't that close yet?

There were a lot of reasons she didn't finish her sentence. "Anyway. What do you want to do after we eat?"

When her hand was released, Serenity went chasing after Lila's. She twined their fingers together on top of the table and hummed softly, looking to the fries and took a couple of them with a childish grin. French fries, while not her absolute favorite, were up there. She didn't indulge much, watching what she ate and everything, if one would believe it. Serenity felt she'd already be putting in extra time in the gym today.

"Mmn, I like movies. There's got to be something interesting playing. What kind of movies do you like?" With Serenity, even the awkward sex talk wasn't too strong. She already felt like this was going to be more than a casual, curious fling between them, and that made her happy.

Serenity bit down on her lip between bites, listening and blinking. Interesting. "Mmn. So, if I wanted to make a movie, I could call on you to be my lead actress?" Not that she had any intent on making a movie, but still. Then she said something about Italian horror movies and those light blue eyes widened as her head tilted.

"I've seen American horror movies, Korean, Japanese, Spanish, and Chinese, but never have I seen an Italian one. What makes them so different? I want to watch them. I'm bored of the usual horror movies." She was inching closer, interested and looking very much like a little puppy right now.

"I'll ....definitely be avoiding that, then. My nightmares are twisted enough without that kind of fodder. Last nightmare I had, I got chopped up by an ax murderer type of guy, and I could feel every whack of the ax into me. They say you aren't supposed to feel pain, but.." Serenity shrugged and side before taking more french fries and eating them one by one.

"...That's not appropriate date talk, I'm sorry!" Now she worried she'd ended up scaring Lila, or making her think she was some kind of crazy person just waiting to break. Ugh, filter, where did you go?

"Mmn, it's excellent, thank you!" She said to the waitress, flashing her a cute smile. Serenity then looked back to Lila and rested her cheek on her hand. Watching the other girl was interesting. Yes, there was a sandwich to eat, but that face! Grinning to herself, the paler one shifted and hummed, sipping her drink before looking to her sandwich and sighed.

"It smells amazing.. If I get fat, I'm blaming you and this food." Not that the girl would let herself get fat. Her thighs were big enough and honestly didn't need to be any bigger. "....You should stay at my place one night. A slumber party. I'll fix you my absolute favorite breakfast."

Her face was still red and it seemed like it wasn't going to die down any time soon. Everything Lila said today was making her flustered and nervous. Sipping at her drink after she polished off what she could, Serenity sat up straight again and then beamed brightly.

"Mm! Yes. I think so. Games, and what not... I'm not sure, exactly what we would do, but.." She trailed off and waved her hand in a dismissive manner. "It'd be a good trial run to see if living together would be plausible. A-as room mates, of course!"
