"Thank you. Now, let's eat!" Friend says for herself and Reine, reaching for some grapes and plunking a bunch of them on her plate. She's munching on two in less than a few seconds, placing a few in front of Reine for good measure. "How come I never see you at the Haven, Bedtime" she asks once she's done chewing and swallowing. It seems that at least Casala's lessons in table manners haven't yet worn off. "Is it because the manor is sooooo big?"

"I understand, Bellatrix," Casala answers with a nod. She gets up as Eirnae does and makes to follow after Bellatrix, her hands rearranging her sash where it's tied about her waist. She's anxious to learn more today, but having Eirnae here makes her nervous that she won't do as well as she's hoped. Steeling herself against such worries, she smiles as Eirnae walks up to match her pace. She shouldn't see Eirnae being here as an opportunity for failure, but for an opportunity for both of them to learn together.

"Excited, Cass?" Eirnae asks as she speeds up to get the door for all who are leaving.

"Actually, yes I am," she admits while nodding her thanks for Eirnae opening the door. She waits for Bellatrix to leave before exiting after her. "I've wanted to train with Bellatrix for some time, now. I've just been so busy with the temple that I've let the time slip by."

"Remember the conversation we had about focus, Cass?" Eirnae reminds her daughter while she closes the door behind them. "You've always been more attentive to the maintenance of the temple than your training. You need to find a balance between the two."

"Which is part of the reason why we're here, mother," Casala retorts with a slight smile. She hopes that Eirnae won't go into one of her 'balance' speeches right now, as that's the last thing she feels Bellatrix needs to hear from her adoptive mother. Yes, she has been spending more time on the temple's reconstruction lately, but she's so close to finishing it that she can practically taste it! What's wrong with wanting to get something finished, and finished right?

"Of course, Cass. I'm very glad that you've decided to pursue this. You've spoke about it often. It's nice to see one of your goals being met." The temple has long been on Eirnae's mind as being a distraction for Casala from interacting with others, and that is a concern for the elf. She doesn't want her daughter to be a recluse, but she also doesn't want her to be unhappy, either. It's sometimes hard for the elf to wrap her mind around the concept that Casala, or anyone for that matter, is never truly alone. That is, at least Casala says that there are always spirits about. How creepy is that? "I'll just sit off to the side and observe when we arrive where we're headed," she relates, rematching Casala's pace to stay just behind Bellatrix.
