He couldn't focus. She was there. He deserved this.
He let the shadows slither along the axe, up his arm and sought to earth it in himself. But it wouldn't go at all.
This time when the claws raked his shield. It gave out.

"Okay. We've lasted this long but.." Heidi frowned and dug in her pockets until she found her phone. She sent off a few twitter messages, keeping an eye out for anything that would come at them while she was busy dealing with this.
Oh good! Quick responses. Yay.
Pocketing her phone, Heidi sighed and kept Matilda raised and ready.
"Nevada and Roland are coming to help us out."

Nevada had seen Heidi's request on twitter for help, reaching out to send the girl a quick ping before hurrying to the portal.
Being a mist really helped to go out and seek out battles when other members were in danger right?
Once there, she saw Rep down, Al down and Heidi holding the fort down with her little bow. Leroy was summoned, her gunner glasses tugged down as she fired from right out of the portal.
The FEAR bullets though were too far, showering the ground right in front of the creature instead of actually hitting it.
/We aren't a long range gun, move in closer!/

Roland only sent one word response. OMW.
A few moments later Roland was stepping into the battle as well. His eyes scanning the mess. Two hunters down, one almost down. Sylvia appeared in his hands. With a flick of the wrist the weapon split. Over and over he spun the bladed end before launching the weapon into the monster biting deep before tugging the blade back and moving to join the other hunters.
He paused for a long moment looking at Nevada with a slight look of sadness before focusing on the other hunters.
"Alright. This is it then yeah?"

Heidi sighed with relief when Nevada and Roland showed up. Even if Nevada had missed she'd at least tried. "Hey! Thank you guys so much." She squeaked when something hit her and she whirled around to smack whatever it had been with Matilda's blades. "We've been hacking away at..whatever is here for awhile, but I don't think we can last much longer on our own.." She felt almost spent herself, and Al and Rep didn't look very good right now either. HP: 8/40 Damage done: 1 Charge: 3/3; 1/2 spent Boss HP: 8/100

Rep stood off to one side, arms crossed, and watched everyone steal his ******** kill, feeling extremely vulnerable without his shield and weapon.

"Ah." He said simply to Heidi as she continued to try and attack the beast, a frown crossed his face as he watched the two working to try and finish whatever it was attacking from the fog, they seemed to have no luck though. His eyes drifted to Rep for a moment a worried look on his face.
He turned back to the fog and raised Sylvia again spinning the bladed on its chain scanning the fog. He tossed the blade out into the fog knicking something, something that wasn't happy and showed it's displeasure by slipping aroudn his side catching his leg and knocking him to his knees.
"Wh-" THUD, getting up in a crouch he looked around himself for whatever had lashed out. "What did you guys upset out here?"
