i will openly say that every glare is dodgeable. you can stop lazenca feom doing it. he can miss. it's just that nobody's ever done been smart enough to keep moving when he's staring at you, since he has to keep reaiming at moving targets. see how he's not moving? make him move again, and he'll have to reaim, something he hardly ever does because he leaves himself open.

Nascen lowers the damage.
Alen chooses where it hits, as in no attacks that say "I stab yous in the heart!"
Everyone else has a chance to physicaly disrupt the ice attack, IE make it go way of.

But yes, you can't say it hits right where you want it right away.
