Kaya wouldn't be in the immediate area when the woman with the broom started swinging on his Pokemon but Nigel would be quick to react. The little Azurill bounced out of the way before blowing a high-powered stream of bubbles at the woman. Hopefully, this would throw her off-kilter, allowing Josie to land a hit with her Shadow Ball. The intent? One of two things. Either disarm the woman or set her broom on fire and still disarm her.
Either way, both actions would be halted before they could get very far. "Sorry about that. They got away from me for a minute there." Came the voice of the silverette trainer the two Pokemon belonged to, twins beams of red light calling them back to their respective Pokeballs as Kaya rounded the corner. He blocked the wildly swinging broom with the back at his wrist, rolling his hand around to grab it and pull the attacker into him, wrapping his free arm around her and pinning her arms to her sides as he did. "I'd appreciate you not attacking my Pokemon when they're not doing any harm, thank you." The man said before he looked right at her, nose to nose.
"Mind if I ask why everyone in here is a zombie? More so than usual, even." He said quietly, trying not to alert anyone else that might be here to the commotion he'd stirred up,

The explosion would send Leslie flying out of the other side of the house, landing her square in front of another group of Rockets. They, instead of attacking, simply picked up the little girl and carted her off in the direction of the Game Corner. She would have protested, but the flying through a wall and landing in the middle of the next street without any protection rendered normal people a little unconscious. As to the other Rocket in the house, he had slammed into a wall and been held in place while the flames burnt his body. Any attempts at communication would likely be useless, especially when he looked like burnt toast.
Over with Kaya, the woman would struggle and stomp on his foot repeatedly in an effort to to force him to let go. Listening to his words, the woman would finally escape his grip and turn around with a angry look in her eyes. "I don't know!! Ever since the new management took over, this is what these people look like!! You can pick them up, pack them around and hit them repeatedly, they do nothing!! But I do know something: it isn't much different than usual." The woman growled out, uncaring of Kaya's attempt at stealth. "I don't know why they're zombies, but it sure makes my job easier." The woman curtly replied, returning to her seat behind the counter to peruse the internet again.

Whipping out his SNAG, Allen sent a message to the others. hostages in the game corner. i got a rocket disguise. goin incognito with beck. brb. The explosion pushed the boy into a wall, unable to chase Johnny down because of that. Drats.... well whatever. Returning Zest and Steve, he'd send out Beck and pull over the Rocket clothes. He'd need to leave his tan jacket and goggles sadly. Actually, he pocketed his eyewear. Rocket hat on, he'd start making his way to the Game Corner in his disguise, followed by Beck. Since he was a Koffing, he'd fit right in.

Tesei Utakata Johnny's friend wouldn't have time to get his own name or even to think of a witty one liner to say before Chaos' fist sent him flipping, still going forward towards Toren with no control over his motion. "Whoa bro!" Toren said as he spun around to try and avoid the man coming at him, barely missing contact with said individual. "Hey, I like a good full body tackle from a bro but at least let's get to know each other first!" He shouted.

Kaya cringed but said nothing while his foot was being stomped on but released his captive after a moment. When she was done ranting and went back to her desk to do whatever it was she did, he decided to look around a bit more and walked over to one of the people on the slots, poking him in the side a few times in hopes of provoking a response from him. "Hellooooo? Anybody in there?" He asked in a childish tone. Clearly the lights were on but nobody seemed to be home.

Kain was lying on the couch watching tv wondering why HQ was so quiet today. He has never known Mt Silver to be quiet, usually someone somewhere can be heard, and yet not a single sound resonates. Kain was looking for Dante, so he could help him with his shredded and burnt coat, but alas the blue hair boy escapes his sights. Just then a news report comes up on the screen, "It seems that it has become a tragedy here. Just a few minutes ago we heard a loud explosion come from inside the city, reasoning said to be of a gas leak. The police have been out of commission until now due to some sort of Pokemon effecting their minds. Who is behind this?!". Kain knew already where his friends where now.
Kain heads back to his room grabs his gear, his pistol and his Poke-balls. Kain reaches for his signature top hat, and trench coat, only to stop his hands seeing the burnt suiting he lowers his hand, it hurts a little to see the only thing he knew himself to wear. continuing on, Kain strutted for the teleporting room. walking in he stands center on the pad. a robotic voice verberates "Now Teleporting Snagem Cadet Kain Devict".
Now on the pad Kain found himself just outside the city Celadon. to his left he makes out the news woman he was watching before, to his right a horde of police standing guard. Kain took sneek behind three wooden crates watching a man walking near, he wears cloaths close to what Kain wears now. "hmm a suit coat, tie , and pistol slung on side. all i need is the badge?". Kain slinks and slunks, behind the important looking man. with a hook of his arm he pulls the man into a nearby ally. "why thank you for the donation of authority" Kain cackles out the frightened man. "I won't shoot you if you leave now and don't come back for a few hours". the scardly nods, towards the jagged toothed man. without second notions the man now without his badge runs down the opposite end of the ally. Kain's grin widens, but quickly norms due to him missing the action. without thinking Kain sheefs his weapon and walks towards the guards. Seeing some guards sitting around Kain decides to test his authority, "Get back to work," Kain speaks clearly and firm. the men quickly stand up "Uh..uh.. yes director!". With a smile kain walks to the gate of surrounded by guards. "I have intel of being survivors in the middle of this, I'm taking two men to go look around." Kain says lying threw his teeth, with a nod two police in large bullet proof armor stand to his side. walking past the gate Kain listens for his friends.

Allen would soon reach the Game Corner but the realization that he had no idea where to go and what to do at the moment would likely stop him for a moment to possibly attempt to search for an entrance from the outside. If he went inside he would find Kaya and the lady, with Kaya still fruitlessly poking one of the zombified people in the head.
The two cops Kain had picked out to follow him simply waited for him to turn around and start to walk before both smashing him in the back of the head and grabbing him by the arms and legs. How this moron thought that simply looking close in outfit to their captain without even attempting to resemble his face or voice was almost insulting to them. Carting the unconscious body through town, they would pass by Toren and the group in an attempt to sneak by, although their attempts to be speedy did not help this effort.
Kain would come to in a large warehouse filled with people, the people all simply standing there without any movement or even twitches. A quick search of his body would find all of his weapons missing from his body and anything remotely related to lock picking. If he were to look to his left, he would find a hopefully familiar blue haired girl from Snagem. Leslie would be still unconscious, her body just thrown onto the ground and left to eventually recover.

Allen needed a way into that underground thing. The one they barely escaped last time, where he caught Beck seemed like a good start. "Lead the way, you know your way better than me." he said to his Koffing. Since his old trainer was Smarts, he hoped he'd know the entrances into the area before.Â

'darkness every where, what is this place' kain thought. his eyes adjusting to the darkness he see's the mindless drones standing around. "yeesh this place is disgusting. though i guess i had it coming maybe i should think more of though's INSUFFERABLE IMBECILES!!!!" Kain yells. "god what good are they any ways". than his eyes skim across the floor to the little girl lying next to him. Kain recognizes the dyed hair, and has a little smile. the little sister of the girl he loved lye's safe next to him. "You've got guts you know that?". Kain leans down and uses his head to try and wake up the girl.

The Koffing would quickly identify an entrance into the basement that it opened by tackling...a bunch of loose boards that almost fell of their own volition. The small neon sign pointing it out would certainly help. In Allen's hand, his SNAG would spring to life and send a pulse of sound into the hall. GRAY would finally cut after a second with, "You have a clear shot straight through to a main area through here, so best for all of you to follow our intrepid little primordial life form into this area. On a completely different subject, I have identified the oddity that threw us off. It seems a dome of psychic chi has engulfed the city and interfered with the transport. Now, I doubt you understand what that implies so I'll say it slowly. There is psychic chi, knock out source." The snide AI quipped to every member of the group excluding the two captured by the enemy already.
Leslie would slowly stir awake, a glazed over look in her eyes before she shook her head to clear it. Looking around the odd room, the bluenette decided the best plan was to slowly stand up and lean against Kain. "I feel woozy......why are my ears ringing?" The incoherent thoughts of Leslie rang out, her mind slowly regaining some focus. "I was captured? And here I thought Dante would get the short end of the stick first." She tried joking, still uncertain as to her exact thoughts at this moment with the strange semi-coherence.

Carting the unconscious body through town, they would pass by Toren and the group in an attempt to sneak by, although their attempts to be speedy did not help this effort. Of course Toren would spot this bizarre event, along with the group's suspicious haste. The Steel enthusiast might not be the brightest bulb in the bunch but even he knew something wasn't right about this. "Hey, bro." Toren said to Chaos, nudging him as he pointed at the body being dragged away. Instead of waiting for Chaos to react to this and give his input on the situation, Toren acted. Without a word, he would release his Durant, Zinc, he had found one unconscious awhile back after the end of that whole Stone Society fiasco. What he did next was interesting, he didn't speak to the ant, instead he took out two small metal bars, small enough to fit in his palms, and tapped them together rhythmically, Zinc paying close attention. Once the tapping stopped the bug scurried away, using its powerful jaws to dig away at the ground below. It would seem Toren has taught his ant to understand Morse code.

The Durant would soon begin it's tunneling straight down, the earth swiftly moving out of the way. going down approximately one story through the dirt, the Durant would soon impact a metal wall that seemed oddly placed. Chewing through it without much effort, the Durant would find the warehouse full of people that Leslie and Kain were contained within. GRAY would speak up at that moment again, this time with a different tone. "It would appear some of your elite members managed to get captured and thrown into that metallic container there. I would teleport them out but you people haven't seen fit to find the source of this Psychic chi interference." Having finished his snide relaying of information, the AI would once again set to work identifying some of the other traits of the field and it's odd effects.
Over with Kaya, the floor underneath him and the zombified residents would drop out from underneath them and send the unintelligible residents to the bunker. Kaya, if he possessed a quick reaction time could escape it but curiosity would likely send him following afterwards. A sharp gasp from the counter woman would punctuate the disappearing people, herself unsure as to what exactly to do.

A sharp gasp from the counter woman would punctuate the disappearing people, herself unsure as to what exactly to do. Kaya would indeed manage to evade the floor trap, though only just barely. He'd missed any audible cue that some kind of trapdoor was about to open but he felt it shift just before the bottom fell out, literally, of the building. He dove aside, tucking in around Tesserae in order to keep her from being injured and rolled just out of range of the trapdoor, standing up to look down into the revealed room afterward. Seeing what was down there, along with several Snagems, he decided he should join them and see if he couldn't help them get out. Once in the holding cell, he looked to Tesserae and grinned. "What kind of attacks can you use?" He asked her, not actually certain about the little white fox's skills since she was so recently hatched. The Fire-type looked towards the nearest wall and spit a few smoking embers at it.

"No ones responding... damn. Right Beck, out of the frying pan." Allen said, taking a step in. Now for all tense and purposes, he was in enemy territory. He'd walk a little on edge but tried to loosen up as he did. If he needed back up, he'd probably be screwed. So Allen guessed avoiding conflict was his main priority? "And into the fire."
