Hua Sheng Jie, roughly translated as "Flower Birth Festival," homophonically and thus colloquially known as "Peanut Festival," is a Chinese rite of spring.
While the festival began hundreds of years ago as a simple flower-viewing day to mark the return of spring with the birth of new flowers, today it is better known for the ritual of depositing peanuts into the cups of flowers, to symbolise the accumulation of wealth (as 'fa' is homophonic for 'hua' in certain dialects, and everything Chinese turns into something about money, really).

For a chance to get him, all you have to do is claim your tickets!
To acquire tickets, what you have to do is...you've guessed it: participate in this ancient ritual of depositing peanuts into the cups of flowers – then snap a photo and there's your ticket!
♥ You can take up to five different photos of peanuts in ten different flowers for a maximum of five tickets
♥ If you can't find real flowers to put peanuts into, you can use/make fake flowers out of anything and put peanuts into them
♥ If you can't find real peanuts to put into flowers, you can use/make fake peanuts out of anything and put them into flowers (whether the flowers are real or not)
♥ Bonus ticket (outside of the 5 tickets) if your peanut is shaped like a duck
Whoever walks away with him can choose to complete 6 specific RPs to grow him into a fully functional, unique lineart adult!
