Have been doing okay on my financial goals but my health goals have been kinds shoved aside. >.<
A good exercise routine is key for good mental health as well, especially as fall starts to draw in then winter. Just something that you can do to keep you moving, but can enjoy too.
I myself have finally started insanity again last night, and am going to try and make better food choices starting today, like cutting out certain refined sugars (and maybe more as this cycle goes on). Feel free to join me today in making a commitment to better health choices.
