Ny school library SUCKS!!!!! The only reason anyone goes in there is because of the computers. I have halo trial on my account- thats the only reason i go cause almost all websites are blocked. I hate my school library
On the other hand, my local public library is the best ever. The computers have no blocking software and the book collection is very large. the only place it is lacking is in the manga section were there is very few recent stuff and they almost never add more. If i place an interlibrary loan and what i requested was not cheaked out then i would get it within three days- which is good cause there is a large variety of movies at other librarys.

Well, I had never been to our school library until the last week of school because I thought it'd be really crappy. But as it turns out, it isn't bad at all. I was actually suprised at the books they were allowing the school to have. O.O There were older ones, yes, but there were also newer books as well, and books with 'suggestive' content, such as the Anita Blake series. [which I love] xD

The one in Ninth grade sucked. Although I've gotten hooked on two books from the one I went for middle school.

At my high school we have AR(accelerated reader), and all of the fiction books are labeled for it with grade level and points. Most of the books are labeled 4th-6th grade level. stare

My school library barely had the must reads for school (which I try to avoid). I never even thought about borrowing a normal book from it. Maybe my new school will be better...

I really liked my high school library, it was easy to find the fiction section, (made up stuff) thats great because thats all I read. I'm really going to miss it. crying The campus library that I'm at right now is big but theres no border between fiction and non-fiction. gonk

All the books are together, just ordered by author?

Whats a school library?
To be short, my school has NOTHING in its library, "Welcome to the Catholic School of Sports, how may I help you?", I'm sick of it!
Its the same thing with the Public Library, I have to buy every singe one of my books because none of the libraries in town have them! The Science Fiction/Fantasy section in the Public Library is pitiful, I think its a row, at most.
But seriously, whats a school library?
