Ling's bloodlust picks up as the Konin yells at him for being nervous which he grips his fist with blood spills the side of his hand as he goes to the training good ready to give people a good beating."Ill tell you now ill give them a good beating ill show them my power after i get something from the marketplace."Ling said as he left the tower getting prepared for the spar ahead. Ling had to use his bloodline on this one spar to him its special to do with honor.

Once you hear the Siren's calling...

Maiya with a smile, nodded towards Ling when he said to do his best but suddenly the only konin here sent out some unknown rage towards the four genins, mostly towards Ling. Eyes widen, the heavy presence from the man made her sick to her stomach, as if she had tons of weight laying on her shoulders. What was that? What is that? If felt so strong yet she didn't like the feeling at all. She wanted to say something but was too scared too even say a word. She wanted to protest about Ling but something just stop her from doing anything so she simply watched in semi-horror. After Kazuhiko was finished with his rant, Ling was the first to go as the Genjutsu user followed behind closely. She could already tell that she didn't like that man, staying away from him was probably the best solution as well.

Laram continued his breathing exercise as he waited for the Mizukage to finish up his important business. He was fine with waiting. He knew his place in the village, and it wasn't very high up the totem pole. There were much more pressing matters to attend to than giving a genin his headband. He had quieted his anxiety, and began to enjoy the peace that began to wash over him. It was artificial, but any kind of peace is hard for a shinobi to come by. I sure am going to miss this. The life of a shinobi is anything but relaxed. What is "that"? Laram's stomach began to churn as if he had eaten something rotten. But how could that be? He was very strict about what he allowed to enter his mouth, and he was positive that everything he had eaten that day was perfectly fine. He clutched his stomach and fought back the urge to vomit. I don't know, this doesn't "feel" natural. There must be someone or something influencing me.

He pulled a kunai from his pack and jumped to his feet. Whirling around, he surveyed the area, but couldn't find the source of whatever the thing was. His vision began to shake, and it felt as if the ground were vibrating. It felt as if there were an earthquake, but as he looked around, nothing gave signs as such. Something was seriously wrong. Was he caught up in a genjutsu without his knowing? Whatever the case, he assumed that the source was coming from the Mizukage's office itself. If that were the case, then what could he do? If anyone were bold enough to attack a kage, they must be out of his capabilities to handle. But still, it was his duty to protect the kage. Chills ran down his spine as terror gripped his heart. What was that feeling? He wasn't afraid to die, but he couldn't help the fear inside him. He heard the sound of feet scuffling, inside the office as his head came to him once again.

If my death will ensure the kage's life, then it's my duty to give it. At the very least, I can provide some sort of distraction for him to run away. Laram rolled his backpack off his shoulders and grasped it like a shield. He then pulled his blade from its' sheath. Stealing himself for a second, he breathed in one last time. Forcefully, he kicked the door open in front of him. "Lord Mizukage Sama!" There were three people in the room besides the kage. It didn't matter if he was outnumbered or not. He knew his duty. He rushed in between the three people and his leader, bearing his weapon at the ready. "Lord Kage, I'll do what I can to hold them off. Please escape while I am doing so!" He glared at his opponents, ready for anything.

Noel would hold the pride and respect of the St.Pierre family to the standards he set for them and the standards the new leader invokes upon his family. For as the leader had great things for his village, Noel had great things for his Clan within the village; it was time to bring rise to the royal name of the St.Pierres!

Noel was about to head from the room to spar Mika, preparing himself for battle until he saw the "halt" sign from Mikoto. This surprised him and wondered if he was going to put any conditions on the battle to increase the difficulty; specifically, when he spoke about "having something for them". When Noel heard Mikoto talk about retrieving the two other Genin, Noel was complacent up until the point that he was placed into a tag team battle... with a soft hearted individual.. Soft hearts... Cause problems. His brother would be alive if he didn't have a soft heart. His family, wouldn't be cursed... if he didn't have a soft heart. Soft hearts cause nothing but trouble in the end. A light barring of his fangs, to not one in particular showed as he remained lost in his thoughts before turning his heel and departing from the office. His guards pushed off the wall as they saw, and noticed, the discontent in their prince's face. Words in their native language would start to echo down the stairwell until eventually disappearing around the corner.

Kazuhiko blinked his eyes at the young Genin when he bust in with a weapon and started telling the Mizukage to get out so he could take care of people. He took his cigarette out of his mouth slowly, blowing the smoke out in front of him. Silence followed after the declaration the boy made, he then laughed. He laughed so hard that tears formed in his eyes and he almost dropped his cigarette, but didn't. "What the f*ck are you talking about, you crazy a**?!" He continued laughing, it was so bad, that he slid down the wall behind him and sat on the floor, clutching his stomach with his left arm and hand, his other hand over his right knee and holding his cigarette.

The water shadow slightly amused by the Konin's motivational shove to the genins, each of them disappearing to the assigned area at the Sparring Grounds. It was then a boy burst into the room with a kunai drawn, shouting for him to escape. For a moment, a very brief moment, he did nothing but stare at the genin. Err...what? The kage couldn't help but chuckle at the situation, as there was no other way he could react to it. Kazu also seemed unable to control himself as he was now on the floor, though eventually even Mikoto was covering his face to suppress his laughter. And almost on a flip of a dime, the laughter died and recollected himself. "At ease young man...I admire your dedication and resolution but there is no threat here" He said, pulling out another file and setting it before him, opening it up. Without looking through the contents, he motioned for the boy to come forward. "Laram...tell me about yourself. What are your goals here in this village? What seperates you from the rest of those genin" He asked, hoping his goal was different from the typical answer which is that of being a kage. Granted, he wanted to talk with the jonin and konin however, he had to get the genin situated first.

Before he forgot, he performed handsigns that appeared but a blur of movement as he created a clone in his likeness and image, with a specific set of instructions. The clone nodded and took off, heading for the sparring grounds to begin the two on two battle between the genins.

Laram's heart sank in his chest as he realized that he had made a complete fool of himself. He released his stance and held his head in shame. His arms dangled at his sides, lifeless. I can't believe I just did that. How stupid can I get? As one of the men burst out laughing, Laram just felt even worse. However, the kage began to speak to him, so he forced himself to snap out of his funk and pay attention. The kage's praise did little to make Laram feel better, but it did help a tad. As the man motioned with his finger, Laram obeyed the silent order and walked closer to him. The Mizukage posed two questions to the boy, which made him wonder. No one had ever asked him what his goals were, and to be honest, he had never thought about it. He scratched the back of his head and pondered.

"Goals? I always just did what I was told. I figured that's what the shinobi life was. I would have to say that I don't have any, besides obeying your orders Lord Kage. But....." Laram stopped himself. It was foolish to think that someone as important as the Mizukage would care about some pipe dream from a lowly genin. What idiocy it was to believe in something so childish. But still, Laram had never been able to let go of his desire. It burned within his heart ever since he was a little child. It was what drove him to succeed, to climb higher, become stronger. It was in his very bones. A fire burned in his eyes that wasn't there before. It was his passion after all. Just say it. You've already been laughed at. Saying it can't hurt. "...But I have this dream. My dream is to see the world unified as one, working together in harmony. I want to see everyone happy and prosperous. I want people to genuinely care for each other, and no one have to die for no reason."

Laram blushed. He had never said his feelings out loud like that before. To him it felt awkward and embarrassing. He sheathed his blade and shouldered his pack as he regained his composure. "If you were to work for that, I would follow you into the depths of Hell without hesitation." Laram nodded to himself, as if he had just made a decision. He stared off towards the doors and thought about the man's second question. "As for what sets me apart from the other genin, I honestly don't know. To try to give you an answer without first seeing their abilities for myself, would be arrogant and foolhardy. I do not wish to be either, previous actions notwithstanding." Laram scratched the back of his head in embarrassment. "As for my skills, I'm a genin. I'm fairly versed in sealing jutsu as well as differing elemental ones. I am by far, the best at wind based ninjutsu. However, I am also an enchanter. I am a practitioner of the Mirror Image taijutsu style, as well as the Ken To Tate kenjutsu style. I am currently in the process of creating two wind based ninjutsu. One, the Storm Mail. When it is perfected, I will be able to wrap the force of a tornado around my body and use it like armor. The second, a variation of the Suiyaku Kaze jutsu. When I can complete it, I will be able to control the force of the wind from my palms. When I have mastered my control, I believe I will be able to keep myself airborne with the technique. But, as I said before; neither of these techniques are perfected, and are far from completion."

Laram clamped his jaw shut. He didn't mean to ramble. The Mizukage had better things to do than to listen to the ramblings of a nobody genin. Laram bowed to his lord in an honorific manner. "I apologize for my rudeness. You have better things to do than to listen to me. Please forgive me." Laram remained in his position while he spoke again, growing a little bolder. "However, if it pleases my lord; I would like to receive my headband. To me, it signifies the position of a full fledged ninja, and I would feel shamed to not wear it. I am yours to command Lord Mizukage." Whatever the Kage's orders, Laram was determined to fulfill them to the best of his ability.

As the genin spoke Mikoto listened in silence, his head resting upon the bridge his fingers created when brought together and intertwined. It was apparent Laram more then likely came from a household of old-fashion, due to his response in obeying the kage's every order. Nonetheless, he respected the notion as it meant complete obedience and furthermore a more faithful shinobi to Kirigakure. When the genin spoken of peace and prosperity throughout the various nations, he was surprised though he maintained his military baring. In reality, he had never given thought for the five lands to become united and everyone lived happily ever after. There was no such thing, as far as he has seen. There will always be one to ignite the flame of war, to set themselves apart from the others and bring hatred and rage among the villages. But, he could not deny the fact that he too would prefer no one dying without reason. As he himself hated the idea of dying in vein. But, plenty of shinobi on a day to day basis do so, and not in vein but carrying out their village's orders happily and contently, willing to die in a moments notice if it meant bringing honor to their homelands. However...many dreams die along the way.

The genin had paused momentarily, the silence bringing the water shadow back to reality as he could see a distinctive blush cross the bridge of his nose which meant he was nervous about discussing his 'dreams' to someone such as Mikoto. The words to break the silence had, once more, earned his respect. Dedication was most definitely one of this boy's traits. To which he himself nodded nearly simultaneously with the boy. As he began speaking of his capabilities, he was pleased to know there was another sealer within the community, as it was a rare and diversified gift to possess. Him being an enchanter as well, set him apart from Noel as the vampire's specialty was that of puppetry. This meant giving the child a sword will allow him to channel his element into the said weapon, giving him a slight edge over others who otherwise couldn't. Proficient in the wind element and is already currently in the process of creating his own jutsu. We have a creative one here... He thought to himself, thinking as he himself had developed several techniques, to which he will be in a short period of time excusing himself and perfecting them.

When the boy stopped short abruptly, the kage waved off his apology for his rudeness and stating he had better things to do. Even if it were true, as he has been attempting to speak with Kazuhiko and Elima for the last hour or so. "Even so, it's my job and own willingness to hear out my genins. Otherwise I am in no position to mold any of you into well seasoned shinobi. I admire your goals, though unfortunately in the current state of the other villages the peace and prosperity you hope to see will not be happening for a long period of time. As far as I am aware, most of the villages are not even operational. And there's a likelihood of rouge shinobi to cause problems for everyone, which in turn makes the remaining villages on edge and cautious. Perhaps in due time...but until then we must worry about our own before anyone else" He said, to which it was true unfortunately. Kumogakure, Sunagakure and Tsuchigakure truly were not active, unless there was activity going on in the bowels of the villages. The only other village he knew had activity within them was Konohagakure. Reaching into his desk, he drew out a headband and placed it on his desk. "Since you arrived a little later then the others, you cannot participate in the battle I have the other four genins doing. But for the time being, you may choose to go wherever you like within the village until I am done discussing matter with my higher ranking shinobi. Once we are done, and the four genins are done, we will see to the matter of assigning teams and sensei and begin training and assigning missions. So for the time being, do as you wish. Though I would suggest watching the fighting down below at the sparring grounds to get an idea of what your other fellow genin are like" He said before tossing the headband towards Laram. With that being said, he documented some of the information the boy had told him into his file and stored it away. Perhaps it'll come in handy when assigning squads. For now though, he had to attain other matters with the two who had been waiting to talk to him for quite awhile.

Laram nodded at the Mizukage's words about his genin. Laram had more wisdom than usual for someone his age, and understood what the kage meant. After all, it was the next generation that picked up the torch. If they were ill equipped for the future, then it would fail. The water shadow's words about Laram's dream weren't meant to deter him or stifle it. Laram knew that. They had a bit of a sobering effect. It was almost as if the kage was giving him vital information about the problems he may face. He welcomed his superior's input. However, his unnamed blood burned inside of him. Whatever the road he needed to travel, whatever burden he needed to bear, he would take them on. Any problem set before him would crumble to dust, and be blown away by his wind. However, as the kage's words turned to his village, the genin nodded in affirmation. Of course his village and comrades came first. There was no question of that in his mind.

Laram watched intently as the water shadow retrieved a headband from his desk. Laram's prize was directly in front of him, but he restrained himself from reaching for it. The Kage continued speaking and Laram listened to every word. He hadn't realized that there were other genin present today. However, his tardiness restrained him from joining in on the fun. It didn't matter too much to him. He may have a talent for battle, but he knew too well what happened when his temper flared. It was better for him to refrain anyway. However, watching their spar was the perfect opportunity for the boy to learn their abilities.
After all, any of them might be enemies of the village in the future. But why waste my time just watching them. I could be training too.

Laram snatched the headband in mid flight and tied it around his neck, in one fluid motion. He then made a hand sign and created a shadow clone of himself. It wasn't just an illusion, but a real flesh and blood copy. Only kage bunshin could retain information and allow the creator to absorb it. Which Laram needed if he was to learn about his fellow genin. The clone nodded to its' creator, then bowed to the kage before disappearing from sight. "This way I can train myself at the same time as I observe them. I thank you for your time lord kage." Laram bowed again, and disappeared in a puff of smoke. He was off in two directions. A clone heading towards the sparring grounds, and he himself off towards the academy. He needed to complete his projects, as well as prepare himself for the future.

"⒠nter the realm of my mind ..."
"⒟oki, Doki, Doki..."
▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄

This morning, Blair could only concentrate on the tapping of footsteps he had made. Strange. Not the fact that he was only focusing his mind onto the tap by tap made by every one of his steps, but strange that he could only think of the sound. What was it? The day had already started... quite unusual. He awoke, exactly 6:00 AM as usual. No later, no earlier. There was never the need. From there he went about the process of maintaining his overall hygiene through the brushing of his teeth, showering, and placing on a particularly warm set of clothes. From there, the black haired man went about continuing the daily necessities of life; breakfast, newspaper, headband, packing tools, headband. Of course, every single one of these daily activities may seem interestingly dull... or rather normal. Something was off for Blair today. Brushing his teeth, the Jounin had went over his molars first before slowly making his way over to the incisors. Upon completion of reading the paper, he had untidily left the paper unfolded over the table and had to reenter him home and fold it back together when he realized it. As the man was tying his shoes, he had only single knotted it this time. Which had quickly resulted in the untying of itself after Blair had traveled two blocks. Something was hindering Blair's mind. What was it? Neurotoxins which had affected his brain? No. That was too intense for something as small as this. Was it the superstition the world had called 'luck'? Was Blair under the influence of the so called 'bad luck'? No. 'Luck' is the word for a person's inability to realize physics and cause and effect of certain events. What was it? Genjutsu? Was there one that made a person cause and realize small mistakes in their daily life. Probably. But such a low powered type of Genjutsu undergoing long periods of time would have been certainly perceived by Blair at this point. What is going on?

The black haired man waited silently as he awaited outside the Mizukage's tower. He had been awaiting for the groups of ninja visiting the Kage to clear up before entering. Blair arrived to receive orders from the Kage, though, this was a small part in his daily life. After leaving home, the black haired man always took a walk around the village, creating puzzles within his mind as he did so. Creating impossible scenarios, unlockable puzzles, and playing constant mind games with himself while keeping everything within the village in check was a way to keep Blair's mind sharp. After completion of his morning routes, he stops by the Mizukage's tower and awaits orders. Blair had a precise schedule going, although some of the pre-planned daily activities were more like habits. According to Blair, whether things are a habit or not, it is good for intelligent minds to not have to focus on taking in new surroundings daily but become accustomed to a single one. There were less details to take in and newer details are easier to detect. With that, there is less stress on Inez's mind, which is important for on's mind. Blair knows this better than anyone else. He had been taught to value the health of the mind over everything else for as long as he could remember. And Blair can remember nearly everything.

Let's focus on what's happening now. The black haired man's dark, emotionless eyes gazed at the Genin who had just exited the tower. He quickly thought back and counted all the people who had initially entered the building for a moment before deciding that that was the last one. Steadily, the black haired man stepped over to the door and grabbed at the cool, brass doorknob. Blair turned the object clockwise to the point where it could be moved no more, and quickly entered the building. There had been no need to knock. It was the first floor and there was only the receptionist. Blair glanced over the the receptionist, his mind like a file cabinet as he suddenly remembered every detail of what few conversations they had. He gathered that she was a former ANBU member, which was quite unsurprising for her position as the Kage's receptionist. Not much else was of much importance. Blair had noted that in past conversations the woman had attempted to have a small chat about luxury food, though, Blair had not much to add other than the fact that he only cares about consuming food to keep himself alive and his brain, healthy. After that, the receptionist had so far dissipated all attempts to 'strike up' a conversation with Blair. That didn't matter. As long as she got her job done. Blair's eyes met the receptionist's, and there was nothing else to say. This was a daily thing, after all.

The black haired man ascended the flight of stairs which had slowly lead up to the level of the Mizukage's office. There was not much to gander at within this section of the building, but that hadn't bothered Blair much. The tapping of his feet upon every step scratched at his mind once again. The black haired man had arrived at the Kage's door. His arm rose up to his shoulder and the sleeve of his black coat had slightly shifted down, revealing Blair's pale hands. He knocked. Not once, nor twice, thrice. Blair had noted that any knocks less than three would simply go unnoticed while anything higher could be considered as rude. Customs were strange. Blair followed few, but never understood them. There were reasons why he gave up customs for mind. Blair's knocking broke the silence between both sides of the door before covering the second floor with a different type of silence. Silence where you are expecting something. The black haired man entered the building, his black eyes seeming even darker in the change if lighting. His eyes met Mikoto's own before Blair bowed. The Mizukage was very young for such a standing within the village. Did connections bring him up the ranks? Or sheer talent in a field? It didn't really matter at this point. "Lord Susann. I have arrived to know what needs to be done around the village today. It may be irrelevant, but I have noticed that there are quite a few eager Genin around after graduation this month. Teaching them the ropes would be important but I am sure there are other tasks which are equally as important. What do you wish? My lord.", the black haired man asked, still bowing. There it was again that feeling. It appeared before Blair had begun to speak, though, he managed to catch himself. He was about to indulge in the idiotic tendency of 'good morning', which was nothing Blair would usually say. Such things were related to luck, and Blair was taught to not believe in such things. What was wrong today?

Kazuhiko thought that he was finally going to be able to talk to the Mizukage, but the stupid Jounin walked in. "You! Don't just barge in here and take everyone else's turn! Elmina and I have been waiting for five Genin to get through with what they have to say, so you can just wait for your damn turn!" He stated, his violet eyes looked irritated like before, he hated how annoying people were these days. They just bounced around like they owned the place and didn't have any respect for other people. "If you want to be useful, go to the sparing grounds and make sure the Genin don't kill each other." He stared angrily at the Jounin. "If you ever cut in front of me again, I'll cut your head clean off your shoulders" He stated, his voice taking on a deep octave and perhaps some kind of demonic echo, but that evilness was all in Blair's mind.

Nodding in agreement with the boy's announcement to train he watched Laram take off. He remembered the days when the village was plentiful in shinobi and squads could be conjured within a matter of moments and send genin on their way to train. Now, since he had returned to take the place of the recently deceased Water Shadow, the village's numbers were scarce. Reduced numbers in turn meant not as many squads, and not as many squads would become the larger abundance of missions needing to be completed. And in turn of that, training being integrated would make the equation all the more complex. We need to do something with the numbers we have...divide the genins up amongst those of the appropriate rank and commence training. He thought to himself, as his schedule was ever growing and will eventually have no time to do much. The train of thought took a different course along the tracks as the door opened revealing a black-haired man who Mikoto realized he was one of the missing Jonins to which he had not have had the pleasure in meeting. As far as being pleasure was completely false, but nonetheless he is now aware he has yet another shinobi within his village capable of assisting in this mess. From the sentence that spilled from Blair's mouth, he recognized the latter to be a well organized shinobi. Having a schedule and quite the perception around here.

"You must be Blair..." He began to say, wondering if the latter was familiar with the passing of the kage of late. But it mattered little by this point. When Kazuhiko burst out with such rage he merely raised his hand to calm the man. He understood the detest he had for he indeed has been waiting for quite some time along with Elmina. His eyes remained on the black-haired man for a moment or two longer, as if analyzing every aspect of the gentleman. Perhaps even peer into his soul...no, there wasn't need to be. "Much isn't needed to be done today, as the village was recently modified. As of right now, save for the last genin who recently left here, the other genins are in a tag team match for evaluation. As you might have guessed I am new here, replacing our recently deceased Water Shadow. Kazuhiko was about to discuss some events that recently occurred as well as bringing me up to speed. You are more then welcome to join us. If not..." He said, glancing out the window down towards the sparring grounds where the battle was ongoing. He stationed a clone there to monitor things, evaluating the genins and ensuring nothing more was going on other then what was implanted as the rules. "You are welcomed to watch the genins' battle. We have a few with exceptional potential, including one that specializes in the similar field of study as you do" He said, referring to Genjutsu as he was aware of it being a particular talent of Motochika. "Once they are finished I am seeing into creating squads. That way we may begin their training and they may partake in missions. Refunding the village will become a priority, so we may perhaps focus on the defenses around the village and build property that'll benefit us. So...for the time being you may do one or the other as you wish; unless you have a personal schedule you wish to follow and if so then do as you will for the time being. I will be calling for you in short time as I do not expect this fight to last too long. Now then..." He said, averting his attention over to the Konin and Jonin who has been waiting ever so patiently.

"Kazuhiko Sennin...control your temper. Despite you have in fact been waiting for quite awhile now, you sound as if we were in the academy waiting to get lunch" He said staring intensely towards the man. He took out his cigarette and took a drag, exhaling a cloud of steam rather then the toxins in your everyday regular cigarette; probably to the surprise of Blair. "Now then Kazu...or Elmina....which of you wants to go first?" He inquired, finally getting to them.

"⒠nter the realm of my mind ..."
"⒟oki, Doki, Doki..."
▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄

The man's black hair lashes sank softly over his eyes slightly. From what Blair had remembered, this was a minor sign of respect to one's own superior. Blair awaited the Kage's words to fill the room, but his ears caught sound of the other man who had been waiting in the room. The black haired man peered over towards the direction of the speaker, which his eyes fell upon a Jounin's who hair was as dark as Blair's own and bore prominent violet eyes. Upon exchanging glances, Blair vaguely remembered the man from his time from his training as a Jounin, or even, his time at the academy. This man, Kazuhiko Sennin, may be a shinobi worth noting. From what he remembers and even from Kazuhiko's roguish appearance at the moment, the man was only a few years younger than Blair. Though, Blair couldn't seem to remember the man's exact age. Strange. Or maybe not. Keeping small numbers in mind over long periods of time is nearly impossible for your average person. It is even quite difficult to maintain for Blair himself. Well, it didn't exactly matter. What was important was that this man climbed the ranks of Kiri at a very young age like Blair. He was a potential rival. Though, did most Kiri ninja climb the ranks fast before dying a short lived death? It didn't matter also. If it's the will of the Mizukage then all shall follow. No matter what the order.

Blair's dark eyes met Kazuhiko's own for a brief, fleeting moment. The black haired man allowed their gazes to meet. Blair's emotionless eyes clashing against the burning rage, or perhaps... passionate eyes of Kazuhiko. Blair left it at that. Blair ignored the man. It was an unnecessity which had appeared within Blair's schedule. One which wasn't worth dealing with. He turned back to the Mizukage and droned out the voice of the violet eyed one. Soon after the man had finished, the Mizukage had begun to address Blair. The black haired man listened is silence as the new Mizukage explained the current situation of Kirigakure and gave Blair a select number of options. What was this? Options? Strange. Blair was accustomed to the former Mizukage's style of simply selecting a task for Blair to complete, which Blair in return completed surely. This new Kage was strange. No. The day was strange. Is this what the locals call 'waking up on the wrong side of bed'? The Mizukage wasn't strange. For the man's young age, Blair gathered that the man seemed to be well equipped for such a position. The man surely lacked experience, but he is well aware of happenings around the village. He had known of Blair's existence and positioning within the village. Though, it wasn't surprising in the least.

Blair pondered his options. Discuss recent events. Observe the Genin. Refunding the village. Building plans. Each were extremely important in their own way in the further expansion and growth of the village. Choices. Blair was rarely put to decide his own other than the necessities such as which brand of shampoo to buy at the market, or which article of clothing should be worn on a certain day. Each were choices, though, obviously not as important as these. Blair spoke, "It is of the norm that talented Genin can easily become well known around the village. I feel no need to watch the sparring a of the young ones. Additionally, if I were to supervise a genin's spar and had to break up fights, my methods would be unhealthy for young, inexperienced minds". Blair paused for a moment to allow his words to sink into the minds of all who had been listening. The black haired man was speaking to the Mizukage, but over the course of his life he had learned that there had been quite a few people who had trouble realizing what he had said in an instant. Though, the Mizukage of the village should have no trouble understanding. Blair continued, "Allow me to partake in this discussion of recent events. A few days ago, I had taken a mission around the edges of the country. Currently, I am behind on recent happenings around the village and was barely aware of the passing of former Lord Mizukage". Blair remained in his position directly in front of the door, standing straight and unmoved. There was no need to. His emotionless eyes making contact with the Misukage's as he had spoken.

Kazuhiko's eyes flared with anger even more, but he was silenced by the Mizukage and his sense of nobility and respect for this new man was great. "Forgive me, Lord Mizukage, but seeing as though there needs to be a proctor with the Genin and you have much to handle, I see it as though one of the Jounin must go. Me, I was given a mission elsewhere long before you arrived." He cleared his throat, it was obvious the boy thought he was insolent and probably a rank lower than he really was. "I am the highest ranking shinobi in the village, aside from you sir, this information I hold is top secret.. From the days that I was ANBU" He said softly, now putting on his business face, as if his prior personality was a façade and it never happened.

Elmina remained silent, her bright red eyes dazzling a bit and her dark lashes formed around her eyes perfectly. She was ignoring everything that was happening, finding it very uninteresting and useless information to her. She didn't know why the Mizukage had called her here, but she was here and she was willing to introduce herself. But. She wouldn't talk while other people were still around. She was a legendary Kiri teacher, all her student have become strong and become legends, she was older than her shinobi profile said, her past was a mystery. She knew a few memories, but nothing too in detail. She worked one on one with her students, which made it easier for her to communicate. She didn't communicate with people very well, but when it was just her and the other person, she was easier going. She saw the other Jounin and was nonchalant, she didn't particularly like the boy, nor did she dislike him in any way. Kazu was a strange boy, but he was a force to be reckoned with. He had multiple personalities she's noticed, but only two have been recorded. She waited patiently, waiting for the other two to leave so she could speak with the Mizukage alone.
