Pelleas have two more balls appeared.
"Kiki and Sora...those are two others...and..." he felt a shock go sent through his body. He got on a knee, panting. "Damn it....I messed up the spell..." he coughed.

Noveria shook his head to Azure "No... you will stay by my side for now Azure. You are my bodyguard, you will stay here in the case our enemies attempt to kill me... though that would be a foolish move on their part..." he explained to her. The Emperor turned to Pelleas, a worried expression on his face, Pelleas did not take that spell very well "Please rest Pelleas... when you are ready I will need some help dealing with these Heroes... but it would be pointless to send you into battle like this..." he spoke to Pelleas in a softer tone than usual. The Emperor was ruthless to his enemies, but to his allies, every loss was a pain in his heart, they were the closest thing he did have to companions.

 Azure nodded with a bow. "Yes my lord." she replied and gracefully stood at his side. Waiting for any other orders from him. In the mean time, she leaned against the wall in silence.

"I'm fine, I am merely shocked, barely hurt." he said, rubbing his temples. "I merely allowed my guard down for a mere moment."

Noveria let out a sigh "Very well Pelleas... so tell me... this 'Kiki'... how much of a threat does she pose? I believe we should send someone out to eliminate her... she seems to be the easiest target at the moment. Then these is this Anubis... she will be the most difficult... she has quickly made allies... and that fact that you have yet to find her in Avalon disturbs me..."

Noveria listened to his ally carefully, he didn't really have a choice here "This Hero... Kiki... I need her dealt with. Pelleas... I usually would not make you do this... but I need Thresher for the more high profile targets... I want you to find her. Decide whether she's a threat or not... and if she is... you know what to do." those were his orders, they were absolute, demanding, a motivating force, as if a spell was placed on Pelleas.

Noveria smiled at Pelleas "Don't fear them my ally. I trust your current abilities are enough. She is a small girl, surely you can at least handle her with your great magic... your strength is enough for now." Noveria walked up to Pelleas and pat him on the back quite harshly. Sure, for a man in his physical peak like Noveria it wasn't much, but his pat was almost like a punch to someone like Pelleas, though the Emperor didn't mean it of course.

Azure kept quiet and wasn't looking at anything in particular until a certain picture hanging on the wall by the window had caught her eye. She blinked and stared at it in curiosity. It was the portrait of the Emperor, however it looked like the picture had been torn and folded so the torn end was hidden and only the emperor was showing in the frame, but small bits of the torn end were apparent in the corners of the frame if one focused carefully. Azure was the type to notice things even to the smallest detail and this was one of them. "Why is that picture torn?" she thought to herself.

Noveria shot a glare at Azure as she looked at the portrait "To believe such a painting could last the test of time, no? It truly is ancient.... 500 years old." another fact about the painting worth noting is that Noveria looked older in it, almost a decade older than he looked right now. The Emperor then turned to Thresher "I have a plan Maw... since Pelleas never found all of the Heroes... we will simply draw them to us." a small smile appeared on the Emperor's face "Stage a public execution in the city, anyone who tries to stop the execution is my enemy, I'm sure the Heroes will not think twice about trying to stop that." he ordered to Thresher before walking over to his throne and sitting down.

Hearing the emperor's words, Azure's cheeks turned a light shade of pink. Causing her to turn her head to the side, making it seem like she was going to cough so she could hide her embarrassment. Embarrassed at the fact that she had been caught by the emperor doing something he evidently didn't approve of and was pointed out discretely for it.
