Clan/Kekkei Genkai Description, History: Many years ago, before even the Shinobi world..there was a man named Adolf K. Weismann...this man was both a brilliant scientist, as well as a wonderful architect. One day while doing his usual routine around a dig site they found a small stone..one that was later named the Dresden Slate, it held many mysterious engravings on it, ones that couldn't really be deciphered by the teams looking at it. After years of studying this stone it was shown it had the ability to manifest what was called an "Aura" something that used the power of this stone to control and use. Though this wasn't limited to just humans, as animals also showed an unusually high receptive nature of this energy, named Weismann after the researcher who discovered it.

Hundreds of years later only one family had the ability to use this energy, the rest having died off or gained the ability to use only the "Chakra" that Shinobi used. This family, by the last name of Suoh had the ability to freely use their Aura's and powers, though they were limited to only control over the fire aura, whereas before there were seven types of aura. Sadly should they use too much power at once their body would begin to decay before eventually causing the Weismann levels in their body to get to high, resulting in a large explosion capable of destroying large chunks of the earth at once.


Strengths:
• Has nearly complete control over fire (limited to only controlling fire they produce, andtheir Aura, nothing else.)
• Their Aura is a powerful offense and defense, manifesting as a wave of energy around them capable of defending from certain level techniques. (Power of the Aura increases with each stage mastered.)
• Suoh clan members learn Katon based Ninjutsu two [2] posts faster.

Weaknesses:
• Suoh clan members are incredibly weak against water, due to the fire nature of their Aura's.
• They have a harder time learning anything but fire based Ninjutsu. +2 posts to learn all Ninjutsu aside from fire.

Clan/Kekkei Genkai Stages: Noob - This is the beginning stages of all born with the Aura. It it rather small, rough only able to manifest around the user's body like a small chakra cloak. This Aura is capable of blocking up to D-rank attacks and damage (aside from Suiton)

Decent - This is the next stage, or level of mastery with the user's aura. From this point, the aura has extended to roughly two feet around the user's body. This Aura is capable of blocking up to C-rank attacks and damage (aside from Suiton)

Skilled - This is the third stage, or level of mastery with the user's aura.
From this point, the aura has extended to roughly five feet around user's body. This Aura is capable of blocking up to B-rank attacks and damage (aside from Suiton)

Mastered - This is the final stage, or level of mastery with the user's aura. At this point the aura of the user has extended to roughly fifteen feet around user's body. This Aura is capable of blocking up to A-rank attacks and damage (aside from Suiton)

Classification: Kekkei Genkai
Description: The user engulfs his left hand with his Aura and holds it in the air, then pulling it back closer to his face. A wave of the Aura is ejected and sent towards a great distance at a relatively high speed. It is able to horizontally slice through an entire clock tower and cause the upper half to collapse.
Range: Twenty Meters, moves rather slow though.

Description: By expending a large amount of their Aura outside of theirs bodies Suoh clan members are capable of breaking illusions around them, though they must expend the same amount of chakra used in the Genjutsu.

Description: By molding their Aura into the form of a spear the user can then throw said spear forward, resulting in a fiery explosion of their Aura around wherever hit.
Range: As long as you can throw. Explosion is ten meters in radius.

Description: Due to the fiery nature of their Aura the Suoh clan member's can control any fire produced by them, including lighter flames, or fire produced by a Katon technique. Using this technique they are able to make flames from thin air using their Aura.

Heat Takers

Fire

It is the element that symbolizes the extremes of nature, portraying life and death in the same breath. For some it represents the flame of life, others the burning inferno of destruction and chaos. It is man's first creation. His first friend. His first protector against the unknown threats in the night. Legends foretell that man once mated with the flame, and an elemental arose from the ash. For ages the bloodline of such elementals has gone unnoticed.

That changes today.




The Heat That Brings All Things
Their blood is literally boiling, with a constant body temperature of at least 300F. Their body can be touched without harming anyone, but it always feels warm, like a person running a fever. Also, a Heat Taker's body temperature gets higher the closer they are to fire and how big that fire is. This does not hurt them, but this change in physiology does produce a couple of effects that can be to a shinobi's advantage.

=Basic poison/disease immunity. Because of their high body temp, almost all diseases and poisons can't survive the environment and simply burn up into nothing inside their bodies. It is extremely rare to ever see a Heat Taker sick in bed.

=Breathe CO2: It is a characteristic of flame to burn large amounts of oxygen. Normally this isn't much of a problem, but in large fires it can be very dangerous. This ability allows the user to naturally breath in carbon-dioxide as easily as oxygen, so they don't pass out from being around large amounts of fire or heat.


Hot-Headed Young Soul
Heat Takers are often characterized and known for their fiery personalities. Their tempers can flare up quickly and unexpectedly. They can be loud but are more often energetic, never staying still for too long save when sleeping. They also seem to avoid sleep, typically only getting a few hours of sleep every night or so, yet they never seem tired. One could almost say Heat Takers are workaholics in a sense, always needing to move and do something rather than sit back and enjoy a day of rest. This doesn't mean they don't know how to relax, however, or that they're necessarily obnoxious. Rather, Heat Takers live in the extremes of emotion. If they see a girl/boy they like they are less likely to ask them out on a date as they are to fall head over heels in love with them and ask for an immediate hand in marriage. At other times Heat Takers seem to avoid some emotions completely. For example, the way they express sadness or depression is different. Rather than stopping to sulk alone or cry, they instead get angry and express their pain through rage and action. If one feels suicidal they are more likely to try to inflict as much destruction to the world around them as they can, while waiting for some larger power to come kill them, rather than killing themselves quietly. It should be noted that these are not rules for a character with this bloodline to follow, so much as they are guidelines for how one should be played.


The Flame is my Friend and my Protector
Their natural affinity for fire gives the user a number of passive advantages, particularly with Katon jutsu.

=Katon jutsu can be performed without seals/incantation

=Katon element only. A Heat Taker's body is naturally geared for katon jutsu, so much so that it is the only element available to them. A Heat Taker cannot have another element that is not relevant to fire/heat.

=Fire Manipulation: the user can mentally move fire and can create small amounts without any chakra cost. They can only manipulate their own fire, not just fire in general.

=Own Heat Immunity: A spirit of fire forms a small bubble around the user that protects their body/clothes from being burned unless they want to. This resistance only works for their own fire, not just fire in general.

=Fire Detection: Heat Takers can sense when they're near a fire or when someone possessing a fire element is close, and what direction they're in. Strangely, this ability does not work on other Heat Takers.

=Heat Vision: Heat Takers have the ability to use heat vision to peer through objects and find heat. This vision does not see chakra, however, in many cases this can be a good thing since masking one's heat signature can be more difficult than masking chakra. This heat vision does come with a risk though. If a Heat Taker were to look at themselves with heat vision then, because of their abnormally high body heat, the light would be blinding. So try not to look in a mirror or anything.


Feed the Fire
Heat Takers have the ability to eat flames and fire of their rank or lower. This will regenerate their body and replenish their chakra supply, depending on the rank of fire they eat. Eating an enemy katon jutsu, for example, will let the user recover the amount of chakra that jutsu cost (swallowing a genin katon jutsu will recover 5 points of chakra, swallowing a jounin katon jutsu will recover 20 points of chakra, ect.) Healing from swallowing different ranks of fire is on par with medical jutsu. While a Heat Taker is feeding, no other jutsu can be used.


Sleep Now in the Fire
The jutsu of the bloodline. They don't take any seals to use by members of the bloodline. Though they are considered heat jutsu they receive the same bonuses as katon jutsu, and cannot be stacked with bonuses of any other kind.

Boiling Touch
Rank: C
Description: User sticks a body part into a body of water and instantly brings it up to above boiling temperatures that'll scald the bodies of anybody else within. The effected area can be as large as a small lake.

Open Furnace
Rank: B
Description: User radiates heat from their body that raises the temperature of the entire area. The heat will cause others to start sweating profusely, and the air will seem to waver a bit like in a desert. This doesn't burn opponents, but it will cause easily flammable objects such as paper to burn up within seconds. After 5 posts of being in the effected area the opponent will start to see mirages, where the image of the user splits into many and they can't tell the difference between them (much like clones). Just like clones, however, an opponent with a special doujutsu like the sharingan or byakugan will be able to distinguish between the mirages just as easily as they would clones. This jutsu lasts 10 posts. The user's heat vision cannot be used while this jutsu is active.

Sphere Flame
Rank: B
Description: User creates a giant sphere of flame that he can mentally manipulate to move and follow opponents. Lasts for 3 posts.

Inferno
Rank: A
Description: User extends their hands out and is lifted a foot off the ground as a sphere of high-intensity flame pushes out from their body. This reaches about 5ft all around their body, protecting them from most attacks as the sphere covers all angles. Anything that touches the inferno will be pushed out, leaving third-degree burns. The downside to this technique is that user cannot move while it is still active.

Piercing Torch
Rank: S
Description: User surrounds themselves with fire that both propels them forward, as well as burns through all in their path as they spin around like an inuzuka's tsuuga. Though this state only lasts a few moments, it can propel the user to great distances, and is often used to burn tunnels through the ground or through whatever is in the user's way.

Heat Taker
Rank: S
Description: A killing technique not to be used lightly. This attack is where the bloodline gets its name. A user pushes their hand or finger inside the deep wound of a defeated or newly dead enemy and sucks in all the heat from their body, bringing it into their own. The process kills the target every time, and legend says that the users take the soul of their opponent as well. For fairness reasons if this technique is being used on an already dead opponent the user must've been the one who killed them. No corpse hunting!


Stage 2
At the epitome of their power, Heat Takers merge as one with their fire to become the "true" or "living flame". As a Living Flame, users gain a number of abilities to show for their mastery of fire.

Rules of the Furnace:
=Must be at least Jounin ranked to obtain this stage
=Must have defeated at least one opponent of your rank or higher
=You unlock this stage in a moment of pure desperation

The True Flame
Reaching adulthood improves the user's physiology a bit, furthering their unity with heat and unlocking a few extra passive abilities as a consequence.

=Heat Resistance: The user gains some resistance to other sources of heat such as lava or explosions. Keep in mind that these sources will still harm them, just to a less amount or to the point where they can't be killed by them.

=Living Flame: The ultimate phase of a Heat Taker. For a brief period (up to 5 posts) the user can merge with the element of heat and become pure fire. The user can shift either their body parts or their full body at will. As pure heat/fire, all physical attacks will simply phase through their body. They also cannot be burned/melted as a consequence, giving them full immunity to other heat-related elements such as the heat from lava and explosions. They could still drown or get slowed down by lava, but the heat does not hurt them. Water is particularly harmful to them in this phase, however, while small amounts of water will only turn to steam against the user's form a water/snow/ice technique of above B-rank can extinguish the flames and knock them back into their normal state. If this happens, the user cannot re-enter the Living Flame form for the rest of the battle. In this phase only fire/heat-related techniques can be used. There is a 3 post cooldown period after the user exits their Living Flame form. This ability has a 3 time limit in battle.

=Ashes to Ashes: Heat Takers who reach this stage do not simply die the same way others do. When they die their body turns to ash and gets swept away in the wind.


Rise From the Ashes
Rank: S
Description: Even if a flame is put out, it may yet roar back to life through the burning embers. This is the ultimate technique of the Heat Taker bloodline. The user can automatically regenerate a fatal wound. If they get stabbed in the heart, or their head gets lopped off, it'll regenerate. They can only use this ability for the number of times they've successfully used the Heat Taker jutsu, as the user is resurrected through the stolen heat of others.

After discussing this between the crew we have come to the decision that there are so many things wrong with this bloodline that we're just going to deny it in its entirety instead of going through it piece by piece. It needs almost a complete overhaul and toning down to even approach being fair.

Clan/Kekkei Genkai Description, History:
Moogles them selfs are not from the planet earth but instead from another dimension. A large group of moogles were caught in a experiment that opened a space/time portal that sucked them in. The other end of the portal opened up near Konoha dumping the moogles in this strange new world forever. Due to them coming from a dimension full of monsters, beasts, dragons and all sorts of things, the moogles tend to not even flinch when around humans even if one is trying to scare or threaten them.

-Moogles sprout a "pom pom" - a red ball of fur on a thin, wiry antenna - emerging from their heads, which they are very sensitive about being touched. From their suggested mole-bat ancestry, a moogle's wings are most often of a dark, Gothic, or bat-like design, as to juxtapose their otherwise harmless appearance and bubbly nature. Moogles generally resemble small mammals, ranging from rodents, to felines or marsupials.

Strengths:
• Very Small, so is harder to hit
• Faster then normal
• Hover
• Very intelligent
• Understand Chakra and Jutsus better then others.

Weaknesses:
• Their bodies are physically weak
• Clumsy

Rules and Requirements:
• 2-2'6 feet tall counting ears
• Must be a moogle...
• Moogles do not have genders and reproduce A-sexually
• Moogles age differently then humans. When born they are the size of a pea and within a day grow to the size they will be for the rest of their life. After 10 days they have the intellect of a 10 year old human and it scales from there. They live around 150 years and their bodies do not age.
(Basically age dosnt matter... they are moogles..)

Kekkei Genkai OverView:
• 2-2'6 Feet tall counting the ears.
• Wings that are able to help them hover a few inches off the ground.
(Uses Wings to 'move' such as them running forward or jumping. If landing on feet suffer no fall damage)

Description: Enables a bag with a space/time 'Pocket Dimension'. This allows the user to store unlimited amount of anything without all the weight and space needed for it. The user pays the chakra cost and thinks of what he/she wants then is able to pull it out of the bag.

Clan/Kekkei Genkai Description, History: Countless years ago, a mysterious meteorite fell in the middle of the Land of Bears. A small group of ninja tried to harness its power, and did so amazingly so through hours of countless meditation around the meteorite. Eventually the power of the mysterious chakra proved too much for the small group of ninja and all who attempted prolonged practice with it died. The meteorite was still kept in a temple, locked away to keep everyone safe. Eventually, one brave ninja broke into the sacred building to prove she could survive the training. She did, never suffering any of the past symptoms of previous users. She realized that in her blood must have been a unique strand of DNA that made her immune to whatever had killed all the other ninja. Unknown as to where this special blood came from, she left the Land of Bears to find other long-lost family members that shared her blood, taking the meteorite with her. Over time, she amassed many immune ninja and together they formed the Kujaku clan.


Strengths:
• Kujaku chakra (beasts, rope, etc.) highly resistant to physical attacks
• Kujaku users’ chakra pool is highly mutated (+40 to chakra pool)
• Jutsus cost one rank lower to use (A-rank jutsu cost B-rank chakra)
• Inherent boost at defending against genjustu

• The ninja themselves are one rank weaker to tai/kenjutsu

Clan/Kekkei Genkai Stages: Implantation: In times of great need, the user is able to implant an original piece of the fallen star to grant them temporary strength and chakra. To acquire a piece, the user must have learned 75% of the clan’s jutsu and must be a jounin or higher. Upon consent, the star piece can be given either by the clan head or, if not from the same village, the kage. Upon implantation, the user gets +2 strength, +2 agility, and +60 chakra. Implantation lasts for three posts safely, where upon removal returns the ninja to normal status with no negative side effects (should the user have below 60 chakra, it simply returns to 0). One post after that, the bonuses are +1 strength and agility and +20 chakra (they lose forty chakra. If they have less than 20, the piece breaks) and after removal, they receive -1 to all stats and have a max of 30 usable chakra. If kept implanted five posts, on the sixth, the piece crumbles and the user loses all feeling in his body and must be treated immediately or suffer gravely.

Clan/Kekkei Genkai Description, History: Countless years ago, a mysterious meteorite fell in the middle of the Land of Bears. A small group of ninja tried to harness its power, and did so amazingly so through hours of countless meditation around the meteorite. Eventually the power of the mysterious chakra proved too much for the small group of ninja and all who attempted prolonged practice with it died. The meteorite was still kept in a temple, locked away to keep everyone safe. Eventually, one brave ninja broke into the sacred building to prove she could survive the training. She did, never suffering any of the past symptoms of previous users. She realized that in her blood must have been a unique strand of DNA that made her immune to whatever had killed all the other ninja. Unknown as to where this special blood came from, she left the Land of Bears to find other long-lost family members that shared her blood, taking the meteorite with her. Over time, she amassed many immune ninja and together they formed the Kujaku clan.


Strengths:

Clan/Kekkei Genkai Stages: Implantation: In times of great need, the user is able to implant an original piece of the fallen star to grant them temporary strength and chakra. To acquire a piece, the user must have learned 75% of the clan’s jutsu and must be a jounin or higher. Upon consent, the star piece can be given either by the clan head or, if not from the same village, the kage. Upon implantation, the user gets +2 strength, +2 agility, and +60 chakra. Implantation lasts for three posts safely, where upon removal returns the ninja to normal status with no negative side effects (should the user have below 60 chakra, it simply returns to 0). One post after that, the bonuses are +1 strength and agility and +20 chakra (they lose forty chakra. If they have less than 20, the piece breaks) and after removal, they receive -1 to all stats and have a max of 30 usable chakra. If kept implanted five posts, on the sixth, the piece crumbles and the user loses all feeling in his body and must be treated immediately or suffer gravely.

Clan/Kekkei Genkai Description, History: The Wani's origin is completely unknown even by it's most senior members of the clan. Truth be told their records start the clan as being from an area on the outskirts of the wave country. Disliked by most other clans due to their appearance and thirst for killing. For several years the clan as whole was transient , moving from place to place in search of home. Agreeing to reside in Kirigakure in exchange for no more attempts on the village's citizens the Kiragkure found a home.

For awhile things went somewhat smoothly with their new arrangement However, some of the Wani were upset at being segregated to the lower rent parts of the village despite the rank or position the clan member was in. Before staging am assassination, they fled from the hidden mist although some stayed within the village, keeping loyal to the Mizukage. The rest retreated throughout the world, they are often seen in out rims of various villages, often living alone or a few Wani grouped together.

History: The Kemuri clan is a clan of assassins, their specialty is espionage and assassination. Before they age of the shinobi they were widely used in many conflicts. If they worked for one lord to kill another lord, they would also take a job to kill the lord they were already working for. Smoke was their most useful tool, the legends say if you noticed smoke surrounding you suddenly it was already over for you. Though with the birth of shinobi villages their usefulness had diminished. And with the villages charging a percentage for what that clan would charge they soon went into decline. In an attempt to strength their clan against the rise of shinobi, they made a pact with an Enenra a demon comprised entirely of smoke. He fused his smoke with every member of the clan, giving them unnatural abilities. But even with this new found power the lords were uninterested in the clan. For their own survival. They then decided to send their predecessors to the village hidden in the leaves. These predecessors also inherited the demons smoke.

• Members due to demonic influence receive a 60 point chakra increase.

If the enemy is still within the cloud after three posts they will fall unconscious from lack of oxygen. If they user continues with the jutsu the enemy will be dead after five posts. (The user must remain still for the entirety of this jutsu or the smoke will dissipated and oxygen will rush back into the area. Since this user constantly emits smoke to displace the oxygen the only way to stop the jutsu is to kill or make the user move. Fuuton jutsu will not be able to stop it.)
