"We could...but mine are ones from my parents home country." Russian foods so not ones that everyone would like, though some were very good and palatable for people here in this country. It was just the different tastes that different countries, and their people, seemed to prefer. But maybe she'd like certain dishes which she could share with her, it was something to think about. She could copy down the recipes she had and give her a few of the easy to make ones, ones which she was likely to enjoy. Yes, she could do that for the other.
"I'm not sure if I want the reverse, the issue you have, but something in between would be nice." But she doubted she'd get it. At least she wasn't going to get cold in winter and get sick? One good thing and she could remove the coat in the summer, though even the garments under it were too warm for the summer and it's dreadful heat.
"I'd prefer going with someone the first time. To see it and learn." Plus she didn't know what she would encounter up there and it would be safer to go with someone, especially the princess of the planet. it would be a much safer thing in Winterlynn's opinion. "Yes, we should arrange for a time when we can do this."

"My boyfriend will eat just about anything." She mused with a little bit of a laugh. "But yeah, I'd love to see some of your recipes. No rush though."
It made sense that Delphi wanted company for her trip. It could be a really strange experience, and if she'd never been in space at all well.. it could even be a little frightening. The star of Polaris was pretty large at that, and Polaris could not remember off the top of her head what Delphi's wonder was, so that didn't help either.
"No problem. When I call you tomorrow we can figure out the best time to go. I can even tell you a bit about going to the moon if you like then."

Laughing she smiled. "I don't know...Russian food is not something many would like here." In this country, at least some of the odder foods. Even some things turned her nose a bit, or a lot in some cases. She was almost curious to see if the princesses boyfriend would eat anything she could make.
"The moon also? Alright, that sounds good." She wanted to go, needed to go, she had to see what was up there and what she was fighting for. What was there for her that had been involved in a war so long ago. She didn't say it but there was that need within her and she would finally lay eyes on it.(We can finish this here and skip to present times. I've so far had it where Delphi had never gone up there. So if we can find a reason it never happened we can do that and have them run into each other now.::Nods::

"It's a date then!" A trip to the moon and a trip to wherever Delphi's wonder was on Polaris. It seemed an easy enough request, really the very least she could do for one of her knights.
"Just get yourself home safe tonight and we'll figure it all out. The moon has a pretty specific time that it can be visited so we'll have to figure out a way to schedule that into our calenders. But it's not like there is any huge rush."
Saying their goodbyes and parting ways Polaris could only think on how lucky she was. Lucky to find yet another knight of her star. And lucky that that light hadn't been snuffed out before they ever got the chance to meet.Sleet Tempest Snape Sounds good to me.
