Inari cursed to himself wishing he packed more of a punch. However as the group from before came out with whistles and horns blowing Inari placed himself quickly between them and the girl. ""Damnit what now..." he cursed out at them. Hearing they were the police he felt alot better though. Until the pikes were pointed at him too that was.

Seeing the man with the large sword kick in the door and shout that they were going after the girl Inari felt his heart drop to his stomach. it was just some scumbag right? why do they need this many? he thought.

As someone shouted out that they were under arrest and the goons nodded Inari seemed far less compliant. "I understand that your getting in my way! That girl in there is my Clan leader let me help get her out at least, arrest me after if you have to! just tell me why the hell you need three squads for a scumbag and his goons!" he declared angrily. Turning he grabbed ahold of the girl he had rescued and directed her at the cops pushing her out so that they could get to her. "Take her with you she was being held captive. now let me through so I can help Uani!" he said not backing down for a moment.

Inari glared at the woman, "What the hell are you doing? She was a prisoner and you throw her in shackles? You sure you guys are the police? Cause I don't buy it for a second. You guys are a** holes with titles if you ask me. I was told not to cause unnecesary trouble.. something about letters or something looking bad. If anything happens to my friend inside I will see to it you pay." he said be fore kneeling down.

Panic was a good way to describe what the old man was doing right now, everything that Uani told him not to do was thrown out the window: ”She’s a witch! Kilsbane! Dogand! Help me! For the love of GOD help me!!” The old man desperately struggled, sweat was pouring from his forehead as he struggled and tried to kick the woman off of his form, thrashing around for dear life, though his age was definitely against him in this situation. Uani would be able to hear the sounds of moving feet from outside of the man’s doorway, heavy boots pounded towards the old man’s doorway, clearly trying to make it in time to save the boss.

Outside, on Inari’s end, he certainly wasn’t making many friends with his attitude and more than a few of the watched looked as though they wanted to thump him good for those few comments that he was throwing their way. The woman was surprisingly the only one keeping them in line, she barked no orders but shot them looks that seemed to tell them to back down. The watch certainly didn’t waste any time closing in on Inari, though the only thing that they would bring with them is shackles to lock them up with the rest of the goons. If he was cooperative then he would simply be shackled and brought to a cart that was just being brought around where the others were being loaded in. There seemed to be another cart waiting, it was likely that the other cart was going to be bringing those who were inside.

Thugs were many things but they are not necessarily smart, it wasn’t long before the door was kicked in as a small number of brutes came in to end the life of the witch who was going to kill their boss, only to find his dead corpse in the room waiting for them. A few of them were whipped into a frenzy at the sight and started to look for the girl, if they found her then they would more than likely try to get their hands on her to pull her apart. Most of them, didn’t feel it was worth it to take on ‘sorcery’ of any kind and booked it down the hallway, only to run into more commotion down the hall a fair distance away from Uani. So far, at least some of her plan was going well.

With the looks that the rest of the thugs, it was probably a damn good thing that they were shackled or else Inari would have been in for the beating of his live. Two of the guards were posted at the rear of the wagon to make sure that there was no funny business from the criminals, it took about half an hour before the wagon came to a stop and everyone was ushered off, the group were searched for weapons and had them confiscated before being lead into the cells. The female officer that Inari sassed earlier took off her helmet to reveal a long mass of dark, dark brown hair that fell past her shoulders and piercing violet eyes that held a light and kindness that the other guards didn’t have in their eyes. While the groups were bring shuffled off to their cells, the woman held out her arm to block the other from putting Inari in the same cell as the others.
”Put him in a separate cage, I’d rather not have to clean up pieces of his face from the wall…” Inari was shuffled off into his own cell were a couple of other guards were posted nearby. A bunch of paper was brought out and stories were taken down, when it was Inari’s turn the same woman with the dark hair from earlier approached him and gave a heavy sigh. The door opened and she entered the cell with him and took a seat on a small chair that was brought with her. The woman prepared to take notes and did so if Inari spoke. This girl was young, she couldn’t have been any older than 20 and yet she seemed to have a respectable rank, it was hard to see why, in all honesty. During the time that she took off her helm and the time that she was sitting down with Inari she had placed her hair into a messy updo.
”Alright kid, why don’t you tell me what happened from you’re point of view? Actually you can start by telling me your name and where you’re from…”

As the Black Shadow passed the doorway she would find that the area was fairly dark, it wasn’t the blackest of rooms but it were a lot of pools of darkness in the area. From up ahead she would hear a struggle and some shouting that was impossible to make out. Eventually she would come across two men and a woman who looked at her with some level of surprised, they leveled halberds at the girl and barked the order of ”Halt! Drop your weapons and put your hands up.” Behind the trio were a couple of the thugs being shackled by a fourth party member in the same sort of uniform as the three that ordered her to stop.

Inari smiled as he was directed to a seperate cage from the others. "She likes me, its normal, the hair gets them every time." Inari laughed. As the female officer from before came in, her hair up in an untidy bun Inari grinned. "Hello again miss." he said, his hands behind his head.

As she came in and sat down and asked him answer some questions he nodded. "Allrighty I can give you some things. My name is Inari, I'm from out of town looking into a strange occurrence that happened recently. Those thugs just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. My friend is a very kind person, when she saw the girl under the... care, of these thugs she wanted to help her. So the plan was she would take the leader inside and i would get the girl out of harms way, then you guys showed up and everything got all mean and snarly. She's really important to me so I really need to know if she's all right." he said his voice very sincere at the end.

Reaching into the back of the lining of his jacket he pulled out a small pin picking the lock on the shackles. With a loud click they came open and he leaned back placing his hands behind his head. "Like i said I wont resist, I was told to behave." he said with a grin. Suddenly a thought struck him. "You hear of a big scary monster on the edge of town? Kinda blew a huge path on the outskirts of town. And whats up with this Flayer guy?" he asked.
