Andrew was sadly going to keep being unnoticed by Olivia as she listened fascinated at the skills that Mjoll possessed. She couldn't imagine ever being able to make such items, much less own anything made in such materials knowing the monetary value; she didn't quiet understand why such things would be so expensive when so many cheaper items were just as neat. Not everything had to have such a high price to be appreciated.
Like a small smile and a nod. Olivia greeted the other ghoul that had joined them with her own, not wanting to interrupt their amusing exchange even with a simple hello. Though, "oh, you give these to someone?" She asked curiously. The thought never crossed her mind, she thought it was pretty on it's own and she wanted to keep it for herself. But now that she thought about it, and all the other booths and everything. Well, that made sense.
Scarentines was an interesting event.
As were the types of paper that Mjoll went on about. So many ~ "paper is paper, isn't it?"

Minis Site SN: phantompather13 Now to get Olivia's attention. She seemed busy though. He started at her holding his card in his hands. They were talking about paper, he didn't really like paper. It was too flammable. He always wound up losing it some how. He just stared at Olivia's back willing for her attention. But he wasn't getting it.

All that was on Etzer's mind was Xiu. He had to get her something, and this was the next best thing, right? Glancing around the table, he popped right over and chose a grey rectangle of paper, settling on a silver holo-heart to compliment the colors. She would like this... right?
Taking the glue and pasting the heart as best he could on the paper (never mind that they were nearly the same color, they complimented each other Jack damn it), Etzer browsed through extra add-ons before he found the various cheap gems, smiling wide as he chose ones of every color and pasted them on with ease.
Finally finished with it, he tilted his head and wondered if he should sign it himself, or label it as he did an earlier gram.
Choices.
Tapping his lips, he ran his fingers through his hair before he finally decided on his former tag, wishing her a Happy Scarentines from The Fashionable Gambler. That sounded about right.
Content with his card, he went off to the gnomes to show off that he'd actually made one. Win-win, right?

Catching the little quip of the student, she couldn't help but give Olivia another smile, and a soft laugh as she gave a nod, picking up a small holographic silver heart, placing it upon her card, figuring that it was the best she was going to do with. "I would think you would give them to someone - a show of affection, and/or friendship of a sort." she looked over to the little one again, shrugging softly. "Sometimes it is easier to get your feelings across on paper. Thus poets." She figured, giving her a soft laugh, before looking at her sheet. "Now, we may not be poets with construction paper, but it is sweet."
Turning to look at Mjoll, she gave her a little look. It was probably what one would consider a Conquest look, but it was very open. It basically said 'why not the horseman who was head over hoof for you.' Feeling that her silence was not as easily expressed here, than, say, with Mengyao or Soren, she decided to voice it out.
"Give it to Bastion, he would just about die and go to the afterlife if you gave him something." she stated, pursing her lips lightly, looking down at hers. "Maybe I will give this to Mengyao. It would be fun to see his reaction to something some simple." She voiced out, giving a soft laugh.

Olivia still hadn't noticed him. Andrew sighed. she was... really caught up in a conversion about... paper. He pocketed his stuff. He would talk to her later when it was less rude.

Mjoll paused, oh this little filly was so cute! "Aha yes as Lifen said, apparently you give them to others. Admittedly I often just... don't have anyo--"
There was a long pause when Lifen mentioned Bastion, and a blank stare came over Mjoll's features. "Who?" -- Was Lifen talking about that one horsemen that lived in the bush? Was that his name? She could've sworn it was something different... She tried to think.
"Oh.... that one that lives in the bush...." Her brows knitted, "Why would he die and go to the afterlife if I gave him a card? It's not like it's that impressive..." She had kind of started doodling with the glowing glue more-so now out of boredom. Little swirlies here and there.
"Mengyao? ... He's conquest isn't he?" Mjoll looked to Lifen she hadn't really officially met Mengyao.
"Honestly different types of papers can do different sort of things, just like metals. You don't use a soft metal for a sword if you're going to use it in battle." She answered.

They arrived at a booth with fun arts and crafts supplies. There wasn't a single urgent emergency in sight, but Danny definitely thought there was. She put her friend down, then immediately ran to a (kiddy) table, patting the seat next to her.
Danny stared at the paper and colorful crafts on the table with excitement, bringing her knees up to the bench. Actual adult Danny Fitz.
A look was sent back to Gene.

Their responses made Olivia look down at her card once more. Did she have someone special she could give this to? Originally she had just planned to keep it for herself, the colors were very nice and cool in tone and would look very pretty on her wall. But now knowing the meaning, the little ghoul just wasn't sure.
There were several that she could think off of the top of her head that the little card could go to, those that she considered to be friends even at such an early stage. But this was just one card, how could she give it to all of them? Olivia glanced at the table filled with hearts and stickers, perhaps she could make more.
Or perhaps something else? The little ghoul wasn't sure of what else she could make, this had been the first booth she found with the option. Olivia turned her attention back to the horsemen, mulling over what to do, as they themselves discussed who their scarentines would be going to.
One word in particular caught her attention, "Conquest?" She found herself asking on a whim, "Like the Horsemen? They had a pretty Island," she continued on saying as she decided to reach for more paper.

Gene gave Danny a raised eyebrow and crossed her arms, watching as she did her little display. Arts and crafts table...probably to make Scarentines with. Gene let out a sigh, knowing that she would be writing for Danny again. Really, the Demon's handwriting was worse than a slime with jittery hands.
Sitting next to the ghoul, the Doppelganger stared at the equipment in front of them. Paper first, as was the case for any card. Had Danny not participated in arts and crafts when she was young?
No, actually. She probably burned every scrap of paper she could find.
"Pick you paper, hon. And don't burn it.".

Danny sidled up to Gene, sitting so close they were touching thighs. She nodded fiercely at Gene's instructions. Pick a paper, don't burn it. Pick a paper, don't burn it.
There weren't many options. Pink was ugly. Grey was dumb (no offense Gene). She almost went for the red paper, but then remembered she was making this for Rikki and he didn't like red much. Black was good. He liked black a lot.
"You too you too!" she urged, nudging Gene in the side. "But ... you can't pick black okay!" There was a very clear indication that that was her color. Not Gene's.

Initial frustration with the demon ghoul gone, Gene gave her friend a little smile as she picked out a sheet of pink paper. Why pink? Why not? Sure it was ugly and detestable and just not an okay color (even for Desu-chan, but that ghoul was just wrong in the head) by any standard, but she figured she could make a good joke out of it. She'd actually given Mot a real present, but a mirthful card would be fun.
"Oooh alright. If you insist on taking the better color." She teased, nudging Danny with her elbow. Now...time for the base decoration. Doilies and hearts...which one to take...
She picked the red holo heart, figuring she may as well make the card look as gaudy and tacky as possible. Hopefully Mot got as much of a kick out of it as she did.
"Alright, now choose if you want lace doilies or hearts on your card..."

Danny stuck her tongue out at Gene's paper choice, but since it wasn't black, she was okay with it.
Gene started taking up shiny hearts and Danny whined. "GeeeeeeeeeeeeEEEEEEEEENE." Oh no. "I was gonna take those!!"
Distracted as ever, Danny's eyes caught something gold and lacy. That was ghouly right? Danny was making this card as Rikki's ghoulfriend. So maybe that would be better than Gene's dumb hearts. "Nevermind you can have them."
