Ah. That's what I thought too with Romans. But after researching them, things did change. And got more noble and less cluttered. A lot of the minor gods were ditched, and the major ones gained dominions. Like Hades, now called Pluto, became God of the Underworld, Wealth, and all things beneath the earth. Two war gods sprang up. Mars to replace Ares, standing as God of War, Agricultural Guardian, Noble Warfare, and he went from being one of the most hated gods bent on destruction and strife, to being the god of War Leading to Peaceful Results, and was second only to Jupiter (Zeus). So things got swapped around. But I prefer Greek.
And what do you mean, with our characters filling in for them? Who? The Demigods, or the Gods themselves?

either/or with the character situation. Like, they all have similarities to the gods to begin with, right? They're themselves still, but they become more and more inclined to act like their god as the story progresses until they are that god.
This roleplay idea has actually been festering in my brain for a couple of guilds now. Party climbs mountain. Party uncovers Olympus. Party discovers it's empty. Party discovers they have godly powers. Party finds out that they're now back in time. Party manipulates humans. Party slowly becomes their respective gods.

That sounds interesting. But we'll have to make sure people understand their roles. Because we can't have the sea god flying around zapping people with lightning. And we could either help, hinder, or ignore demigods, and civilizations that worship us. We could also have inner strife between gods, dragging in their respective demigods and followers. This could be a lot of fun.

THIS was recorded at my school, caused five kids to get suspended, and possibly caused a lawsuit against the Board of Education here. Please enjoy.

God ******** am I excited for today! I have been anticipating this for a very long time! Bungie is finally coming forth and revealing information on their new project: Destiny! IGN is doing a Live Stream now, and Bungie is announcing this at 10am PST, 1pm EST. Join the Bungie Army for World Domination! I can't wait for this slew of information!
I'm gonna go nerdgasm right now. I'm going dark for a while.

Does look like a pretty good game. I hope more of it gets revealed like actual gameplay and whatnot. On another note...

Me too. People are assuming that there's going to be more announcements on it during the PS4 Conference on the 20th. And the eventual Microsoft Press Release. And E3.
But as far as what we know, there is a considerable amount revealed. The factions, the races, the premise of the story, etc. I'm excited for the MMO aspects, and the ability to play with ALL of my friends at once on a campaign type game on consoles.
As for the picture.... Du fuq? That is awesome.

Yeah, BrĂ¼tal Legend is getting a PC release on Steam, and the pre-order bonuses also consisted of TF2 items, which is the hair and a taunt.
