I'll go ahead and start. o uo Is she new to the council? If so, they can make their introductions.
If not, perhaps they can run in to each other. =u= I can imagine Amiri disagreeing with half of what she says, just because she's a scholar. Or at least, being a tad bit difficult.

She's relatively new. C: She would have waited until her cubs were old enough to take care of themselves before venturing on, and possibly one or two came with her. (Though, they would have to leave when they come of age, being leotahs and all).
