Doyle so badly wanted to face palm as he listened to her questions. "First off when you catch a pokemon you use a pokeball. You don't just grab it. If you want I can take you out to a grassy field and show you how." He said, "As for getting it to behave.... you train it to listen to you. Some people use love and kindness, others use the fact that they feed it to inspire loyalty, and others use violence to teach them to obey. If you really need help headquarters can give you a trainer to help you."

He sighed after explaining and shook his head. "It was either catch it or let it continue to wreck havoc upon us trainers while we out exploring an island. Besides it has its uses when I need to battle others or while out doing jobs."

"Oh! You mean that little round thing? How do you manage to stuff the pokemon inside it? Won't it get hurt?" Saya was so utterly lost and confused. Her face had a genuine look of concern that Doyle was mistreating his pokemon by putting it into a pokeball.

She listened to Doyle talk about how to get a pokemon to behave. Food was something she understood. "I will feed it lots of food! The dining room has a lot of food. I wonder why they just let everyone take it." She inquired out loud.

"What does it do?" Saya wondered about the Bidoof.

"Yes that little round thing. It's called a pokeball." Doyle replied shaking his head, "The pokeball just sucks them in. I don't know the actual technology behind it. And no it does not hurt the pokemon. I would think that its comfortable for them since they don't mind staying in them."

He laughed hearing her plan and her pondering. "Because they have enough money to feed all of us. Plus they know that we can't work on an empty stomach. Also I don't think they'll be so lenient about letting you have stuff if you don't do your jobs."

He looked down at the Bidoof and shrugged. "Well when I have to battle I can use it to attack other pokemon. And this one can do other stuff too." He replied, "I can show you if we head out of town or to a less populated area."

"How do you know they don't mind if they can't talk? Oh! Do you think I will fit in one? Maybe I should ask the pokemon directly." Saya turned to speak to the Bidoof. "Hey, you! Do you like the pokeball?"

She nodded, agreeing that what Doyle was saying about Team Rocket made sense.

"Oh yes, I would love to see what it can do!" Saya beamed. She was excited at the thought of seeing a pokemon in action. Well, action besides eating and running away from her.

Doyle sighed and began walking. He began looking for a less populated area so he could show Saya what his pokemon could do. "Well I don't know. But why else would they stay in a pokeball or be captured by one." He said shaking his head, "No I don't think you'll fit. And come on.... I think this area will work."

He steadily led her towards an older part of the town closer to the edges of town. There were less people walking by and soon there were none. There was a park just up ahead and it appeared that no one was there.

The Bidoof gave Saya a blank stare and followed after Doyle. It seriously could not believe that she had asked it a question like that.

Saya followed. "They have a choice whether or not to be captured? Are you sure you didn't just knock it out and the pokeball is torturing it to behave?" She wanted to exhaust all other options before believing that what he was saying was the truth. The girl looked at the Bidoof again, but it didn't seem to be able to understand or respond, so she ignored it.

"What do you mean I won't fit? How do you catch those pokemon bigger than me, then?" It was a serious question, since she didn't know otherwise.

"Why do I always let you lead me into abandoned places?" This was the second time she has met Doyle and this was the second time they were in a place where no one was at.

"Well yeah. I've seen some pokemon find a trainer and just go right up to a pokeball and basically capture themselves. Others just won't fight to get out of the pokeball after it captures them." Doyle explained, "No I don't think that is the case. Why else would a pokemon continue to go back into the pokeball after being captured. Of course.... some pokemon don't like to go back into their pokeballs but usually their trainer lets them stay out."

Hearing her question made him face palm and keep his head in his hand for a moment. He then sighed and looked at Saya. Apparently she hadn't learned anything about pokemon. She really needed to go to the trainer school that some towns had. "I don't really know! I guess I mean that it won't work on a person but will work on a pokemon. You'd have to ask someone like Professor Oak for the specific details on how a pokeball works and why it doesn't work on humans."

He looked at Saya and gave her a blank stare at her last question. "Why do you always follow after me when I led you to abandoned places? You don't have to come if you don't want to." He commented before looking at his Bidoof. A small grin appeared quickly and then disappeared. Since Saya didn't know like.... anything about pokemon it would be so easy to mess with her. She certainly didn't know about what a Zorua could do and it would probably be so easy to play this off. "So you wanna see what my Bidoof can do?"

Saya wished a pokemon would walk up to her and capture itself.

"Who's Professor Oak?" Doyle seemed to be getting angry for some reason. She guessed it was because he didn't know anything about pokeballs.

"No, I want to come, but you're picking the places." She commented. "Oh yes! What does it do?" Saya stared at the Bidoof, waiting for it to do something interesting. Anything at all.

"He's the guy who knows nearly everything about pokemon." Doyle said rolling his eyes, "Can't help it if we have to be in an unpopulated area." He looked down at his Bidoof and smiled.

"Well you see a normal Bidoof doesn't know the moves mine does. Mine knows moves that make it an ultra rare Bidoof." He explained. Even if Saya knew nothing about pokemon and thus the moves they would know this explanation would help to make her think that his Bidoof was different from others.

"Here let me show you. Use Dark Pulse on those boxes there."

The Bidoof complied by unleashing a dark aura that lashed out at the boxes destroying them. It then turned to look up at Doyle to see if there was anything else he wanted.

"And normal Bidoofs can't do that?" Saya watched the remnant pieces of cardboard flutter down to the ground. She knew nothing about Bidoofs or what moves they normally had, so she had to take his word for it.

"Can it destroy more things?" She asked, excitedly. "How about a tree?" She pointed at one nearby. The girl was more interested in the destruction that Bidoof could do instead of what moves it had.

"Nope a normal Bidoof can't do that." Doyle said appearing to look proud when he was really trying not to just laugh his head off, "Ask anyone else and they'll tell you a normal Bidoof can't use that move." He shook his head seeing where this was going. "Sure it can destroy other things but I don't think it can take out a tree. Maybe a sapling but not a tree like that one. It could damage it though." He explained. Of course he didn't ask for his Bidoof to attack the tree to show what he meant.

"If there were people around, I would ask them." Saya pointed out.

She was disappointed in the Bidoof's inability to take down a tree. It wasn't the pokemon for her, then. She decided she was glad to not have stolen it. It would mean another useless mouth to feed.

"How did you find your way into Team Rocket?" She asked, when she was bored with the Bidoof. Saya sat on the ground, not caring if she got dirt on her clothes. She was tired of standing around.

Doyle laughed at that. "I'm sure you would. Well just remember it for next time." He said. He then leaned against a tree and recalled the Bidoof. No point in leaving it out now.

"How did I find my way into Team Rocket? Well my dad is one of the Executives in one of the other regions. Used to be known for his particular skill sets." He explained, "I ended up joining shortly after I started traveling around Unova. My dad was there with a recruiter and I signed up."

He looked at her and tilted his head. "Now how did you find your way to our lovely group?"

Saya watched, amused, when the pokemon disappeared.

"I left home on a quest to see and capture a legendary pokemon." She shook her head. "In the boarding house I was living in, they expected me to go out on my own soon, anyway, so I figured now was a good a time as any to leave. It wasn't the best place, I'm sure you may have realized from when we met before." There was a sadness in her eyes, as she thought back, but she didn't say anymore about it.

"I found my way to Zatao after a long and terrible boat ride. Actually, I was here, in this city, for a little bit before Team Rocket picked me off the streets and offered me a place to stay. They told me that all I had to do was what I've been doing-- stealing. One day, I hope to have a pokemon of my own." She managed a small smile.

Doyle's eyes widen when she said that she left to capture a legendary pokemon. High aspirations for this girl. "Yeah I ended up hearing rumors about that place during one of my visits home. It didn't sound like a good place to live at." He said.

He smirked at how she had been picked up by Team Rocket, like a stray off of the streets. "Well it sounds like you're better off now that you've joined the group." He said, "And I'm sure you'll get your own pokemon, either by catching one or stealing one."
