Jordan had spent a fair amount of time wrapping presents, making sure they were neat and nice-looking, with a small curl of ribbon on each. The presents were quietly left at their recipients' doors.

There were a couple of other presents that Jordan had to wrap and give, but those would be given in person.

Otto would find a small box outside his room. It was wrapped in green paper, covered in white ribbon and way too much glitter. Way too much, Inside of it was one IOU for a lapdance, redeemable from Clerise or a stripper at Otto's venue of choice.

There was another package, this time in team, long and thin. Inside it was a pair of drumsticks, since she'd heard that Dakota was getting Otto a set of drums.

There was also another hat. It was black and teal, with white lettering that read "Prodigy" on the front. "To replace that other one," the note inside it said. "Because I'm keeping it and you can't change that. So there."




Dakota would open up his door to see a violet package with red ribbons. Inside it was one IOU for a lapdance, redeemable from Clerise or a stripper at Dakota's venue of choice. There were also a great deal of condoms and a container of lube. Also a note that read "stay safe! dont stick your d**k in crazy!!" At the bottom of the condoms, though, was a fresh black ribbon. "In case your other one was getting frayed."

An envelope in orange was next to it. The note inside said "go ask the labtechs for your package." After wheedling and hemming and hawwing, Dakota would be the proud owner of one fully stocked minifridge, full of (non-alcoholic) beverages and snacks.





Outside of Mimsy's door was a big red bag. In it was coal. Literally. Just...ten or fifteen pounds of coal. "Because you're a b***h xoxo" read the note.




A lumpy package awaited Molly outside of her door. Inside it was a backpack full of supplies...for picnics. "Food always makes me think of you," the note with it read. "Specifically, being well-prepared with it."




Rep's packages were all various shades of red. The first box was full of snacks: skittles, hot chocolate packets, marshmallows, beef jerky (the good kind from America). Enough for even a starving animal to eat on for a few days.

The second had a large bottle of rum and a crystal skull shot glass.

The last had cupcake flavoured toothpaste.




Jordan got a coffee mug, given his addiction, and 8 ounces of fancy-a** coffee beans.

Roland had taken his first trip off, doing so resulted in a series of gifts for friends on his limited budget. Still he felt he had done good all things considered.



Inside the package was two bags of coffee, on further inspection through all the wrapping paper another gift would appear, a mug with a familiar face and inside said mug a single pet collar token reading "Jordiepoo" On the opposite side a smaller note: 'To the Brother I never had.
d**k.'



All of this was wrapped in a giant dark purple beach towel, tied with a bit of rope, the moment Rep pulled the string the beach towel fell open spilling two of each hotcoco package onto the floor.

I also figured I like coffee, you might like tea that's more to your speed.

Nevada's gift was carefully wrapped into two boxes, he didn't dare risk the night gown being disturbed by the corners of the tea box, more importantly, when she opened the card that came with it all a simple key with the letter R.T. engraved in it would fall out; no need to pick his lock. His room was truly open to her any time now.

When Candace would open her box, she would find it packed end to end with cake mixes, chocolate, spice cake, white, red velvet, just about one of each major flavor. (Except carrot cake, ew.) On top of this was a single bracelet with the engraving Mistbros - R.T. 2012



For the record, the box with the shirt actually contained 5 pairs in varying shades of pink. Just to ensure that Jordan couldn't misplace all of them right away.



Inside Lex's box was a full set of clothes, shirt vest and pants all together.

Left sitting on the end of Kostya's bed, unwrapped with only a small bow on the edge, was a jailbroken e-reader. It had already been altered with runic technology so he wouldn't have to bother with any of that, allowing him instead to get right to the content of the drive alongside it: several days worth of /r/all, their html saved to be browsed offline. Chunks of comments or images were missing here and there, but the majority remained.

More importantly, however, was the app installed: a comic viewer with a basic library.

Alongside Kostya's gift was a runic'd Tamagotchi iD-L, labeled 'To Techling'. It appeared that a JOYful Mimsy had allowed a present to Syntax, just this once.


The gift was carefully wrapped with beautiful paper and sparkling ribbon, the tag reading only 'Open Me! ♥' in cheerful, curly font.

If opened, the seal would break on a thin layer of plastic wrap, sending clumps of baking soda into a tub of vinegar, dyed red.

Simple, but effective, should it work as intended.



It was wrapped unceremoniously in simple red paper and a clothing box, but it was definitely a gift addressed to Robert. Inside was only a shirt and a small card.

The card was not signed, but did include a note that said "Never again."
