"It's something which takes time to learn, and a certain want to learn." It wasn't something most his age had nor wanted to have. He liked that he had it, the problem was it also separated him on some level from those around him. Maybe that was one reason for the older boyfriend, not that it had lasted.
"Ahhh, I see. I can say the same for you, if you were someone I would otherwise fancy. Your signal isn't exactly attractive either." He stated while a smile formed upon his lips. He hadn't planned to mention his preference, it had simply happened, but at least this knight hadn't decided to bash on that. Even giving him a little personal information. He did hope this knight, having a brother who might be gay, decided to have some respect for him and not go and tell those on his side.
"Indeed, I do believe it is - unless you really do wish to court Death and perhaps share an eternal embrace with him." And while killing didn't bother him, not at this point in his career with the Negaverse, he found this particular knight interesting. He didn't like knights in general, thought them impossibly weak, and while this one was no exception in his mind this knight was different. This one wasn't so annoying, could hold a conversation, and wasn't running off like some in the past had.
"You should be taking your leave. I do not wish to end your life this evening. I have found this dance of words to be quite nice. This is a pass, from me to you, to live beyond this evening." And also because he was loosing his interest in ending the others life, tonight at least.End on your post?

"So we're in complete agreement, then," said Celsus cheerfully, despite the fact that he was half kneeling on the ground, one hand pressed painfully to his stomach, and he was breathing rather heavily. "Neither one of us is particularly attracted to the other. Makes things a lot easier, wouldn't you say?"
He winced a little, some of his lighthearted facade slipping. One of his ribs was surely bruised; he hadn't heard a snap, so not broken, but bruised, definitely. But he managed a grimace, which was forced into a small smile. "
Celsus's brows rose in mild surprise. "How unusual, you're letting me go. Well, I won't look a gift horse in the mouth, as they say."
He staggered back upwards, swaying a little unsteadily, and gave a sort of mock salute.
"You're an interesting one, General Benitoite. I do hope we meet again someday."

"Indeed, it certainly makes things easy." Thankfully he needn't worry about attraction to members of the other side, not since he'd been a fresh lieutenant. That was something he hadn't thought about in a very long time, and thinking on it now didn't bother him. It had been a simple mistake, a part of being new and lacking answers and not being as loyal as he was now, he'd moved on since then and devoted himself to the Negaverse.
"Unusual perhaps. But I do know how to properly appreciate good conversation and to do that, to continue to have such conversations, you need to live - at least for now." Chuckling at the others words he bowed his head once, and only slightly. "I'm glad you find me interesting and I do hope we again meet."Thank you as well, I enjoyed it.
