ZarikeZarike returned the hand shake enthusiasticly before letting go. He'd been worried that she was going to tattle on him or try and scold him for earlier but now she seemed pretty alright. "You're from Malvren? What's it like there? My dad's told me a little but he's never been." At her own question he threw a daring grin right back at her, eyebrows raised. "Why? Do you wanna?" He gestured to the glistening lake. No need to mention she'd hit the nail on the head. The young boy had been contemplating that very thing. Terra trilled in support of this idea, swooping overhead before dropping onto Zarike's shoulder and stretching her neck towards the lake, eyes whirling fast and head twitching as she watched the movements of the fish within. -------------------------------------------- Dizzian "Of COURSE I'd like to join you!" Her perkiness returned as she spoke again to Hekate. Dizzian turned to Courath, tilting her head and smiling warmly down at her lifemate. "How does that sound to you Courath? I think people will make way if Devith is passing through." She stroked the green head lovingly, reminded again of how close she'd come to losing her because of a stupid mistake. Courath crooned. ~ I won't leave your side Mine. ~ She agreed readily. She wouldn't have minded whatever they decided to do but it would be interesting to see all the people and wares up close. Even if some of the theatrics going on she didn't quite understand. To Devith she added. ~ I'm sure you will do nobily brothermine. I thank you for your concern. ~ Dizzian clapped her hands together. "It's decided then! I want to look around!" She turned to Z'fer, waiting warily for his reaction. There was an undertone to their exchange that Dizzian heard but didn't quite get. it was certainly unnerving to watch her friend address a Wingleader so familiarly. Let alone one who she got a bad feeling from. --------------------------------- Z'ferFaced with the option of going off on his own or accompanying two teenage girls on a shopping trip...It wasn't really a surprise what the bronzerider chose. He could see the reservation in Hekate's friend and figured a candlemark apart wouldn't hurt. He'd set Fellis to watch them for him. "I think I'll pass ladies. I'm sure Devith will keep an eye on you for me." He cast a smirk at the silver dragon. He knew Devith would watch over them anyways...but doing it 'for Z'fer' might ruffle a few feathers. "If a comment is all it takes to get a dance out of you remind me to do it more often." His grey eyes glittered with anticipation. Hopefully she'd burn off this strange giddiness with her friend and he'd get the hot blooded woman he liked for later. ~ Cal, tell Devith not to be so dense would you? ~ From Calanoth's sandy wallow in the sun came the sleep tinged reply. The bronze passing along his rider's words without actually thinking them over. ~ Mine says not to be so dense... ~ Z'fer snorted as he overheard it and let himself grin. Perfect. A brief touch of his mind assured him that his dragon had gone right back to sleep. ------------------------------------------------ ChrysicaiThe redhead nodded. "I'm glad. I heard you led the Fall well. Not nearly so many casualties as previously." Not everyone she'd tended to had been so lucky but the crimson rider had at least proven that there was merit to placing their faith in atypical colors. Even if some pairs could be insufferable...a certain silver rider rose quickly to mind. Her cheeks pinked as Kleos complimented Gingko. "Oh...ah Wingleader D'lin found a clutch while we were cleaning his office. He gave them out to a few who were helping him." She'd been awkward about the little creature at first but since she'd proven to be so trainable and rather loving it was hard for the redhead not to grow fond of her. "I've named her Gingko." The little flit in question gave a pleading chirp to Cai, begging permission to leave her current perch and 'play' with the other flits. Cai relented easily, just issuing another reminder to Be Good. The little green snaked her way back up to Cai's shoudler, headbutting her chin and trilling happily before chirping back to Ice and Moss.

"Don't worry Devith will look after us." Hekate joked lightly giving her dragon's eyeridges a loving caress as he preened at the attention puffing his chest out with pride. Of course he could protect his rider and her companions. He was after all a bit strong regal silver.
Though Z'fer's comment at him looking after them for HIM made the dragon glower slightly.
Mine tell him I am not dense. He simply does not grasp the subtle nuances of my humor. Devith rumbled in Hekate's mind drawing a light hearted laugh from the young rider who turned simmering mischievous amber gold eyes on the bronzerider. She wouldn't play his game just yet though, no she was in too perfect of a mood. Later maybe. . .later she'd rise to his little jabs, but right now it wouldn't do.
After all politics were a bit different on and off the dance floor.
"Devith says you don't get his humor~ But very well Wingleader. I'll see you at the contest then." Hekate replied cheerfully waving to him and taking up her place beside Courath across from Dizzian. Devith letting out a chipper bugle circled round wings half mantled with pride after he cast one last glower at the departing bronzerider.
Let us go exploring Courath. There are many interesting things to see it seems. Mine has promised to find some nice smelling oil for my court and perhaps some pretty things. Devith rumbled happily to his sister cutting a bit more imposing figure despite his less then full size as he urged a nice little gap in the crowd for their group.

OrlinaOrlina's grin took on a new level of delight. Here was a worthy ally! "Even your Green thinks it's a great idea. Come on, roll up your pants. We might be able to get one before someone notices!" Orlina was bending to roll up her own pants before she even finished speaking and her mind was whirling with plans of the best way to snag one of the big, silver creatures. Orlina's acknowledgement of Zarike's Green seemed to have triggered Morning Star's desire to see what her mistress was up to. The Gold appeared above Orlina's head, whistling loudly and circling down to take a place on Orlina's shoulder, slightly unbalancing her tipped-over owner. Star tilted her head at Zarike, then chirped inquiringly, eyes whirling their usual blue-green. Her curiosity rivaled Orlina's own, sometimes, a trait Orlina loved in her. "Oh, maybe introductions for our pets would be good, too," Orlina suggested. "This is Morning Star. You can just call her Star. What's your Green's name?" ------ GaudenThe Beastcrafters didn't have much to offer at a Gather, so Gauden attended as a guest only, wandering through the quickly thickening crowds. He browsed the makeshift stalls as he went, wondering if he would bump into Lina. He hadn't seen her in almost a Turn, odd as that was. They'd been close before he decided to return to his Craft, and then when he came back... well, he'd never seen her. He supposed she was around, but now that she was a full rider it was doubtful he'd know where to look for her and so he relied on chance, which had failed him so far. He scanned the faces in the crowd for a moment, then went back to looking over the goods at the Smithcraft stall. ------ RiarnaAlthough she had little of her own wares to show since her move from Benden to Malvren to Trine, Riarna still had volunteered to take a shift running the Gather stall. Riarna regretted the loss of her things in her flight from Benden, but she would make do with what she had. She certainly conducted herself better than the many whiners around her who couldn't help but openly lament their losses. Possessions could be replaced, didn't they realize that? So Riarna set about doing just that, starting with locating the Weavers of Trine and helping them wherever they were needed in the many sevendays since the end of the revolution. She'd gotten to know them all now, determine their faults, and find ways to work with them. She had offered to take the earliest shift at the Weaver stall at the Gather and she and another Journeywoman had set up the stall and then fallen into contemplative silence interspersed only briefly with conversation. When the first people had begun wandering by, Riarna simply watched them until some approached to actually get a better look at the wares. Riarna knew the prices were a bit lower than usual, but that likely shouldn't be a surprise. With the destruction recently, everyone had lowered prices a tad. She smiled now at the pair looking over some of the finished products, waiting for them to have questions. For now, the two Weavers stayed in their seats, not wanting to scare away their customers with the kind of loud hawking that some of the wandering Crafters were using.

Eliza & Velath
'Ours worry too much' Velath snorted at her fellow green 'I feel perfectly fine' She stated to Halith with a tone suggesting a rolling of the eyes. Turning her head she watched their rider's head into the crowd and then turned back to Halith. 'So what should we do? It's a shame we can't fit in there to see all the excitement'
"Lunch? Your not going to make us eat 'sensibly' are you..it's a gather! We should be gorging on Bubbly pies and sweets." She stated firmly, even going so far as to steer her friend towards a stall selling pastries of some sort. "And I hear that there are going to be events of some sort, wresting or something even" She shared giving Ceta a teasing grin. "your pretty good at grappling..maybe you should sign up."
D'lin & Plexith
With Plexith sulking by the lakeshore D'lin had been wandering in and out of the stalls in silence. He spent some time admiring the work of a local smith - sure he'd hated the job himself but that didn't mean he didn't admire the work the things they could make. Perhaps a shiny new harness buckle would cheer Plexith up, but there were none which seemed to suit the bronze in his mind so he moved on.
The next stall looked to be a weaver's stall and he admired the bolt of cloth which looked far to fine and soft for him to chance touching and soiling, he had no use for cloth however and so with a smile and a nod to the women sitting behind the table he almost moved on. Until something caught his attention from the corner of his eye and made him pause, take a second look.
It took him a few minutes to figure out what he had seen but once his eyes settled on it for the second time there was little doubt. It was a rug, small but just the sort of thing to put beside the bed and avoid cold feet in the mornings..and thick to boot. Of course neither of those things were what had drawn his attention, no it was the colors that had grabbed him, earthy browns mixed with a dark shade of green trimmed here and there with a lighter shade. He kind of liked the way the colors blended together and he really liked the greens, they reminded him of something though what exactly escaped his mind for the moment."How much for the rug?" He impulsively asked the women.

Riarna
Riarna eyed the boy and girl still browsing the table's wears, now certain that they weren't going to be buying anything. A rider paused briefly before them, and Riarna nodded back at him as he turned to go. However, that didn't seem to be the end of it, and Riarna tried to determine what had caught his attention as she slowly stood. When the rider seemed to be investigating a rug, Riarna cast a critical eye over it herself.
His question encouraged her to move forward a few steps to stand just behind the counter as the other Weaver looked on, her hands busy with a small lap loom.
"Two and a half marks for today's Gather," Riarna commented. "Normally a piece with that much craftsmanship could go for five or six marks." Riarna reached out and checked the underside for the tag, looking to see what the level of work was. "Yes, senior Journeyman work, good quality, good colors." She lifted it from the bench and held it out for him to hold or feel. Sometimes just the feeling of holding something was enough to inspire a purchase.
------
Cetalese
Ceta shook her head at Eliza's excitement and couldn't help but smile. "All right, but don't get your hopes up. Remember, this is a last minute Gather. There aren't going to be stack of bubbly pies."
Eliza continued her encouragement of bad behavior with a discussion of events and Cetalese couldn't help the flush she felt rising to her cheeks at the mention of grappling. "I doubt I'd be much good. I was almost useless during that fight. Halith did more than I did. Well, most of you did more than I did."
Cetalese smiled at the baker behind the stall and dug into her pocket. "I'll treat you, Eliza. Pick a few things out for us. Get an extra, too, in case we run into someone."
D'lin had to be around somewhere, after all, and if she or Eliza saw them he would inevitably end up spending time with them unless he was with someone else.

D'lin
D'lin eyes the rug critically for a few moments, raising a brow slightly at the price, sure it was a good deal..but he didn't want the women to think he thought so. That would just give the game away straight out of the gate. He did reach forward to touch it though, rubbing it between two fingers as though to determine it's quality for himself. "Two and a half? Seems like a bit much considering today's clientele..." He remarked, since he wasn't wearing anything denoting which Weyr he was from it would be easy enough for someone to think he was a poor displaced bronzerider just looking to spice up his cramped living quarters. Many of them had come with nothing but the clothes on their backs. Of course if she actually asked him he wouldn't lie...but such was the game of of haggling.
Eliza
Not needing any more encouragement Eliza set about looking over the pastries. "Your charging far to much" She told the chef "These don't even look half as appetizing as the pastries in the mess hall..and we get those for free.." She sniffed. "Come on Ceta..lets look further down..I'm sure there are other pastry chefs here.." She stated after the Chef merely stared at her without offering a better price. She grabbed her friends hand and even managed to get a couple of steps before the chef called them back. By the time she was done haggling Eliza had managed to wheedle a fair bit out of the chef for a pretty decent price.

Riarna
"Maybe, but price is based on work, not clientele. We'll be able to sell it at future Gathers if it doesn't go here." She paused, letting him consider it. "I would consider going as low as two and a quarter, but that's pushing it. This Journeyman will be getting a pittance for a fine piece of work."
Riarna was glad that the other Journeywoman was staying quiet in the background and letting her handle the sale. She was one of the better Weavers at the Weyr; as far as her colleagues went, Riarna liked her and did consider her an equal. That was more than she could say for some of the other Journeymen and women she'd met.
Riarna glanced at a few people who had slowed down as they passed the stall to hear how the haggling went as well as peruse the wares. At least this was drawing in more potential customers. Despite the quality of the weyr at the moment, the materials and products the Weavers had to offer were good. The sole dress hanging off to the side of the counter was something Riarna had finished only the night before, a simple dress but done in a lovely pale purple fabric. With any luck, the fair price and the color would pull in a buyer before the Gather was through. If not, as she had just told this rider, it would sell in the future.
------
Cetalese
Cetalese didn't interfere with Eliza's haggling, allowing the girl to pull her hither and thither in order to make the man crack. Cetalese turned over the partial marks needed to purchase the delicacies Eliza had suggested, and the pair walked away with enough to feed the pair of them and D'lin too, if they found him. If not, Cetalese thought she might be stomach-sick in a short while.
"I can only imagine where you picked up that skill!" She smiled widely at Eliza and selected a pastry from the handful bundled up in her napkin. Eliza had her own napkin-full to choose from. Cetalese hoped that some people thought to bring baskets if they were going to be buying pastries; if they got as good a deal as Eliza and Cetalese, they might find themselves trying to juggle the lot by hand.

Zarike Not to be beaten by any girl Zarike laughed and splashed straight into the water, scattering the shallow swimmers in his wake. Wet or dirty clothes never bothered the boy. They'd dry eventually. Terra bugled and lifted off, skimming the surface of the water herself, little claws trying to hook the backs of fish larger than she was. Zarike turned back as Orlina introduced her gold. He ran a wet hand over his hair, making it stand up away from his face. "Hello Star!" He gave a whistle. "She's pretty! Mine's Terra. I saw the word in one of my dad's old records. How long have you had her?" Terra fluttered back over to Zarike and Orlina, chittering away about fishfishfishshineyfish! ------------------------------------------- Z'fer Z'fer chuckled and gave a loose salute to the silver and his rider as he strode off back into the crowd. He had time for a quick mug of beer before the match. A mental call summoned his loving little green to him with an ecstatic chirp. She and Klah had been watching things from a distance already, searching for crumbs or bits of treats or sparklies they could claim. The black in question appeared a moment later, rubbing his face on Z'fer's rough cheek in welcome. The rider gave each a little bit of attention, indulging them for a few moments with rubs and scratches before he gave them their task. Doubtful Klah would actually carry through with it, but having two sets of eyes at least for a time could only be better. Fellis on the other hand he was sure would listen well. She loved when he gave her something to do. The little green understood her duty, flashing an image of Hekate back to Z'fer before spiraling up into the air with a trill. Klah hopped to the top of a covered stall, chirping and trilling like nothing had happened. Z'fer wasn't sure if the chubby little flit actually understood what he was supposed to do but he wasn't going to try and force it. ----------------------------------------- Dizzian She watched the bronzerider go until he had disappeared, hand protectively on Courath's neck. The young green nudged her rider gently. ~ Don't worry about him mine. You know Devith's won't allow any harm to come to her or him. Come, let's have some fun! ~ Her blue eyes were reassuring in their excitement. Dizzian shook her head but smiled at Hekate, glad he had decided to leave them alone for now. "Alright lead the way. So what's this contest you're talking about?" She had seen the crowd but not caught what it was about. Courath tilted her head at Devith. ~ I think the oil they give us is quite nice smelling already. ~ It was a comforting smell at least to her, heralding a quiet personal time between her and Hers, as well as the lessening of her itches and a softening of the tight scars in her hide. Outside of fresh meat and the individual smell that was Dizzian, their oil was probably her favorite smell. Her eyes roamed the stalls as they passed slowly. ~ Do they make things for dragons? ~ She queried suddenly upon spying someone hang a small bracelet around a flitter's neck. Dizzian overheard the question and raised an eyebrow. ~Why? Do you want something? ~ ~ Well... no... I just wondered. ~ Was that embarrassment in her whirling eyes?

As the two traipsed their way through the crowds Hekate considered if it was wise to tell her friend exactly which contest she had entered. Finally figuring that in this case perhaps the straight up truth was best she shrugged. "They're having a little wrestling contest and the price is a whopping 3 Marks! I'm not as big as some of the other contestants, but I'm wirey and probably faster so I figure I have a decent chance. Sides it's just for fun after all." Hekate replied with a grin her eyes seeming to get a strange gleam at that thought of that amount of money. It was certainly nothing to sneeze about that was for sure and while her pay had certain improved since she'd become a Weyrling her eyes lit up at the thought of all the things she could buy for that amount of money! Why she could help replace all the stuff her and Dizzian and Syn needed for their room, get some new clothes, maybe even some purchase some nice large soft blankets for them and their dragons to curl up under come the rainy season!
Maybe Hekate didn't have the best chance, but she at least felt it was worth a shot.
I like the smell of my oil. It's. . .comforting. But my hide demands much more tending to then that of the flits and with our large court there isn't nearly enough oil left over to properly see to them all. So Mine wishes to get them their own personal oil so they will not feel neglected. Devith explained eyeing the two flits, Baron and Prince who were currently draped one in his rider's hair and the other about her shoulders.
They have been making quite a fuss over it. Especially Prince, the silver flit in Mine's hair. She would also like to look into getting a message harness or two for them, but I do not know how much the little wooden coins she has will buy us. Perhaps she will also get some ribbon, the flits adore the stuff. I think you would look pretty with maybe a bow on your head knobs. Then again it would be quite difficult for either one of us to look bad. The silver crooned pausing to nose a holder who wasn't paying attention out of the girl's way. The man jumped blinking in surprise to find a silver nudging him then quickly side stepped to let them pass.
"I agree with Devith Courath. I think you'd look lovely with maybe a blue ribbon or two! Why you and Dizzian would match!" Hekate added backing her silver lifemate up, besides she felt every girl needed a little something pretty to wear even dragons.

There were still, like usual, so many different things plaguing her mind. But this once, Narisa was going to do her sharding best to try and give herself a break. To not think on how many of their dragons were injured and would be grounded for at the minimum, a good sevenday. And longer for some. Nor how many rider's and their dragons did not return. She was still awaiting to have a chance to look at the list compiled of those that were MIA.
Enough, mine. Enjoy the day. You need it. Cepheith said lazily as she landed neatly, well away from the main festivities set up. She lowered herself to allow Narisa to dismount before nuzzling her gently and taking flight again to find somewhere to nap for the time being.
With a deep sigh, Narisa walked the rest of the way towards the Gather set up. She was...slightly nervous, though she didn't quite understand why. Maybe it was just hard to accept that this was a happy occasion. Or was it fear that something would happen?
Narisamine...you're doing it again. The gold informed her as she spotted a familiar bronze lounging by the lake side. Angling herself that way, Cepheith landed and walked over to Plexith. Plexith. I am glad to see you out in the sun. How are you? She settled beside him carefully, though not close enough to actually disturb him. Just close enough for the comfort of another dragon she knew.
<Right. Sorry. I'll try not to think like that, my heart.>
In an effort to do just that, Narisa slowly started to browse the stalls set up, idling wandering from one to the other. Pausing when something here or there caught her eye.

[Rochelle] Rochelle shuddered, her nose wrinkled up even more at the suggestion she go see Bereck. She flopped her face against his arm and groaned. "Ew, that is disgusting. See if my loins burn for you ever again, jerk. Bereck's like a dad and just, ew, super gross. a**." Another grumble but whatever - he made a point. Burning just did not sound right when it came to discussing a persons inner work, regardless of what some of those squishy records had to say. "Sucks, I guess. I know he doesn't like Gathers but I haven't seen him since Malvren," The glasscrafter frowned, releasing Carltis and his arm as she did so. She instead decided to look up at him, head tilting up with her chin propped up on his arm. "And I told you that it would look terrifying. Or did I use the phrase handsome? I can't remember. Either way it doesn't look bad." ------ [Siata] "Yeah, it don't look too bad. The healers did a good job. The little crying one didn't do it, did she?" Siata grinned, leaning in and peering at the trail of his fingers. She tucked away her own number in shards-knows-where before giving Carltis another friendly pat on the shoulder Rochelle had chosen not to fawn all over. "So we're going to kick some a** and one of us will be three marks richer. But the flirting is a little bit much for me, kiddies, I'm going to get something to drink and explore a bit more. If I find anyone from the infirm I'll whistle or... somethin'. Have fun." Rochelle did not get a pat. Rochelle was tiny and round and not a fighter - they got pats, she'd be afraid of bruising her or something. And with that, Siata sauntered off to look for new people to harass friends to make.

[Kleos]
The scarred rider looked rather pleased at Cai's compliment and gave another little bow. "Everyone performed admirably! We are learning with every fall that passes." Flying a Fall was not like flying in a drill, and leading wing during Fall wasn't the same as drilling either. As she had said however they were learning, all of them. She hoped the riders of Benden were learning some respect for females, and for atypicals along with how to truly fight.
"That's a lovely name," Kleos went on, "and I'm glad she found a good home! Are you here shopping?" That was probably rather obvious, but even so she supposed it let into the subject nicely.
Giving chirps of their own Ice and Moss dropped off their shoulder perches again and flew a couple of circles around Cai, sending Gingko feelings of 'hello!' and 'play tag?'
*****
[Carltis]
Carltis grinned. He wasn't quite relaxed enough to laugh;he wasn't sure what he thought of her hanging onto his arm, it was nice but... anyway, he was pretty happy for now, and that was the main thing? "I haven't either, but we'll find him at some point," Calrtis shrugged, "If all else fails we'll hang around in the infirmary; he's bound to show up there sooner rather than later, right? And I think the word dashing might have been mentioned about the scar, but handsome-horrific would do just as well I suppose."
Turning to Siata, he nodded. "She did actually; wasn't anyone else available at the time, and by the time other healers did show up it had scabbed and everything. The healers here seemed pleased enough with the look of it though so she must have done a decent job. Anyway, see you later?" He grinned again and smacked his fist into his palm. "For arse kicking time."

D'lin & Plexith
D'lin studied the rug for a few more moments and then shrugged, deciding that as he'd already knocked a bit off the price he would be willing to pay the rest - it felt enough like a win for him to agree that the crafter was likely right...and the person certainly deserved to be paid for their work. And he did really want it, it would go a long ways in brightening up his quarters which were feeling fairly drab lately..though part of that was likely his dragons ill temper seeping in. "Very well.." He finally told her, handing over the marks. "It does seem to be of good quality and I don't want a rug that's going to go threadbare or unravel in a couple of sevendays."
The arrival of Cepheith did not go unnoticed, Plexith had cracked an eye open at the sound of wings and found himself oddly at odds about how he felt about her arrival - on one hand he was glad to see her as he always was, on the other he, in his vanity, didn't want her to see him with the angry looking threadscores still upon his hide. His had assured him that once healed they wouldn't be nearly as noticeable..but at the moment they were and he let on of his wings droop in an effort to hide them from the Golds sight. 'Cepheith' He greeted her, attempting to put of cheer into his voice.
'I am well enough, the sun is warm today...' He stated, carefully avoiding any mention of his wounds 'and you? How do you and yours fare?'
Eliza
"From the older riders" Eliza told Ceta cheerfully "You'd be amazed what you can learn if you pester them enough." She stated "I used to follow them around at gathers as a kid, they'd be so anxious to get rid of me they'd haggle for an extra pastry to bribe me away with" She told her with a wistful tone. Things had been a lot easier back then, so carefree and while she ,of course, wouldn't trade Velath for anything it was hard not to wish for peaceful times considering the strife that had currently befallen everyone.
Of course today was not about those type of thoughts so she pushed them away "Anyways....Are you looking to get anything in particular today or just out for some fun?"

Riarna
Riarna nodded at his reasoning-- blather though it was-- and accepted the marks, placing them in the box dedicated to the day's earnings. Now that the first sale had gone through, Riarna wanted to feel a bit more optimistic about future sales, but for all she knew this might be the only one. Unfortunately, the cramped quarters at Trine meant that Riarna's former privacy was forsake and Riarna tended to get... short when she didn't get a chance to have some time to herself. Any hints of optimism also went right out the window.
She smiled at D'lin. "Thank you. Enjoy your rug."
------
Cetalese
Cetalese hadn't really considered why she was at the Gather. It was a Gather. Wasn't that enough? It made sense that she would attend. She hadn't really thought about what she would do when she was there or what she liked in particular or if there would be anything for her. She'd brought the marks just in case, but she'd gone mostly just... to go. And spend time with her friends. Have a good time for a while, since everyone else seemed determined to forget that there was work to be done and that meant she had little she could do.
"No, nothing in particular. It's nice to spend time with you." Ceta smiled. "Did you have anything other than pastries that you wanted to look for? I'm sure most if not all of the Crafts have a representative booth here, and I know I saw some Traders wandering around earlier. We could just walk and eat and see what's around."

Orlina
Orlina finished rolling up her legs with haste and then splashed in after him, laughing right along as the water chilled her legs and she saw the fish shy from her. However, there weren't too many places for them to go, and one would inevitably bump against her legs, causing her to grab for it (and generally miss entirely).
"Thanks! I got her about a Turn ago, just after I Stood for the first time. I love her to pieces."
Star took to the air as soon as Orlina dashed into the lake, and watched the game between the humans and the Green from the air for a few moments before she determined why they were trying to get the fish and attempting to help also.
She joined Terra, letting out challenging calls at the fish and diving down, trying to snag the same targets as the Green was. Together, perhaps two of them could claim a prize!

The gold rumbled softly, tilting her head in the direction of her bronze friend. It is nice out today. And I'm glad you are alright. He didn't seem quite as cheerful as she had hoped, but Cepheith wasn't upset. She crooned affectionately towards Plexith, stretching out on her side to enjoy the sunlight and a nap. I fear I am doing better than most. Cepheith murmured, a hint of sadness in her tone. And anger that rested too close to the surface of her thoughts. As for mine, she is well. Always tired, but determined to enjoy today.
While her dragon visited with a friend, Narisa walked quietly among the stalls on her own still. Well, mostly alone. Hallow had appeared, squeaking chirping excitedly...and freaking out when she forget why she was there. Narisa just smiled, putting the small green flitter on her shoulder while she browsed. She had some marks, never really having found much to spend them on, though she wasn't here to spend them all. If any.
Except...maybe on a little bit of ribbon. Especially since it seemed to amuse Hallow so much. And...it was pretty. "How...much for the a couple strands of the ribbon?" She inquired sweetly. And thus the haggling began, though it didn't take much as the elder woman was a generous woman and rather liked the not-so-bright flitter squealing at the fluttering ribbon strands.
Thanking the woman, Narisa tucked the ribbon away - after tying a pink strand around Hallow's neck - and moved about to another stall. Or so she'd intended. Instead, she bumped right into someone while trying to 'rescue' Hallow from the scary-but-pretty thing around her neck.
"O-Oh Faranth, forgive me!" She apologized quickly, looking up and blinking in surprise as she recognized the man she'd run into. "You're...Z'fer, right? How are you fairing?" Dizzy_Kat Hope you don't mind if Narisa visits with Z'fer! |3
