The Old Mannor House

[Reaver Ikana]

Reaver smiled back at Nikolai. "Pleasure to meet you. My name is Reaver and I have no intention of hurting anyone." Reaver then sat down and ate very politely as if he were from a noble family. His ears were on alert picking up the tiniest sound. He could hear the walls softly creaking Nikolai walking away. Reaver finished his meal and put the plate in the kitchen. Reaver then wondered in to the room he was given and shut he door. He then took off his weapons and items and put them next to him. He had had Zen ((his cannon like gun)) on his back covered and he uncovered it and placed it next to him. Zen's canisters had now refilled and Reaver loaded another shell into it. He didn't predict having to use it but he kept it there and loaded just in case. Reaver wasn't worried about someone else using it because the force of the kickback from firing the weapon would completely shatter the users entire arm and shoulder bones as well as send them back about ten feet. the only reason Reaver can shoot it and be unharmed is because of the fact that his bones are made of ikarium and his joints are like shocks so they absorb most of the kick back. Reaver then sat on the bed and meditated. He kept his ears on alert just in case. "I wonder when this storm will end." Reaver thought to himself as he went into his meditation.

Nikolai Kruztchnev & Dante
Nikolai wandered the house following the strange sense of energy permiating the East Wing of the house. He arrived in the study and using his enhanced trance located the source; An oldly dressed figure was sittinh behind the desk apparently in a sense of meditation. "I presume your the spirit tormenting Adrian?" The spirit sneered at Nikolai. "Well, well if it isn't the butler Adrian always thinks about, It's Nikolai right? Well since we are both gentlemen let me introduce myself. I am known as Dante;" The figure replied cooly. Content wit his findings Nikolai said goodbye to Dante and walked towards the door. Before closing it behind him he uttered these words to Dante; "If you hurt him I'll personally kick your astral a** back to the spirit world."

Reaver Listen to Nikolai walk around when suddenly Reaver felt a presence.So Reaver sent out a pulse wave and saw that the wave past through a spirit that was near Nikolai and was near the children as well. This puzzled Reaver and then when Nikolai walked away Reaver decided that it was of no importance. Reaver stayed in his meditative state for the rest of the night. The night passed but the storm remained it was around nine o'clock when now and Reaver was still meditating

Adrian
Adrian wandered downstairs to find Nikolai passed out on a couch in the living room with a bible clutched in his hands. So Adrian threw a blanket over him and wandered to the kitchen and lit the stove. "This should get everybody up, No one could resist mom's recipe for Eggs on toast and bacon, I think I'll make some scones while I'm at it," Adrian whispered to himself. He stretched and heard the quiet cracking of his stretching spine. "Ah, that felt good," he said aloud quietly. He though about that stranger pondering to himself. 'He's not human I wonder if he's that race mom talke about, what were they? Something with an "I" I think.' Adrian set up the dining room and sat down knowing the smell would get the others moving. While waiting for everyone was fun he quickely grew bored and proceeded to play the tune on the piano he played yesterday to liven the mood.

Zach
As though sensing the food Zach seemingly snapped awake. As he put on his shirt and jacket he wandered into the hall, stoping at Kiera's door. Seeing she wasn't in the room he proceeded downstairs. Seeing her go tumbling he raced to her and picked her up. "You okay?" Seeing that she appeard to be fine whispered in her ear. " Let's go to breakfast," Zach waited for the girl to reply.

Zach
With her replly he knew she was fine, wrapping her arm around his he escorted her to the table and sat her down to which he sat down next to her. He smiled a little bit, "I hope you enjoy the food it was our mother's recipe." Zach turned to see Nikolai drowsly walk into the room, pour himself some coffee and sit on the couch once more.

Reaver came out of his meditative state to the smell of really good food. Reaver didn't even bother putting on his weapons. He walked out of the room closing the door behind him and then proceeded to the dining room. He stopped just in front of the entrance and looked outside. The storm was still raging outside. He entered the room and smoothed his black and white hair back. "Good morning everyone lovely weather, isn't it?"Reaver asked. He then saw the fox girl. "How are your ribs?" Reaver asked with a smile on his face. he was standing at the other end of the table away from them

Adrian & Zach
As everybody took their seats Adrian noticed a sense of hostility growing around the girl and his brother and it seemed to be directed at the stranger. Concerned for everybody's well being Adrian decided to distract Zach's anger by teasing him, "So Zach I thought you said emotions were pointless so why show them now? Or are you suddenly love struck?" Stunned by his brother's comment Zach turned to his brother thoroughly annoyed, "Adrian, Stay out of my mind... Do you know what he did? He broke her ribs!" Directing his rage and attention towards the stranger. Adrian laughed, standing up from the chair he was sitting in answered, "Excuse us a sec folks," And within one fluid motion he threw open the large window pane and used his alchemy to launch Zach through the air out the window into the rain, to which he jumped through the window as well and closed it. Now the room was empty except for the stranger, Nikolai and the fox Child.

Nikolai Kruztchnev
Seeing the conflict at hand Nikolai didn't panic as the boys did this when they were younger, however he noticed they were low on groceries so he got up grabbed the keys to the bently and cordualy said, "Excuss me while I fetch more groceries." And with that Nikolai drove off towards town.

This left Reaver alone withe the fox girl. "How horribly inconvenient." Reaver said with a smile. "Everyone that doesn't have a grudge with me left. Are you still mad at me for breaking you ribs?" Reaver smirked and then stood up still facing the girl his hands were at his sides. he wasn't sure if she would try to kill him or not. He had decided that after he heard what she had to say he would search the house and see who these people were.

Adrian & Zach
As the rain continued to pound down on the brothers the two just sat there starring at each other. "You haven't lost your touch brother,' Zach finally said smiling. Adrian just returned the smile and headed back towards the house replying "Let's go we are soaked."Zach lost his smile remembering the stranger was in his house to which he got a sick feeling. He lept into the nearest shadow and exited into his room not sure what he would find...

Zach searched the room to see if anything was out of place, which to his relief nothing was. 'whew' he thought to himself, 'That guy hasn't been in here yet...What if he had found my journal? That would have been bad..I think i'll hide it.' And so he grabbed his journal and hid it where he thought no one would ever find it. Meanwhile Adrian had arrived back at the house and proceeded to his room where he changed into dry clothes. "Well I hope this hatred between my brother and that stranger works itself out, I can't just keep tossing him out into the rain." As he finished his thought he returned to the dinning room to find the fox girl but no one else. 'How strange...' Adrian thought to himself. At that moment he heard Nikolai come into the kitchen with groceries.
