This week was a wee bit hectic. But Tuesday I totally did a nice half hour run, and I did 100ish crunches today. Planning on hitting the gym tomorrow before work

Sunday I did about 50 crunches, hit the gym yesterday and today and did 30ish minutes/2+ miles on the elliptical. Also did some weights today (mainly legs) but a little arm work too. I feel like now that I'm at a 9-5 I can just work out after work. ^^

Well, the last month-ish was kind of turmoilous - however - I've still been keeping up with eating healthier (not so much the exercising portion though)
Keeping up more recently with doing 100 crunches in the morning, limiting myself to water to drink for the most part (and cause I'm dehydrated lots).

Ok. Well. After my dad passed away I kind of took a little break, but got back into working out towards the mid-end of December. Now I'm doing active things 3-4 times a week I'd say (like cardio) and try to do core stuff pretty daily. My weight's about the same as it was last weigh in - but I've noticed that I'm losing inches (or smaller increments of inches >_>). But still =D

Pretty much my goal is to look decent in a bikini and be healthy yo. In time for summer.

I'm totally starting up working out again too. Because I want to look decent in a bikini and be healthy as well.

I went to the doctors this week and apparently I lost 20 pounds since the last time I was there too. Their computer gave them a warning cause I lost more than 10% of my body weight. ^_^

I'm bad with the updates - but this is going well! I've been hitting the gym a couple of times a week (I keep track with owl stickers on my work calendar). I go with my best friend, and we recently got her brother to join. So I have people to bother if I want to be inspired, lul. However, my apartment is entirely carpet, so I haven't been able to weigh myself in a while. ;-; GOOD NEWS THOUGH. I bought my first pair of size 8 pants EVER. I was usually 10/11/12. So yeah. PROGRESS. Not so much concerned about the weight now as I am about the fat shrinking and muscle building.
