The Playstation 3 is really getting screwed over. They don't even have Dawnguard yet. Ouch.

Pfft, just think of all the things that could go hideously wrong when you put a child into the capable hands of three professional murderers and a vampire (in my case at least).

Though that might not happen at all if you have to be married to a character to adopt, seeing as my character has kind of just been chillin' with Lucien's ghost rather than finding a living person to marry (and prefers to keep it that way, haha).

Still, the thought of a child under the same roof as Elda, Lucien, Cicero, and Serana is priceless.

You'd end up raising one effed up kid. Dear God, Cicero alone...wow.

I'm so excited for this. I thought the marriage in Skyrim lacked any real substance, but this will improve all of that. Plus, I'll have a place to show off all my sweet-a** armor (Nightingale, Shrouded, etc.). And you get a carriage driver. Nice. One question, though...beekeeping? Really? Oh, well, it's something new, I guess.

Beekeeping is already implemented into it. If you recall, during the Thieves Guild quest, you had to burn beehives.

The Hives are there but there is little to no real benifit to them, they burn and no NPC does anything with them. They likely will only be a supply of honey and bees for the PC.

I still hold concern that they won't have enough interior and exterior choices so we will end up with ppl showing off (via pics) of the same house.

I warrant they'll have committed suicide or run away within the week.

If they stay...may the Nine (or Eight) Divines have mercy on their soul, or at least what's left of it after we're done with it. >.>

The video said something about designing the interior, so hopefully people will be able to have something unique. However, I do think that your concern is definitely valid. I downloaded it before coming to work, and will check it out when I get off.

Hey, if they stay, they're bound to be invaluable to Sithis, raised by the Listener and all.

Indeed, the attractive thought of raising a mini Brotherhood occurred to me, haha. And there's always that off chance that there will be the kid who actually wants to go with my band of crazies, and they're afraid of the child rather than the child being afraid of them. rofl

And then, somewhere in there, is the chance that the child actually fits in well and will be almost like a second Babette.

One problem though...the Falkreath house plot isn't available due to a bug. Any ideas on how to fix that? I kinda wanted to 'rebuild' the Brotherhood's old Sanctuary in a sense. gonk

I agree that they are but the way ps3 users have been acting if i was bethesda i would say screw you and treat you like my two year old when he is having a fit over a toy he want.... "Now you can't have it!"
Is this fair to the whole ps3 community no but it would get the point across.
Sorry for my rant people i amjust sick of seeing ps3 users act this way on any site that says anything about skyrim!

Falkreath was the one I wanted, too. I ended up getting the one in the pale. You might have to do a radiant quest for the jarl before it comes up, from what i've read. I don't know.

From the looks of it, it was the furnature, my concern is that the exterirs and walls and what not will always be the same. Just because I can move around a picture or a statue, doesn't really make things unique.

Really? So that means I just kill bandits for him like the steward suggested, right? Seeing as I'm already the Thane of Falkreath and all I don't have many options...

Yeah, there are some variations depending on which wings you add, but it doesn't look like anyone will have a house that's completely unique. Still, I have to say I'm pleased with this dlc so far. And I haven't even gotten to the family bit yet.
