Wait I take back what I said this is not good enough for me.

- You never said why their were two spirit kings
- what is a Singularity and can I have a singularity RPC
- It would be great if the attribute point for the Humans, and Bounts were shown to
- and lastly no one should have more then 2 unblock-able and un-dodge-able attacks, who needs more then that. Lucky so fare most people have shown restraint but two should be limit of 10/10 attack and 9/10 should be limited to 2 as-well.

Which is why I won't be explaining to you what a Singularity is nor can you have one because, just look at the name, wouldn't it not be singular if there were two?

If you haven't read the announcement, it said I have finals so I won't be doing any upgrading to the guild for a month or so.

If I limited it like that then everyone would be on the exact same level no? What's the point of that? That's just like making everyone a Captain's level. If you haven't noticed this guild is very lax on power, most characters are OP compared to other guilds.

I wasn't looking at it as an equal power level thing I mean if someone has 4 attacks that can not be avoided or blocked and also deal large amounts of damage they are very OP. They could simply just do nothing but one unblock-able attack after another and each one would always hit and always do great amounts of damage according to rules. On top of that anything be 10/10 or 9/10.

Wait does this guild use cool-downs for attacks maybe 10/10 attacks should have large cool-down, so even if someone has a lot they can't spam them one after another.

Yes, this guild does use cool downs, only the profile skeletons found in this thread do not mention them in the technique areas. In any of the other threads that provide the RPC skeletons there is a citera that includes, Tech Name, Description, Duration, Power Level, and Cool Down.

As stated earlier, while each rank is allowed only a specific number of 10/10 attacks, you are right to say that they could in fact make the other techniques OP as well as 9/10. Midnight already has a few of the Crew looking over the newly edited profiles to solve this problem. If we believe someone has too many undodgeable/unblock able techniques we contact them. I'm sorry we didn't feel an announcement was needed for that.

/sigh. I'm pretty sure it says on the PL thread that "it cannot be blocked successfully". If you use a PL 5/5 defensive skill against it you barely take any damage so it is fair~

It does have cooldowns, I wouldn't let huge attacks go around without cooldowns. If you were looking at the profile skeletons in the thread King linked then you're not meant to be, I clearly stated in the Profile Rules not to use those. If you look at the normal ones (in separate topics) they all contain cooldowns.

Hope that solves everything.

So I just read through this thread and most of questions I had are answered.

I do however have a possible suggestion though. In light of the new Reaitsu rules, it seems as though if you do not have a reiatsu of above 90+ you cannot do Gran Rey Cero or any other stronger ones. Now I don't want this to entirely seem like a personal thing, although it pretty much is sweatdrop , but how about instead of forcing Arrancar to have a reiatsu of above 90 to be able to create unique ceros, you allow them to create unique cero at any reaitsu level. The same can probably be done with shinigami and other profile(Idk maybe make up your own kido or something xd ) but this is just a thought.

Basically I'm going to have to go into my profile and get rid of my Gran Rey Cero and Cero Oscuras and I was hoping that I could replace them with unique cero's. My character is not reiatsu heavy, though I kind of want to have something other than plain old cero and bala which will get dodged or blocked anyway.

Anyways, sorry if I'm sounding a little selfish but this was a suggestion. I understand that this whole system is still getting worked out and all and I'm willing to be patient till everything settles(I love Bleach guilds). Like I said, you probably could incorperate this into other profile. You'd probably have to monitor their creations to make sure that they don't make a spirit bomb or something but yeah.

I agree with that, because Gran Ray Cero was something every espada had learned even if only two used it, who wants to be the only espada without Gran Ray Cero but 90 is big chunk out of those limited points. Also the ceros and bala should also be listed on the chart, Cero, Cero Metralleta, La Mirada, Cero Sincrético, Cero Doble, where do stand in your view of power. Bala should be on their too but no one ever dodge bala because of it's speed however it never did more then push enemies back

On your move Tenko you should probably limit the duration to maybe one post with a cool down of one post since at the moment you can preform that technique at anytime regardless of power and since you in a sense, go into a transparent/spectral like state you can take 10/10 attacks and no be damaged since you don't actually dodge or block them and like I stated it sounds like a cero barrier and it sounds like you're not really going to use it as an offensive attack, though that might just be my speculation.

Oh and a side note, I would like to talk to you about my character's poison attacks, since I'm sure no one wants there character to die and Deus ex machina are anticlimactic, so how about I put in symptoms that are heavy on the consequences but don't necessarily kill but puts a character in a more dire situation

One case of symptom is that

every post after the bite, the person bitten will experience a constant decrease of 10 percent of their max agility, reiatsu, offense and defense as well as a five percent constant decrease to intelligence and physical strength that way it's still severe consequences that can lead to death without killing them, but my character can evoke an anti-serum that can stop the poison but temporarily causes complete paralysis but is generally used for allies

I see where you're coming from, I'll change the requirements for Gran Rey Ceroes after I get back / when my internet actually works. But do follow the rules if you're using unique ceroes, you're only allowed 2 that are [10/10].

Masamune is the Soul King, hence his OP at times, but don't worry I don't intend on using it unless Masa's bombarded with attacks. Did you read my post? It stated that he took damage, quite a lot of damage in fact, I'm not going to go around disobeying my own rules.

Sorry but I have no idea what a Cero barrier is...care to explain? It's disguised as an offensive attack. Other characters can't tell its true abilities.

Hmm...what are Deus ex machinas? .___. Some kind of machines? /fails.

In your example it basically means that within a notable amount of posts your opponent has been reduced to a human who can't see Shinigami / normal human. That's actually worse in my opinion.

Before I say anything else, I put down a lot of techniques that most of you will never see me use, if I ever use them at all.

The no cool-downs are a good point. /goes to change.
Would you care to give me a reason why she can't have 5 10/10 attacks? ;3 If you put your argument down well enough I may just reduce it.

My explanation for why she can:

If the Espada King / Commander / Vice-commander of Royal Guards are allowed 4 10/10, of course the Soul King should have more. According to Aizen in the actual series, the Soul King stands in Heaven, hence he's somewhat like the God of the Bleach universe. I haven't even made my Soul Kings anywhere close to being almighty.


Does anyone in this guild have explanations next to their custom Ceroes? I never specified they had to, so why should I have to? Besides you'll never see me use one, trust me. Not in the next year or so at least.

For some reason these complaints seem to be getting personal.
