Eisheth still could not get used to the ways of Death priestesses: watching Erintis placing her victims gently on the ground she figured out the priestess did want to give them a proper death, a proper final. " Say, Erintis", she addressed her companion. "Does Death teaching apply to mortals as well? Do you believe human can be guided? I do recall Medea saying that to the hunters, in case they bow before her, but I never actually understood this part". The alchemist skipped that she had never actually understood the exact meaning of Death guidance. " I am", she sighed replying to Heidla. " But I know my limits: if we are too greedy now, we would be weak later, you should know it better as a Death priestess. There's no way somebody can feed their hunger with just eating a lot at one time". That thing she knew for sure. Eisheth left the priestesses, and reached her fellow clansmen lowering her voice, so only they were able to hear her. " Mmur, Kiwi...", she waited a moment speaking to her cousin and Mmur. " What would you say... I'm thinking may be we can create a Lair here?". That sounded strange, she realized, but that was a good idea. " This place looks neat, and it's not overpopulated, so hunters shouldn't track us here... and we would be able to have a proper lair, like we used to be, a permanent source of fear. Though, may be shall ask Cymbeline first, but she would definitely tell Medea, and I... I am not quite sure she would be happy with that. But we can't just sit there and do what Medea orders all the time: she might be the Head priestess of Death, but she's not our beloved Queen, after all, and I don't like how she's pampering the heirs, the protectors, and neither do I like how we depend on her and her power. We must be able to act ourselves, that's our basic pride, after all. Nobody said we should be Medea's loyal minions, and I'm most sure she's not the Queen of the Lost Clan".

Kiwi thought a moment over Eisheth's words. He didn't trust Medea very much himself. His foremost thought after the destruction of the Four Clans was to ensure the safety of what remained. For that he had listened and obeyed what Medea instructed. But even he had begun to notice the ancient priestess's odd behavior. Lately she too seemed obsessed with something, some inner motive, and the horseman wasn't entirely certain that continuing to follow her every whim would be for the best of the Clan.
He nodded. Eisheth was right. And after all, she truly wasn't their Queen. Not even a queen at all. "I think that would be for the best of the Clan. I don't trust Medea any further than I can spot her-" He paused, and shook his head. "No, after the incident with the minipets, I don't believe I trust her that far. But Eish, if we do construct this lair, it will have to be well-hidden and guarded. Keeping such a thing as a FEAR source in the human world, with Hunters anywhere ... it could be dangerous."
santime Just curious, but do we have GM permission to set up a FEAR source like this?? ... I just wanna be sure it wouldn't interfere with important cannon GM plots :'D But it sounds like fun!

In fact, thanks to the lairs we all are alive right now". The alchemist was silent for a moment. " That's why I think a real, proper lair would be quite handy, it's not only a source of Fear, but also a possible shelter". xoxomenai Actually, I think we do need GM's permission, and I'm quite sure it won't be allowed, but ICLy Eisheth doesn't know about it, so it's an obvious suggestion, since she likes to oppose Medea's orders biggrin Though, reading the main plot right now, I think it might not be so opposite to what Medea is doing.... so we might even get the permission for this.
