The druidess nodded, it made sense that an animal would be able to tell if a creature was truly its kind or not. The animals on Azeroth could tell as much with shapeshifted druids at least, but they never did seem to mind. With a few noteable exceptions, animals could be as discriminating as anyone else if they chose to be.
"It is fascinating, truly." At least his hip wings made more sense in this shape. They really must be a bother otherwise.

The hip wings indeed made more sense in this shape - they were located halfway through his whole length, as they were on the humanoid shape, but it made more sense when seen on the longer, more slender shape he was in at the moment. They were also bigger in this shape, easily able to carry him through the air, and also aiding his swimming when he was underwater.
If the current size was of any indication, through, Xun Jiang would eventually have a bigger problem.

They would spend a good deal of the afternoon there by the lake, just sitting and talking. Hopefully her visit helped him get back to better spirits. She promised to return in a few days for another visit, assuming of course he was not busy. He was a god and that was important, but it was still nice to get a chance to spend time with her family even more so with so little of it left.
